I liked just about everything. Location, elements, staff, amenities, etc.

I didn't like the bathtub because it was made with a curve and you couldn't stand flat. Plus it was extremely slippery and my third day I went to take a shower and my foot slid all the way down the tub and my toes got caught under the drain spout that stuck up about 2 inches. Thank God I didn't break anything, but I did get some abrasions and bruised badly. I didn't like the double taxes on everything that you do. HST TAX AND THEN CANADA TAX. I didn't like that the parking wasn't included in the hotel fee. $45 dollars a day plus tourism fee and HST fee =$54. 87 was outrages. .

it appears that the only thing the management was interested in is how to extract maximum money.. the agreed rate from booking.com was not applied, the breakfast included was not applied. the staff appeared to be grumpy. it appears that the management does not treat staff well, which shows in them not treating customers. spent over 45 minutes of holiday time and the annoyances of someone not reading the booking details properly the breakfast was mediocre at best.. wife wanted a half fried egg. and the lady refused. saying she doesn't do these. the next day there were 2 males and they were much better and helped with the half fry egg..

Enjoyed the room, the view, holiday festive decorations, the peace we could enjoy while in the room. Having breakfast room service delivered one morning. location easy to get to other interests while visiting

the Fireplace didn't work in the room would have liked the ambiance the Fallsview Restaurant experience New Years Eve as below expectations, so what we paid feels bad. Staff clearly overwhelmed, seating was terrible experience, late even with reservations, asked twice, a couple came in with no reservations through OpenTable - a host happily seated them any way ahead of us! we were made to wait were they thought our table was...had to get out of others way carrying their plates...awkward, uncomfortable, we wanted to leave. Husband lost his appetite. Barely had any selections from the buffet -- had we not have ordered a cocktail -- we would have left.

It was a great location, first time at a Sheraton, it was a nice place , room was ok bathroom a bit small and could been cleaner , breakfast buffet i find expensive at $30.00 and $45.00 for parking and a resort fee even if it’s not much it’s not Vegas . The store is expensive as well2 litres of water for $17.00! I get it it’s the location , The staff was really nice all of them very friendly and helpful.

Some concierge staff were rude

The staff were outstanding. We had a mix-up with our booking, and they were incredibly helpful. Good location for food, crossing to NY side if you wanted and amazing views from breakfast room.

The bathroom is very, very small. The breakfast is not great quality, poorly signed food items and expensive. The mini 'Vegas' street area behind is a bit weird.

It is perfectly located near everything.

In the pictures it looks like the views of the falls for the room I purchased were amazing, and it seemed you could see the falls from the beds, but the room we actually got was to the side so we could only see the falls if we went to the window or sat in the chair beside the window

Fabulous view, clean and comfortable

$65. per day for valet parking and had to wait almost an hour for our vehicle. Save money and time, self park for $45.00 When we booked the room there was no mention that we had to pay extra for the 3rd person!

The location and views.

The indoor pool is not very nice and water cold. The heated outdoor pool was closed. Breakfast was a long waiting time of 30 minutes and we went somewhere else for breakfast but there is plenty of good alternatives around the hotel for less money so we saved money in the end. Ideally breakfast should be included and there shouldnt be waiting times. I prefer buffets instead of a la carte which of course takes a lot longer per guest . Parking fees are 45 USD and some walking distance but ok for this location. If you park near the big wheel it is 15 USD.

The hotel is excellent and view (high floor room booked) awesome. Exactly as described. We felt very welcomed (despite big size) and had a great stay. Would highly recommend the place.

I used the indoor pool and was good but a little bit old. They have a new outdoor pool and this seems to be a new one.
