Location is family friendly because close to the falls and amusement park for kids and they have swimming pool indoor.

They take the amount more than my damge deposit and they said I damage the carpet with nail polish which I don't use during may 1night stay. They take to $565×2 in my credit card for that which is way too much.

The location was very good, beside Clifton Hill and a 10-minute walk from the falls. The room was good and big, but we had a problem of not having hot water to shower with twice - after going to the reception they fixed it immediately (the thing is there is no phone to call the reception so for any problem we had to walk there). Besides that, everything was fine and good! We paid for parking 20$ per night (before tax) which is a very decent price.

We had problem with hot water in the shower twice (it was fixed as we asked but it was little bit annoing), the room was a little bit smelly and there was no window that we could open to let the smell go out.

A short walk to the falls. Plenty of restaurants in the area. 20 minute drive to NOTL. The hotel and inn is a bit older and run-down, but they keep it very clean, and the staff is very gracious and accommodating. Sharon, Gavin, and Gladys at the front desk are amazingly helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good. Plenty of choices for everyone.

Like most of Niagara Falls, the hotel is dated and past its prime. We know to expect this and have felt the same about bigger chain hotels in Niagara that cost much more. I wish there was better lighting in the hotel rooms.

We liked the location, staff, pool, cleanliness, and overall experience. We were upgraded and had a balcony looking out at the falls. It was our first time being in Niagara, and we will definitely be coming back here in the summer! Our initial check-in was a great experience, too. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. Providing excellent customer service and making us feel welcome.

The fire alarm went off in the morning, and there wasn't clear communication. There was a staff on our floor who told us not to worry because there would be an announcement over the PA if serious. I decided to call the front desk and was advised to move outside. It would have been nice if the pool was open a bit later and earlier in the morning. However, overall, it was a great experience.

There are two parts to this hotel. The motel part and the towers. I will ONLY speak for the towers as they are opposites. This is def a 4 star hotel especially at this price. It was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at and I am extremely OCD regarding cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here as it was very last minute. I stayed at the Sklyine the night before and this hotel far exceeded the Skyline! The staff were friendly and kind. The gentleman who works midnights cleaning and doing handiwork is extremely helpful and an AMAZING WORKER. I hope that the Falls Hotel knows how valuable he is to have on their team because people like that are hard to come by. I will definitely be staying here again when I come to Niagara. The location is prime also. A 2 minute walk to Clifton Hills.

The only small issues I had if I HAD to pick something would be the pool/hot tub and the pillows. I feel they could have been cleaner as in the water was too merky and things floating in the hot tub. I just showered really well after and as for the pillows they're very lumpy but that's not a deal breaker. Just room for improvement to make it a 5 star stay!

The patio was such a bonus! Loved the room..super clean!! Cleaning staff was super friendly and check out was super easy and quick! Location is prime for the price.. pool was open! (Please update on your home website and emails) view from patio was stunning!!

Check in was not fun, woman who delt with the check in was rude and made me feel like i couldnt afford to stay there. She didnt even bother taking the time to help me. She actually gave better service to rhe family infront of me. Which shocked me. As a manager for a large makeup company I understand the importance of first impressions. My credit card was giving me problems and I felt embarrassed and flustered.. she said “ your card doesnt have money on it” that was embarrassing. I had to call my bank to resolve the issue and it took me a while.. she seemed irritated and didnt seem genuinely like she wanted to serve me, Made me feel horrible..

That the restaurant offers good breakfast, swimming pool and good staff

Great Location! Right at the top of Clifton hill across from the casino. Large rooms with lots of floor space for a family of 4.

Not much, it was good value for the money. The only thing was in the courtyard rooms you cannot have a cot/extra bed delivered to your room. To switch to the tower was an additional $100/night. We opted to continue to stay in the courtyard, but that would’ve been good information to have prior to booking. Yes, it would have absolutely changed my mind on where to stay.

I don’t know what everyone is complaining about. This is my favourite place to stay when we visit the Falls. Love the balcony fireworks view and the location is excellent Staff has always been friendly and accommodating and the rooms are not dirty people are nitpicking I’ve stayed here 4 times now and will continue to do so

Maybe the bus load of kids that showed up and clogged up the lobby and we couldn’t get out? lol but really there’s nothing I don’t like about this place

Location!!! A 2 minute walk to Clifton Hill, which is essential when you have kids. We didn't have to carry all the stuff required for kids while walking around because it was so simple to go back and forth to our room to get what we needed. Also, the price cannot be beat! Absolutely the best value in the area, by far. Comfy, spacious room and an indoor pool! The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the concierges. Thank you for a great weekend!
