The breakfast was great and Sue made some great suggestions for juices. Sue was very attentive with a family and baby in a high chair. She made people feel like you were at home.

It would be nice to have a secured locked room for baggage/tagged with the room number so we could drop off luggage before check in and go shopping. Once the room is ready to have the baggage dropped off in the room. Just a thought, it makes a big difference for service.

The location was great. It was close to the Rainbow bridge. The buffet was good. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable.

I wish the parking was free.

Noise from air vent

We have stayed in the same room four times since July and really enjoy the balcony and in room jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and the bed is comfortable.

On this occasion, we saw two cockroaches on our bathroom sink. I reported it in person to the front desk and the houseman but neither one of them seemed to care. Front desk response was “oh” and the houseman joked about them being out in the cold weather.

The room was huge and comfortably fit the whole family. The location was only a short walk away from the main attractions and the room itself had a good view of the river.

The only real complaint I have is, the room had a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. However, the balcony itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The chairs on the balcony were covered with cobwebs and bugs. But this was my main complaint everything else was great, I would recommend this place to friends and family, and I will be returning for my next trip to Niagara.

Great location for those wanting to visit Clifton Hill or walk/drive over the Rainbow Bridge to day-trek to the US side. Staff were friendly/helpful/communicative. Our room was ready/clean, and the rate was reasonable. The view from balcony for those with River View features sunrise over the Niagara River/Maid of the Mist area...lovely to wake up to. For those with kids, the little ones very much enjoyed the pool area. Parking is $15 for 24 hrs.

Small quibbles: pool could be warmer; carpet (in room) could use a shampoo before long; ice machine not on all floors; bathroom is dated (though in a charmingly retro way).

My 75 year old mother was with us. Dave was nice and approachable he helpedMy mom out with the A/C in her room. She had a Comfortable night because of his help. The next day he approached her and enquired If she had a Comfortable sleep. Which she did He then alao asked her if she needed Anything else. Thank you Dave we really appreciated You and Your kindness and kind words!❤️

The decor of the room was a little dated, but the room was very clean. I've seen other reviews complaining of a smell, but our room was fine. There was somewhat of a smell near the front desk. The hot tub in our room was a nice feature and worked well.

You have to pay for parking even as a paying customer of the hotel and the hotel did not offer laundry service even though there was a laundry bag in our room.

A very decent hotel in a convenient location. The service is prompt and friendly. The rooms are satisfactory and clean. If you are looking for luxuries, you will not find them here. However, it is a hotel that is convenient for tourists as it is located in close proximity to Niagara Falls and the Clifton Hill area. You can walk to see most of the sights.

The location is great, close to the falls, secret garden, and core activities, yet quiet. Really enjoyed the bright and spacious pool/sauna area. Parking is reasonable and we were able to park there until 3 PM after checkout at 11:00. The room fridge was super quiet. VERY comfy bed. The spa tub in room was nice to relax in. Loved the Queen Ann style furnishing here. Others are too modern and stale. Very clean room and bathroom. No smells, perfume, cleaners.

An included breakfast would be nice. Furniture was getting worn, needs refinishing! Some TLC on the wall paper seams would work.
