It was close to the OLG stage for concerts. In better weather, we could have walked. I loved that the window opened, it's always great when a hotel has windows that can be cracked for air. The blackout curtains fit perfectly and the room was nice and dark. The heat was adjustable, and the heater itself was quiet. Everything was very clean. Staff were very friendly.

The stay was very noisy. Despite only being maybe 2 or 3 other cars in the parking lot the night of our stay, the noise was insane. The room beside us had the TV blaring all night, with the people caughing and hacking. Around 4 am the people next door were fighting and yelling. The room under us had 2 yappy dogs that barked randomly through the night and woke us up a few times. It's clean and otherwise a nice place to stay. But ask to be in a room away from other guests if the hotel is empty. There is NO ELEVATOR. I didn't mind walking 3 flights of stairs with all of our stuff, but if you're not as physically able, make sure to request a ground floor.

I really loved the room that we have, they gave us a king bed room with ensuite jet bath..it gave us a feeling that it was a perfect honeymoon and birthday for my boyfriend. The motel was super pet friendly- we left our cat in our room while we roamed around Clifton hill and did some fun activities. Their staffs were so friendly and their General Manager Mr. Philip helped us fixing our room too.

I didn't dislike anything but it would be better if the motel did have a swimming pool and a dental kit, however there's a convenience store just across the street so it didn't matter. The manager also gave us a map to where the open pool is, overall the location of the motel was perfect.

The staff are very accommodating and polite, location is very accessible by public transport, bus stop right in front of the inn, room is way much bigger than the regular inn, bed are comfortable and linens are clean, washroom is very clean

Close to the Falls (about 20-30mins walking distance) Close to many restaurants, not too far from the GO Station to Toronto Super helpful/friendly staff. Overall we would come back and book this place again if we come to Canada/Niagara Falls in the future.

The bathtub was slick, almost slipped/fell when stepping in. Water was spontaneously getting cold, not sure the reason. Bed was a bit more firm than I am used to but works. Still had a comfortable rest Sunlight came directly into our room and you didn't need a wake up call haha!

It was a great value for the price. We travelled 2500 miles away from home, visiting beautiful places along the way, so needless to say we needed to stay on budget. Staying in Mamma's Inn proved that you can be comfortable, and thoroughly enjoy your vacation without breaking the bank. There are plenty of accommodations by the falls, depending ofcourse on what you can afford or willing to splurge on. There are quite a few that have the view of the falls, but its either going to cost a lot more, or that customer service was an issue and also,,, having to pay extra parking. But what was important to us was having a safe place to sleep and relax at night, since we were out exploring in daylight. We did not mind having to walk - it was part of the adventure for us (so I guess this is all about perspective). Niagara was beautiful and I thank Mamma's Inn for offering a clean and spacious room during our stay while keeping us right on budget. The staff was very nice and they were helpful as well. Mind you, I had 3 boys, but we were not charged extra for anything because we did our part to make sure to leave it as clean as possible. The cleaning staff is not there to clean after slobs, and that's what I taught my children. They were forthcoming with extra charge that you can incur if certain things happen because of negligence of the customer they have it posted in the room - so we made sure to respect that. So to those who are seeking a good, clean, and safe place to stay while enjoying your time in Canada, this is one of the great options out there.

I think its not a negative, but more of a suggestion - to have some disposable utensils available for customers. We were wanting to eat some cup of noodles but we forgot to bring a fork/spoon. They did not have any, but its not really their responsibility either, so that was not on them.

The manager was exceptional! Extremely clean and very easy to get to! Lots of parking, easy to get to everything, and my poochie was able to come! That was a bonus!!! Not too many places accept your pets, so this was the original reason I came to Motel 6. Then was pleasantly surprised with hotel, staff and surroundings! Would definitely go again!

Something very small, a coffee maker in the room. My husband is an introvert so going out to get his coffee in the hallway was tough for him

The location is great. Walking distance to all attractions (Clifton Hill and Casinos) etc as for the fair price by location. The staff were awesome and the cleaning team did a great job. Always seen them cleaning

I didn’t mind the location as some people might think its location had a lot of homelessness and addicts, but it’s actually a couple blocks west from hotel that’s pretty busy with that problem. I really enjoyed my stay.

Definitely a good price/performance-eatio. Our Dduble room was large enough for all our bags and had all the Basic amenities. The 2 Beds were very comfortable. Enough free parking space. Free coffee in the morning. Good Location with 15-20 Min. walk to the falls.

There was one loud employee in a conversation in the middle of the night, which could be heard on the whole groundfloor = doors are not sealed or too thin…

Responsive staff and accommodation, spacious room, AC well functioning as expected, bright lighting in the bathroom, clean mirrow and towels

No fan in the bathroom, noise disturbance from the fridge, the pillow was high for me

Very clean, quiet and location was perfect. The room was a perfect size and the shower and bathroom were great. The bed was very comfortable, I slept so well both nights I was there. I appreciated the fact that there was no carpet so felt very clean and hygienic. Compared to other hotels nearby I found the price very good value and very happy that they didn’t charge extra for parking. Next time I’m back in Niagara I will stay here again for sure. Ps the lady and gentleman at the reception were so nice and friendly. Keep up the great work guys!

The room didn’t have a hair dryer but the nice lady at reception lent me one so it really wasn’t an issue. Just something to check before you shower lol
