I really liked for the money you pay. It's a decent room and on clifton hill. Room 30 is the room we stayed in . Room was clean and everything worked. And if your just look for a room to drop your stuff and sleep in then ya this place is worth it I would recommend bringing your own extension cord cause their is really not outlets and bring your own pillows also cups etc because their no ice machine or coffee makers or anything like that . Overall tho good experience

Needs more outlets but just bring extension cord. Also no ice machine so make sure if you want ice bring a cooler with ice in it .

Very good location. (stayed for 3 nights) The renovation is normal, no frills. I was not very interested in luxury comfort, since my goal was to see the waterfall and relax. Everything you need is in the room. air conditioning, clean bed linen, towels, hot/cold water (everything you need for life). Also a pleasant surprise was the pool, it is quite normal for swimming and relaxing without leaving the hotel grounds. Very good staff. For this price, this is a very good motel. Thank you.

For me, I didn't see any downsides.

Our stay at the Olympia was absolutely wonderful. We were so impressed with the convenient in-room amenities like the microwave and fridge—it was great for our snacks and drinks. The powerful AC was a lifesaver, keeping our room cool and comfortable. We also really appreciated the table and chairs that gave us a nice place to eat. The fantastic pool was another huge plus! We had such a great time that we will definitely be choosing the Olympia when we visit Niagara Falls again.

The lady at the office is so generous in accommodating our requests and she has helped us to have our girls trip to Niagara a very pleasant. The room were spacious and the location is super prime. You can walk down the road to all restaurants and tourist attractions. Totally Loved it!!

They can put the vending machine outside office for anyone who needs water or any urgent convenient store items. We forgot to keep stock of water in the room and left with no water to drink in the night.

Located within a kilometer of the falls. Free parking included. Working AC was appreciated. Friendly and courteous owners. Pool is a little dated and could use some TLC but water and pool were both clean. Very small fridge in the room, TV, couple chairs with coffee table and a bed.

No microwave in the room. Not the end of the world but would be nice to have the ability to reheat leftover food or coffee.

Amazing little motel for the price! Sure it isn't as nice as some others and could use some updating, but are you in vacation to spend time in your room, or be out exploring the falls and all the attractions? If you just want a bed to sleep in, a shower and bathroom, it's perfect! It's location allowed us to walk wherever we wanted, which was a HUGE benefit considering how much places wanted to charge for parking. I will 100% be going back next time. Again, if you're looking for a luxury hotel, this ain't it. But if you wanted an affordable motel to lay your head after a day's adventure that's within walking distance to all attractions, this is your place!

One of the towels was ripped, but it still worked!

It's a very old property. The rooms were clean and spacious. Furniture was antique/old but super solid(hard wood). The location is great, right on Clifton Hill and walkable to the falls and WeGo bus stop. The owners provided me a microwave in the room when I asked for it. Overall, I highly recommend if you are just looking for a clean place to sleep at night.

Check in and out was quick and easy. The accommodation was as expected for a motel. It was clean and everything worked. Like all motels it is dated but thats what I paid for. I think the owners are trying hard to raise the standard. Could walk to the falls and all attractions on the main strip.

The stairs going to the second floor could be improved, with more sturdy material.

I like it so much, the place is close to everything I need to go to, I feel home when I am there. I always go there each year for the past 6 yrs. I recommend to all to stay there. free parking and free WIFI

The WIFI is so slow in most of the time, they are using 2.4GHz wifi router and many use the same signal will slow down the internet.

We thought it was great for the money. We were able to do all the fun stuff because our hotel cost was so low. Room was clean , air conditioner worked great and pool was nice and clean. Sure it's an older place, but it was in a great location.

We couldn't stay longer.
