Location is family friendly because close to the falls and amusement park for kids and they have swimming pool indoor.

They take the amount more than my damge deposit and they said I damage the carpet with nail polish which I don't use during may 1night stay. They take to $565×2 in my credit card for that which is way too much.

Loved the location!! Literally a 2 minute walk and your at clifton hill! Also the option for swimming indoors. (Although we didn't have time on our trip to try it out) And the falls cafe for breakfast was a great value for money and was absolutely delicious! My kids actually ate everything and wanted more which is rare!

Room was smaller then pictures showed, but we didn't mind as we weren't in room much. No Continental breakfast, (falls cafe was a great addition and option but now you must spend more money and account for breakfast as well) Note to hotel: You should include a voucher / gift card for the breakfast at the falls cafe. I get that the restaurant has to make money too, but maybe provide a gift card depending on the amount of days your stay is. I think that would go a long way and actually promote more people to use the cafe, especially once they try it for the first time and realize how delicious it is and value for money!

The hotel staff was great and very informative. The hotel was close to everything in the falls that you'd want to do as long as you don't mind a bit of a walk. The bus is nearby. The hotel pool and hot are fantastic. Perfect temperature for it all and clean. The balcony rooms with a view for the fireworks are the way to go. The jet tub in the room felt good on my back. We had a wonderful stay.

It showed chairs on the balcony in the pictures for the room. When we checked in we were told that management had removed them because it was after summer (September 10th... but fantastic weather. Had I known I would have brought my camping chairs for the balcony.

Conveniently located to the main area and within easy walking distance even with younger children.. They had a reasonable sized indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna area with pool towels supplied. Comfortable beds, and small fridge available. For the price it was ok and suited the needs for our larger group with four beds in a two bedroom family suite. The air conditioning worked well in both bedrooms. There was sufficient parking and it was reasonably priced in comparison to Other hotels in the same area. All the staff were friendly and courteous.

Needed a bit of maintenance in the building we were in. (Room 235) A nice shower but the bathroom vanity looked as if someone had sat upon it and it was loose and had a crack. The room was dated with obvious work required on windows, there was green painters tape around the interior window frame for some reason and not enough electrical outlets to plug in devices to charge. The night stands looked like they were falling off the wall and were wobbly with cracked and chipped paint on the walls where the night stands were maybe previously attached. Most things just needed some cosmetic work but it was large and had space for kids to play.

The Hotel room was a good size room and the house keeping stuff was very nice and friendly and I like that there was a Cafe’/kitchen on the Property as well.

The pool area could be a little nicer and the water in hot tub was not warm enough for me. The two elevators are ok too, not very fast. The hotel room was very nice but the curtains in room 503 need to be changed some of them had holes in it. And too much light was coming into the room at night. Also the hotel rooms need new pillows.

The location was very good, beside Clifton Hill and a 10-minute walk from the falls. The room was good and big, but we had a problem of not having hot water to shower with twice - after going to the reception they fixed it immediately (the thing is there is no phone to call the reception so for any problem we had to walk there). Besides that, everything was fine and good! We paid for parking 20$ per night (before tax) which is a very decent price.

We had problem with hot water in the shower twice (it was fixed as we asked but it was little bit annoing), the room was a little bit smelly and there was no window that we could open to let the smell go out.

A short walk to the falls. Plenty of restaurants in the area. 20 minute drive to NOTL. The hotel and inn is a bit older and run-down, but they keep it very clean, and the staff is very gracious and accommodating. Sharon, Gavin, and Gladys at the front desk are amazingly helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good. Plenty of choices for everyone.

Like most of Niagara Falls, the hotel is dated and past its prime. We know to expect this and have felt the same about bigger chain hotels in Niagara that cost much more. I wish there was better lighting in the hotel rooms.

We liked the location, staff, pool, cleanliness, and overall experience. We were upgraded and had a balcony looking out at the falls. It was our first time being in Niagara, and we will definitely be coming back here in the summer! Our initial check-in was a great experience, too. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. Providing excellent customer service and making us feel welcome.

The fire alarm went off in the morning, and there wasn't clear communication. There was a staff on our floor who told us not to worry because there would be an announcement over the PA if serious. I decided to call the front desk and was advised to move outside. It would have been nice if the pool was open a bit later and earlier in the morning. However, overall, it was a great experience.

There are two parts to this hotel. The motel part and the towers. I will ONLY speak for the towers as they are opposites. This is def a 4 star hotel especially at this price. It was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at and I am extremely OCD regarding cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here as it was very last minute. I stayed at the Sklyine the night before and this hotel far exceeded the Skyline! The staff were friendly and kind. The gentleman who works midnights cleaning and doing handiwork is extremely helpful and an AMAZING WORKER. I hope that the Falls Hotel knows how valuable he is to have on their team because people like that are hard to come by. I will definitely be staying here again when I come to Niagara. The location is prime also. A 2 minute walk to Clifton Hills.

The only small issues I had if I HAD to pick something would be the pool/hot tub and the pillows. I feel they could have been cleaner as in the water was too merky and things floating in the hot tub. I just showered really well after and as for the pillows they're very lumpy but that's not a deal breaker. Just room for improvement to make it a 5 star stay!

My only suggestions are: 1) there needs to be SEVERAL more CHAISE LOUNGERS in the pool area. There are only 6 patio chairs. No place to sit or put your things. 2) there needs to be RESERVED PARKING for each guest. The lot and garage spots are accessible, but guests need to drive endlessly looking for a spot... Assigned spaces would be FAR MORE CONVENIENT.
