The facility itself cannot be said to be new, but the air conditioning was working well enough that it was almost cold. The water pressure and temperature of the shower were also fine, and I was able to use it comfortably. It was a wonderful location with easy access to the casino, Skylon Tower, and lively streets.

Since the entire facility gives off a sense of age, I believe that if you pay attention to the finer details as much as possible, the overall impression will change. For example, securely attaching the toilet paper holder.

We were so impressed by the staff and as we are new comers to Canada we didn't have credit card to pay the deposit which was the compulsory requirement for the booking.com however the hotel was so flexible and allow us to pay by cash. The room was cleaned and tidy...we highly recommend this place. It has mini fridge and microwave too which is great as we traveled by Go train and used public transport we have taken minimum stuff with us. It's situated walking distance from all the main attraction of Niagara which is great

It's better if they provide electric kettle and tea cups for make bed tea in the morning.

Very clean room, very clean washroom, comes with refrigerator and microwave.The AC unit was a bit noisy but air is cool enough. The mattress was a bit hard noisy on one side and could take additional pillows. The TV works when it choose to and the remote did not work at all even with battery change. Over all our stay at the Empress Inn was ok and for the price it was beyond our expectations. The staff was easy to deal with and very accommodating. We look forward to staying here a third time and we will recommend it to our friends.

We didn't like the noise from the AC unit, the squeeking of the mattress, the non functioning remote control and the cleaning staff shouting to each other across the property too early in the morning.

The hotel staff were very nice and the payment was smooth and simple. Deposit was returned right after stay. The walk ways were fairly slippery however it was raining all weekend. The room was perfect for just sleeping in the hotel and it was very close to the falls and Clifton hill.

God bless everyone at Empress Inn and Suites. I was pleased with the attention and handling of my check in and out. Really friendly. All my answers were full filled. The location was perfect. Not to far ( We love to walk ) or to close ( away from the noise ).

Location is super 👌🏽. Very close to all attractions, Skylon and just the center. The room was clean, hot/cold water, heating system. Clean set of towels. It was pretty comfortable to stay there for 1 night. I recommend, this is good ratio price=condition 👌🏽

The beds are comfortable and the room is fully equipped with fridge and microwave and lots of natural light through the big window. Air conditioning unit worked very well and nice water pressure for shower or bath. The front desk reception was easy to speak too and accommodating. Chose to stay extra night and was offered the same nightly rate we had paid from booking early as now the prices were up by 40% so we saved money by the staff offering us extra night at the reduced rate. Very friendly and excellent wi-fi service.

The parking it was always hard to find a spot in the lot and had to park on side of service entrance then move it once a spot became available

quiet area and establishment great view skylon tower. the casino isn't walking distance. I'm going back for my 50th three nights day.

I wasn't informed over the phone about $100 deposit. although I didn't have a problem getting it back.

The family room was great being able to all be together was awesome

The room was not very clean. There was stuff under the beds the lights didn’t plug in and there was dirt (maybe throw up) on the curtains and chair 🥴🥴🥴
