The location was very good only a few minutes walk from niagra falls. There is a supermarket or 2 within a few minutes walk also and restaurants also. The skylon tower is across the street pretty much which has amazing views of the falls and surrounding areas. It's affordable and the staff are friendly it's worth a stay.

The place is very good and I recommend it but this needs mentioned because i had to deal with it. I had no safe in my room or a fridge usually when I stay room only I have those things I didn't ask about it I just made it work I had to take all my holiday money and passports etc with me every day in my backpack because I felt safer doing that than leaving it in the room without a safe. Also we had to put our milk into a ice bucket and fill it with water to keep the milk better I'd recommend asking for the fridge and safe mabye they will provide them for free especially if you have kids with you like I did.

Great location, great staff, clean room, great price. The hotel is within walking distance from the attractions. The staff is very polite and helpful. We rented 2 rooms and wanted the rooms close to each other and they provided. We just needed a place to stay so we didn't check facilities. I only noticed that they had an ice machine on each floor, which is great. The room was clean (except the floor from what it looked like) and A/C was working fine. We are very happy with our one-night stay.

As some people have mentioned, the hotel and rooms need an update. The carpet in the hallway and the elevator was dirty and kind of falling apart. The bathroom sink was cracked in one of the rooms. However, none of these are that important and having a low price for the room, I guess it's ok. The only thing I didn't like is that they charge for the parking about $26 per night. There is also a city fee of $5. The city also has taxes in restaurants plus you have the federal tax which in my opinion is ridiculous and I will not be going to Niagara Falls again because of that.

Generały not bad hotel, could use some improvement but nothing major to complain about . Has pool for relax small but enough to do morning swimming Would be nice if room had microwave and fridge but hey u can’t have it all. Generały clean nice good location and helpful staff

Not clear pool opening hours… what does it mean that the start opening at seven but is fully open at 8?

Reception was nice. Lady at reception was very accommodating. She checked us in before the check in time and that was really helpful as I was travelling with kids. They have microwave and other amenities at reception. Room was clean and comfortable. Rooms are clean.

Room did not have a mini fridge to store our food overnight. Other than that it was an amazing experience.

The bed was extremely comfortable and really soft. The location was great, about 15 minute walk downtown. 5 minutes away from Tim Hortons. IHOP was great and we were given a coupon upon check-in. The room and area was really quiet even for a Friday and Saturday night.

Bottom of pool was rough and cut my fiances toe. There was a first aid kit there though which was helpful. The $23 a day parking and $10 a day for a fridge was unfortunate.

It was clean and comfortable, easy to find the hotel. The staff were friendly and polite

The restaurant next to the hotel was IHOP and we were given a 15% off the meal however the breakfast that we had was far too expensive and very small . We thought it was a good deal with the 15%off however we were wrong, we could have had a better meal elsewhere and spent a lot less.

The location is great if you are attending an event at OLG Stage. Room was clean and as expected for the price paid.

They have a seperate check in line for people that pre registered online to allow for quick access to room keys. Unfortunately they still allowed others not pre registered to use the line which held up check in.

Staff is friendly and helpful when needed. Room was clean with lots of pillows. The location is central to alot of restaurants and activities and not that far from the falls.

The service phone wasn't working, so we had to take a trips down to the lobby when we needed something. The pool wasn't clean! The water was very cloudy and the deep end ladder was loose when you try and climb out of the pool.

Lincel The receptionist was excellent. the room is clean and it will be better if fridge and microwave should be added to the room. The ice machine is not working. Since I checked out, the security deposit has not been credited to my account. Before I check in, my card is already charged. They suppose to charge it when I check in and ask me how I like to pay rather than charging my card even I’m not checking in yet. For the deposit, I'd prefer to pay cash so you could refund it when I check out. The guy in the morning receptionist told me that the security deposit will be returned in 2 to 3 business days, which is strange because it should happen the same day.

I like the location where the bus stop is accessible outside the facilities . The air-conditioning is very good we like it. We enjoy the indoor pool and the food at the ihop restaurant.

We didn't like the lights inside the washroom it's too dim inside. And the door of the closet door is broken.
