Good location and view. Good value for price. The pool and hot tub were nice. Room and inside of hotel were very clean and staff were nice. The maid was around in the hall each day to swap or give what we needed with a smile. I would definitely stay again.

Dated as expected for the price. Reno’s are getting done. Decor is grandma 90s style. Needs TLC and some simple things could spruce it up. Fix the fitness centre .. open the sun deck with tables and chairs. Put flowers in the planters out front and clean the thousand cigarette butts out of them and have a few tables with umbrellas. Such a waste of beautiful spaces and feels lazy.

The location was great. It was close to the Rainbow bridge. The buffet was good. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable.

I wish the parking was free.

The breakfast was great and Sue made some great suggestions for juices. Sue was very attentive with a family and baby in a high chair. She made people feel like you were at home.

It would be nice to have a secured locked room for baggage/tagged with the room number so we could drop off luggage before check in and go shopping. Once the room is ready to have the baggage dropped off in the room. Just a thought, it makes a big difference for service.

If you don’t like this hotel it’s simply because you hate joy. The views were stunning, the bed was so soft I thought I might actually have died and woken up in heaven, the location is super central, and the decor is so delightfully Niagara-kitsch. Also, who doesn’t love a random heart-tub in the middle of the room?! The staff were friendly and efficient and, honestly, the whole trip was a charming romp from start to finish.

There was no side table on the patio, this would have made it easier to eat/put drink on the table. Also the kid pool was not open/no water. We were hoping to check in a little earlier as we arrived earlier, but was not able to until 3. It would be nice if there was an option to pay for early check in

We have stayed in the same room four times since July and really enjoy the balcony and in room jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and the bed is comfortable.

On this occasion, we saw two cockroaches on our bathroom sink. I reported it in person to the front desk and the houseman but neither one of them seemed to care. Front desk response was “oh” and the houseman joked about them being out in the cold weather.

The room was huge and comfortably fit the whole family. The location was only a short walk away from the main attractions and the room itself had a good view of the river.

The only real complaint I have is, the room had a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. However, the balcony itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The chairs on the balcony were covered with cobwebs and bugs. But this was my main complaint everything else was great, I would recommend this place to friends and family, and I will be returning for my next trip to Niagara.

Great location for those wanting to visit Clifton Hill or walk/drive over the Rainbow Bridge to day-trek to the US side. Staff were friendly/helpful/communicative. Our room was ready/clean, and the rate was reasonable. The view from balcony for those with River View features sunrise over the Niagara River/Maid of the Mist area...lovely to wake up to. For those with kids, the little ones very much enjoyed the pool area. Parking is $15 for 24 hrs.

Small quibbles: pool could be warmer; carpet (in room) could use a shampoo before long; ice machine not on all floors; bathroom is dated (though in a charmingly retro way).

My 75 year old mother was with us. Dave was nice and approachable he helpedMy mom out with the A/C in her room. She had a Comfortable night because of his help. The next day he approached her and enquired If she had a Comfortable sleep. Which she did He then alao asked her if she needed Anything else.
