This place was in a perfect central location to get to many different things. Parking lot was huge and accommodated our big truck. Easy parking. Pool was cool but available, hottub was relaxing , there is also an IHOP on site. Tim Hortons very close by, and Pizza joint across the road . Microwave and fridge in room .

The shower was plenty big , but needs to be looked at, as water runs through the door on to the tile floor. Health and safety issue for sure. Room was a bit damp/ musty smelling , but we also had the king room with jacquizzi tub/ hot tub . ( it's not a hot tub lol) also our bed was way to soft. Mattresses need to be upgraded.

The price for the location was great! It was a 10-minute walk to the falls and was very close to a variety of restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel itself was clean and surprisingly spacious. The staff were very nice. There is also someone at the desk 24/7, so you can check in or out as late or early as needed. They also have a quick checkout where you can drop your card if you are in a rush.

The TV had very limited channels, and the guide button didn't work, so we couldn't see what shows/movies were on. Also, just a warning to those visiting, the IHOP inside the hotel has a Niagara Falls Destination Tax, which is incredibly stupid (it was also very overpriced). So, if you want a cheaper breakfast, there is an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet for like 12.99, a two-minute walk away.

Pool area was too small, there were like 20 ppl in a 10 ppl pool. Hotel staff just looked sketchy at first The main lobby/reception floor layout is so bad We did not face any security issues personally, but im pretty sure the hotel just lets any random/non-customers ppl just roam around in the hotel U can not see the falls from atleast 80% of the hotel rooms, don't know why they called it "fallsview" Didn't know the tv was cable, forgot laptop and hdmi cable so that was on us

at check in the tall man sitting off to the side, possibly a manager .. with his phone in hand .. was quite rude.. I thought I had paid as I always do with booking.com and I had not.. I was calm and not rude to the lady I was talking to but he kept interrupting with rude comments .. which was not ok.. then she didn't want to accept my driver's license as it had a sticker on it expired I had the paper with it that said it was in the mail.. I had just not received my renewed copy as my birthday just passed. was not to happy about my check in.. the rest of my stay was fine

Friendly helpful staff The room was acceptable. Cleaner is desirable! We ended up staying and getting a jacuzzi tub room at a good price for the extended stay. Being old and first-timers at the Falls was a treat. Bring warm layers and comfy shoes!

The "free cancelation until" date was not honored. Money was taken 24 hrs early and you never responded to my distress about that. This is a Booking.com comment. Not a reflection on the hotel. Hot tub in pool was broken Wifi is not secure. The room was on the wrong side of the building! The sunrise view and view of the river is on the odd numbers. This side is much more desiresble!

We had a great stay! The room was very clean,the bed and chairs were very comfortable. The pillows were great and linen was spotless. We were in walking distance to everything.

We only encountered 2 minor issues. The onsite IHOP is closed,so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. It wasn't a big deal, but would've been more convenient. Secondly, when I went to use the coffee machine to make a tea,I put water in it and when the hot water poured into the cup..it came out brown,like the filter hadn't been cleaned from a previous usage.

the view was great, the location and how close it was within walking distance to the falls, and clifton hill. The Room was quiet and decent.

Noisy lobby, young children playing on bikes in the parking lot unattended. Crowded area near back entrance to parking lot. Noisy and lack of services in terms of food and amenities.

I am not happy with the parking. In the booking parking was free, but they charged me $ 25per night . I cancelled the parking and I park outside, which is very much cheap. One reason to book this hotel is free parking, but the cashier said no free parking . This point is not clear at the time of parking . In the site I saw free parking

Great location, walking distance to casino, shopping, restaurants, etc. We stayed in a room with 3 queen beds so the room was very spacious. We had a balcony as well which was really nice. The parking lot shared with the hotel offered $10 overnight parking so that was better than the hotels rate.

We were placed in building 'B' so it's a bit older but everything was very clean.

Location is close to all attractions. Short 10-15 minute walk.

The gym needs more equipment for workout. Some weights were missing. The bench is not adjustable while working out and that would make a difference and is not expensive to replace. Toilet in room was not flushing. Maintenance came to fix it twice but still wouldn’t flush. Staff were very attentive. Great customer service. I would recommend this property to friends.
