The staff were very attentive, caring, and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. The location was close to being able to walk to everything we wanted to visit while at the same time not being close enough that outside noise and traffic would become a disturbance. The included breakfast was great, with lots of options, and was always topped up throughout the breakfast service. The staff working there were fantastic with the kids and would bring over colouring sheets and crayons every morning to our table.

The one small negative I would say would be the pool. It has a beautiful pool and we used it twice so I use negative very loosely. It states on the website it is a heated pool but was cooler than I thought it would be.

The location is convenient, though it’s still a little over half an hour’s walk to downtown. It’s manageable, but could be a stretch if you’re walking with kids or trying to avoid parking fees. The rooms are clean, and overall, the space is great for short stays. It’s definitely cleaner compared to other budget hotels we’ve stayed in. The swimming pool is well-maintained and doesn’t have a strong chlorine smell. Breakfast is good, with a variety of food options available, and there’s plenty of seating space for dining.

While the room was clean, the bed felt quite old. It was very light and moved easily when you leaned on one side, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The pillows also seemed worn out—thin and lacking proper head support. Although the linens were clean, there were a few stains that likely went unnoticed during machine washing. Some breakfast items got a bit dry, probably because they were left out in the open.

It was a nice overall experience. It started with the check-in process. It was an easy and quick one. We were welcomed by a smile. We had to pay the parking fees which is CAD 22.6 ( $22 + tax ). There are plenty of parking slots all around the hotel. The hotel is nearby everything. It took us around 15 mins to walk to Clifton Hill. It is located in calm area. We booked a room in the 3rd floor away from the elevator to be away from noise. It was clean and beds were comfy. It is little bit small, but overall everything was okay The indoor pool is okay, but it is so small. But my kids enjoyed their time. It is open from 9AM to 9PM Breakfast was so nice with a lot of variety such as sausages, peeled boiled eggs, potato cubes ( different seasoning options are beside it to use), cheese, pan cakes, nutella, peanut butter, jam, butter, yogurt,.. I saw that the staff was so welcoming... They met us with a smile and greeting. They were keen to replace any empty items so fast. They keep the place in a good order noting that we went to the breakfast early at morning ( around 7AM ) and we were surprised that it was full of people.. By the way, there is extended seating area in the back ( in front of the gym ) In the lobby, there are coffee, hot drinks with some flavor syrups that you can add. Infront of that you can find two computers. I think that they are kind as a business center.

The hotel has a great and friendly staff. It is clean, has a decent gym and indoor pool, perfect to enjoy your stay at Niagara. The breakfast offers eggs, pancakes, sausages, bread, bagels, fruit, hot and cold beverages. In the breakfast, Cabinet, Oksana and Eshipal were very friendly and offered us excellent customer service and attention. We had an issue with our next room's guests and they changed our room without hesitation. It is a excellent option if you're planning to book a well equipped and decent hotel, but you are not planning to stay all day in the hotel, you will be outside enjoying Niagara Falls.

If you are placed in a room with shareable door, you will hear everything from the other room, could be uncomfortable.

The breakfast was very assorted and always replenished by the kitchen staff who were very attentive and always looking at their surroundings in case guests needed assistance. I was impressed by their service level.

The swimming pool needs more attention. That was 1 of the main reason I booked it; however while I was there w guests entered without showering and it make me leave the pool. The sign is not big enough and some signs are handwritten. Water didn't seem so clear. It makes me question a lot of things.

All front desk staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Similarly cleaning staff and others we crossed paths with were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the towels changed daily. The bed was comfortable. Having the mini fridge and microwave was a bonus. Our friends were directly across the hall which was very convenient. Having a short walk to the WEGO stop was great. Got to stretch our legs a bit but it wasn't a lengthy walk. Since our rooms were ready, we were allowed early check in which was appreciated. We were also allowed to leave our car a few hours after checking out to attend another attraction before heading home. Also much appreciated. It saved us moving the car and paying an additional fee for parking.

We have no complaints. We feel we got exactly what we expected. Great stay at a good price.

I really do appreciated the courtesy received from the time I entered the property...the receptionist, the follow up visit to the room to ensure that we were OK, the hospitality of the kitchen staff and the room service cleaners were all exceptional in providing great service. Additionally, the pool serviceman exchanged kind words of guidance and advice in times when we needed it. My biggest surprise was the quality of the breakfast. It was a full breakfast...enjoyed all of the amenities, clean, healthy, tasty, and amazingly fulfilling.

Almost nothing except that I thought the rooms were carpeted but thar was a minor expectation.

The room was very clean and well appointed-I liked the European feel of the room. Super comfy bed. Was walking distance from the Niagara and Horseshoe Falls as well as casinos and other attractions. The young lady at the check in desk was very friendly. I thought the price was great for being so close to the falls. We were there on a Wednesday so that helped with price I am sure. They also had a decent free breakfast according to my husband.

We didn't like the extra $20 for parking that was added in when we checked in. The lot for the hotel was very small so I imagine they are trying to keep others from parking in the lot. I think it would be better to just include it in the price of the room rather than a surprise at check in. When we booked our room online, nothing was mentioned about an extra fee for parking but I actually was aware as I had read it in others reviews. Also, our room did have a bit of a problem with the shower head-wouldn't totally engage so we had water coming both out of the shower head and the tap. Fortunately plenty of water pressure so it didn't matter!

The property is well maintained. There are no visible damages. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was a nice size. There were 4 or 5 families in it at the same time and I didn't feel like we were on top of each other. They called in the early evening to check in with us to find out our estimated time of arrival. I appreciated this gesture. My girls enjoyed the pancake maker that was at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is about a mile from the falls so we walked to everything, which was really nice.

The front desk area was a little noisy so I had a bit of a hard time hearing the employee. One of the beds came off the frame as soon as we sat down on it. We were able to put it back on and didn't have any problems after that.
