1. Staff: We were welcomed by Tommie, who was really, really kind. He already expected us coming and had everything already prepared. He made us feel very welcomed. Everyone else was also very kind and helpful. 2. Location: Its walking distance from the falls and on the street where all the fun and attractions are happening. Nevertheless its still away enough from the same attractions to be peaceful and quiet. Its hard to pick better location that this. Slept like a log, no noise disturbance. 3. The rooms were clean and spacious. 4. Tommie was really, really nice :) 5. They DO have a pool (its small and on a parking lot, but nevertheless).

Nothing important really. 1. The furniture is old and seen better days, which is probably the reason why the property has relatively low grade on booking. But who is coming to Niagara to look at the furniture? 2. WiFi is fast, just the signal was not strong in every corner of the room. No big deal. If you go outside and sit in front the apartment, WiFi works like charm. 3. We did not bring the swimsuits :(

Check in was easy. Room was nice and when we needed something just had to ask. Close to everything but still quiet. We had a late check out. Tommy was amazing always smiling. Did not get the name of the lady there but she was there everyday working hard. We definitely want to stay there again. Thanks for making our trip alot nicer.

If Mr. Tommy would be in every hotel, nobody would rent an apartment. He is a GREAT GUY, knows his job right to his finger tips, so kind, very helpful, very professional yet meek. He is a very humble and wonderful Manager. The BEST I have seen! Oasis Hotel deserves a 10/10 star rating largely because of Mr. Tommy. I will recommend this place again and again. The owners are amazing ... you will never find a place with friendlier more helpful people. They are so kind, and generous. Walking the premises cleaning up as they go. And the cleaning, my goodness, watching them clean the rooms I don't think a hotel is THIS clean! Ask these owners any questions and they will answer. 20/10 stars !!!!!

Of course an older motel so updates could be done, but value for money so it equals out! But not even a negative ...

An oasis in the heart of Clifton hill. Tommy couldn’t do enough for me to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and willing to help pit any time. Bed is very comfy and even though you are in the heart of everything in Niagara Falls I managed to sleep sound for the first time since arriving to Niagara Falls.

The motel is close to everything, short 15 min walk to the falls. Cheap accommodation for 1 night. Room was clean, beds comfortable and shower hot. No complaints. Yes I'm sure you can get a more modern room elsewhere, but you'll pay 3 times more. If you're just looking for somewhere cheap and clean to stay, don't hesitate.

The staff who assisted us named Abhi was very nice and accommodating. I have booked the wrong room with one bed only, but Abhi helped us and he made sure that my family and I will have a comfortable stay. He was always smiling and very friendly to the customers. Very good customer service!! Thank you so much, Abhi!!

The washroom has no lock, hoping for better lighting in the room and better wifi as well.

The Staff. Overall everything. It was my 8th time visiting there. We arrived very late around 02:30am but the person at the front waited for us. Thanks to him and also thanks the person on morning shift "Tony", helpful as always. Very near to everything attracted! Price could've been little less. Well It's summer season, what more could we expect, right? Will be there next week as well.

The guy working the motel was very nice, kind and friendly. He gave us a wonderful infomation about Niagara falls t that there were fireworks at night in Niagara falls. Thanks to him, we had a great time in Toronto. The other guy working there looked nice as well.
