The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the pool was cozy to sit outside on at night. Hotel was fairly quiet. Location was very convenient to things we wanted to do, the falls, shops, restaurants close by, including Coco's downstairs and Margaritaville next door, the Skylon Tower also next door, etc. .. and to the shuttle access for things we wanted to do that were beyond a close walking distance. The indoor pool was nice and the water temperature was much cooler as it was 90°, making it very refreshing!

The rooms do not have a microwaves, which is very inconvenient .. you have to go to a different floor to use a microwave just to heat up leftovers, coffee, etc.

Love the rooms, wood-oven pizza (the best) and the staff. I do not like the prices....way too expensive

Location was easily walkable to the falls & Clifton Hill. The staff were very friendly, check in and out were simple & smooth. The amenities looked nice although we didn't use any. The room was a perfect temperature. The linens were clean & comfy. The bathroom was clean and had good quality soaps etc, loved the heated floor! The price to park was free or included with the room.

The Wifi didn't work, the sign-in portal didn't take you to a sign in page. We stayed on the main floor & the rooms are close to the back door with the heavy bar door- we could clearly hear whenever someone opened or closed it.

It was clean. Staff was good. Love the balcony fairly Central. Cleaning staff Awesome! (6thfloor).

No sweet treat in the fridge. If it's on the welcoming letter, it should be there. This was mentioned at the front desk when we were leaving and they just chuckled it off. There was no menu for room service. Also mention to the front desk there should be instructions how to run the steam shower. If a young child or younger child is there and they start it and the parents aren't paying attention ,could be a lawsuit. They'll get burned bad.

Perfect location close to the falls, we stayed in the Jetted tub king room with a balcony and large spa bath big enough for two adults to comfortably enjoy. Staff was pleasant and welcoming especially housekeepers always smiled and exchanged pleasantries with customers. TV was imo appropriately sized for the placement of the bed ect. I loved being able to hook up my fire stick to the TV so I could watch my own movies/shows from my streaming services like disney+. I stayed in the room next to this one last year funny enough and the TV in that room was not able to change input so I couldn't used my fire stick I was annoyed by that but excitedly suprised that the room I had this year was able to do that definitely going to ask for that specific room again when booking if possible lol. Overall great hotel and had a lovely stay! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to coming back next year. 😊

The only thing I didn't like was the beds both this stay and last year's stay they aren't terrible but I have spent less at a different hotel and had excellent beds and for the price I expected at least a bed as good if not better than the cheaper hotels I've stayed at. Not necessarily their fault and was only a small inconvenience as I really had to use the bathroom lol but our key cards were demagnitized the day before checking out so had to go down to the front desk to have it fixed so just something to keep in mind as it can happen close to your check out date it's not really an issue with the staff itself just the system had an error which is out of anyone's control.

Good size room and had a view of the swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious - choice from the cooked to order menu. Outside and inside Swimming pools and inside got tub. Pool was a good temperature and sunbeds next to it. Location of the hotel was good- just a few mins walk down the hill to the falls. Good to have a noon checkout so could enjoy the pool in the morning (it opened at 10.30am). Good to have free parking at the hotel- easy to find a space.

Lighting in the room could have been better

The decor was interesting, very cool. The Holiday Inn did a very nice job of redecorating during their renovations with significant tastful updating, setting the bar higher for other hotels. There was a hub of activities at Coco from a Christmas party, enterence and hallway was well decorated of Christmas festivity. It was great to have easy access parking at back of building, free, to come and go. The guest room was pretty, well decorated, lighting well situated. surfaces clean, nice flooring, Bed very comfortable, good black out curtains. Had desk with good wheeled chair. Location was good. The work out room had excellent machines, all in working order, with water and wipes handy. Signage was clear, large easy print.

The business center is a small nook down and off the main enterance hall with two computers on small desk, no work space, no privacy. There is a small step coming in from the parking lot doors that is unexpected to be aware of. The guest room and facility doors are all heavy fire doors, they bang loudly if let go. The hall way traffic is a bit loud because of an eco, but room was otherwise quiet. The bathroom tub had only 1 hand bar was at back of bath tub. luckily there was anti slip texture impregnated on tub bottom for safety. The pool was at enterance, felt awkward to go in.

Loved the free parking we loved our breakfast that was included with the package We got. the location was great. The staff was great.

The pool didn’t open until 10:30 which kind of ruined our morning plans. Our kids really wanted to swim but that’s a long time to wait around in the morning before swimming. We ended up having breakfast while we waited but still had an hour more to wait. I suggest opening it earlier for families and others who want to use the pool and sauna at the beginning of their day. We probably would have been able to check out earlier if the pool was open earlier too Also it would be helpful to have a list in the lobby of what local services are closed. We walked all the way to the rail tram and it was closed

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient — close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made it easy to get around without any hassle. The room was clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet environment that allowed for a restful night’s sleep. All essential amenities were provided, and everything was in excellent working condition.

The staff were helpful when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable. A short walk took us down to the falls. Breakfast was a voucher for the restaurant on the lower floor. After seeing what it consisted of the extra $ for breakfast was easily justified.

The only downside to the experience is the parking lot is a little difficult to find without great signage. The rooms are older but at least maintained.
