Room was small as to be expected, but was clean. I liked the TV playing an old US station and old shows, some of which I did not know. Johnny Carson, sitcoms from the 70's and 80s, then later more modern ones. US TV commercials. lol. I liked that it included a fridge and power bar, in-room microwave. Working remotes for TV. I would bring your own chargers and cables, but they I did see some charges being lent out, no cables though. Would not want to buy one around here. Bathroom and shower were clean and functional with towels provided (not great ones, but good if you forget to bring them) and there were single use sealed shampoo and soaps, which was nice.

Room Size. No noise isolation between rooms. Should probably bring music or something to sleep to; Its not noisy with people yelling or anything, but you can hear some of the other guests when it is quiet. Was fairly quiet after 2am and 3am, but people were definitely still awake. Some noises, but nothing crazy, disturbing or out of the ordinary. Layout of room; TV should be in front of bed somewhat, not so much to the side it hurts your neck to watch it.

Room - was neat, enough spacious for the price paid and the intention - sleep for the night. Bed - Clean sheets, good pillow, amazing mattress, sure did sleep well. Food - the Hotel is attached to a restaurant by same owner, its Indian restaurant - we did not eat there though. They have take out option and the menu prices shown decent pricing.

Security - The door, the corridor and the area were all good. The only issue had been some disturbance during the night - neighbour door was not opening and the noise they made was :( Entrances - the entrance the google maps shows is Ellen street, but if one has already done their check-in, they can also enter/exit via the Virsa Restaurant (Victoria road). This should have been mentioned on their website or on the google pages, it helps save someones time/effort to go a whole block to enter through the main entry point.

The location is right in the heart of all the action if that is what you are looking for. Clifton is a block away. Casino Niagara 2 blocks.. The staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. For the price of the room on weekends I would absolutely stay here again. Parking is only 10 dollars for your stay as well.

Hallway can be dark during the day.

We asked for ground floor room since I was travelling with my father who has walking issues, so that request was granted, so we are thank full for that.

The TV should have been opposite the bed. One thing which I found was female hair in the towel and on the bathtub. While I was rubbing my face with the towel provided I found female hair- probably of previous guests!

I like that the property its rarely close the falls in terms of not having to travel especially if your not driving out there. staff are friendly, I like that their rooms are clean.

I didn’t like that they accused of smoking in the room. we are smokers and been here many times to know we should smoke outside even while it’s winter we still go outside and if you smoke weed then you know the smell is gonna stick to our clothing cause we are smokers and they tried accusing us of smoking in the room cause it smelled like it and I had to tell this guy to check the cameras one and two their people passed us smoking outside in the mornings and late at night so at that point I just felt they wanted the left over our deposit because we did stay an extra day and did leave a little past our time so that’s what I didn’t like that they accused us

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me with my injured ankle. The woman at the desk offered us 2 rooms closer to the outdoors so I wouldn't have to walk so far. I had booked 1 room with 3 beds. Also offered ice and put bottles of water in our fridges at no charge. Always a comfortable stay.

The room was clean and quiet. I noticed it was more modern since the last time I stayed n it was very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and I like how close to the falls this place is.

The staff in the morning was trying to get into our room before the check out time and I didn’t feel that was a great experience. We were told check out was at 11 and the were knocking n trying to get into the room before that.

Cleanliness, Ambience, Customer Service, Facility, Location and Value for money

Low Light filtering in through the window. It wasn't bad, just that I like sleeping in a pitch dark room as much as possible. The AC is manually controlled, so you'd have to get up to adjust it if needed.

I liked the location; mere minutes to walk just about everywhere people would want to go. The room was good. Considering the prices of everything else in the area, it was minimal but that's what I paid for. The room included a fridge and a microwave. Great bed.

I would have liked to see more towels provided in the rooms, and a stopper for the washroom sink.

location is best. staffs are good.

Parking. this is a paid parking and authority allowed over parking. I couldn't use my card as behind there was two more car. broken furniture and poor power outlets are another issue.
