The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Niagara falls! That was fantastic! The breakfast was good for me - waffles, juices, yogurts, celreal... exactly what I need. We stayed in a family suite with kitchen, so we had a toaster, microwave, stove, cups, plates, glasses, we were happy with that. The bedding, the shower towels were clean and fresh, the beds were very comfortable. I received the security deposit in my bank account very quickly, after 3 days of our stay.

Unfortunately it was a bit noisy at night, I think because of old air-conditioning system, but at least the air conditioning worked well; and there was no perfect cleanliness in the rooms, but none of this became a problem at all.

Its a good overall property. Rooms were nice and clean. AC worked fine.

We paid for overnight parking yet when we returned after midnight, there was no parking spots left. Perhaps parking is overbooked. I had to go into the office to inquire about this issue. The pool in the pictures is just a fake lil water body. Its not real lol don't get fooled. The rooms were good, however, you could add full-length mirror in the room so one doesn't have to wait in the washroom queue to see themselves in the mirror in the bathroom. This little amenity will help families staying over. Breakfast was good but a proper management is needed to tackle the hassle some ladies were making it. Some customers were showing zero courtesy and touching the bread n waffle I had placed in for myself.

I was in town again for niagara falls comicon for 2 nights, and this motel made my stay that much better like the last time i stayed here in 2019 when they were called knights inn. I came in, and got exactly what i signed up for except for the mini fridge. I had to ask for that. But the workers were nice and polite about it and they got me a mini fridge right away in fast time, and the room was very very clean. Also, the breakfast is pretty good for the price i paid for my stay, the location is walking distance to the niagarafalls convention centre, casinos, and a nice walk to the the falls which will easily lead you to clifton hill. Im going to stay here again, aslong as the price is right.($170 or less per night).

You can hear your neighbors too easily. But it was still good because luckily my neighbors were not too loud. So because of the walls, the enjoyment of your stay does depend on your neighbors as well.

Our room was clean and friendly staff. The walk to Clifton hill was a bit further than what we expected but it was do able. It took us 10 minutes to walk to the falls then another 15 minutes to walk to Clifton hill. Overall it was definitely the perfect place to stay with my kids. Bonus was Tim Hortons was right beside this hotel.

One thing that we didn’t enjoy was no indoor pool. Plus the bathroom had no light. The little curtain in the bathroom needs to be changed very dirty and gross. Also our remote for the TV never worked missing buttons. The volume was only at high. This didn’t bother us since we were too tired to watch TV when we got back to our room.

The staff was accommodating as we had a last minute booking from an Airbnb we didn't feel safe staying at. Check-in time was supposedly at 3PM, but we were accommodated at 1PM for no extra charge. We had a double queen bed room on the 2nd floor, keyless entry with a deadbolt for security, room was neat, tidy and pre-cooled to combat the summer heat (air conditioner ON, thank you!), LED TV, microwave, and mini-fridge. Ice machine is located at the back of the main office. Daily refill of toilet paper and fresh towels, also available as requested. If you don't plan on shelling out extra $$$ for parking close to the falls (Canadian $20-$100 posted all day parking depending on proximity to the falls), it is a 10-minute walk to the Niagara River View (in Google Maps) from this lodge. On your way down to the falls, there is a conveniently located Tim Horton's for those who love their morning coffee fix (free coffee is also offered on the lodge's main office), or even breakfast and doughnuts, but please be advised that it can get packed especially during rush hour, so plan your day accordingly. Time flies out here as there so many things to do during the summer!

The steep walk back from the falls can be quite a workout. You don't see it on the map, but this can easily be the 15-20min walk back before you reach the lodge for a nice warm shower. It starts off from Niagara Parks Welcome Center until Margaritaville, you've been warned. There is also a $10 charge for parking which is a 50% discount if you are staying in the lodge ($20 public parking fee). Wi-Fi can be choppy in your room, depending on your proximity to the main office (which I'm guessing is where the Wi-Fi router is at). These are just minor inconveniences I'd say are worth mentioning, but overall, our stay was great!

The hotel has a good location, near most of the interest points in Niagara Falls, but not in the overcrowded and noisy part of the city. The room is comfortable and the service simple, but adequate, with great value for the price

The cleanliness left a little bit to deserve, with cobwebs everywhere in the inn and some dirty surfaces in the room

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Older motel, being renovated. Workers were painting outside trim and repairing railings while we were there.

No coffee maker. Charged for parking but no assigned spaces. We returned and found no available space - we parked in a small space on the other side of the building. No hand towels, just bath towels and face cloths. Limited breakfast items.

Great location, pool was clean and refreshing. The room was clean and silent which is lovely in Niagara Falls. Check in and out was very easy. The room was quite large and was very clean inside.

Most of our lights had no lightbulbs in them so we couldn't use them. The curtain is not big enough for the window and let in some light. A sleeping mask was needed.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean which is important to me. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was fine and as you would usually expect in a continental breakfast. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Maybe more fresh fruit at breakfast.
