The location is fantastic, especially if you go for one of the street-facing balcony rooms. You can watch the action right from your balcony, before you head down to the strip and join the fun. The staff is super nice. It’s an older hotel so don’t expect any bells or whistles. But more importantly, it was very clean and served its purpose for our stay. There was not a mini fridge in our room but the staff will provide unlimited ice at your request. We asked them for ice a few times and it was no big deal at all. It’s sooo close to all the festivities, if you want to come back to the hotel and rest you’ll be there in 5 mins. Paid parking is available. We loved it, and would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I could say is that the rooms don’t have a mini fridge, which comes in handy. But the front desk will provide unlimited ice whenever you need, so it’s not a big deal at all if you’re willing to be okay with that. Otherwise there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like!

Great location and the balcony was nice BUT IT WAS SHARED

No microwave or fridge and the balcony was shared , witch kind of defeats the purpose of booking the room with a private balcony. If the hotel reads this they should put a divider so people can’t come on your side and see in your room . It made it awkward to be on the balcony when they where outside as well

Excellent location- 2 minutes walking to blue line we go, 10 min walking to red line to Table Rock. The starting point to the Rainbow Bridge is a ten minute walk away. There are tons of eateries in the area. Feels very safe and I felt that way even on days I returned to the Inn at around 1130 pm. It's a big room, they allowed me early check in around 1 pm without a fuss. Greatly appreciated that. Feels very safe, I had stable internet in the room for most of my stay except for a brief duration one of the days when they were switching over to fibre. Staff at the reception don't volunteer any information or offer any help of their own but if asked any specific questions, they respond.

Zero amenities in the room- not even a kettle or a bottle of water. Lighting can be better. I think I paid a very high price for what I got but I guess that applies to all of Niagara Falls during a busy season

The location was amazing, right in the centre of the town and a short enjoyable walk from the falls. The brothers were super friendly and helpful in recommending places nearby. The rooms were really spacious and even had a bath! There were towels provided and a good air-con, as well as chairs outside the room. For the price it was absolutely fabulous and although a little "dated" it felt like staying with a relative and was a super comfortable stay!

We love the location, it's close to all the attractions in Victoria Avenue and Clifton Hills, the staff are amazing, very nice, our room is spacious and although it's one room, the separate space where the other bed is, gave privacy for another person. The balcony is facing Victoria Avenue and we saw the fireworks from our balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we'll come back. Highly recommended!

It would have been perfect if they upgrade their air conditioner. It can't cool the whole room. Also, being in front of Victoria Avenue, you can hear the noise til early morning. It's not the motel's fault but again if the ac is working well then we would have been able to close the balcony door to lessen the noise but we need to keep it open as it's warm inside.

The location is perfect! Walking distance to all the fun! The price was awesome! The room was spacious, including a sofa and a rollaway cot. Surrounded by many great places to eat and to shop. Right across the road from the midway. It would be ideal for a family or a group of friends.

If I have to say something negative it would be that the office/check in was not easily identified. I was on foot so it was fine, but in a car there may have been a drive-by

Close to attractions and the falls

If I'm including a car in the payment application, I should already include the parking in the payment I'm making. I didn't like being charged for parking again. In the paid applications they should be more specific since I was looking for a room with a jacuzzi and at no point did I look at that option in the application. But it met its objective.

Good value and location. Better than expected for the price. Very basic hotel that could use some updating on the outside. The room was very clean and cozy. Bathroom was recently renovated. There were 3 of us and they added a comfy cot before we arrived without requesting, super accommodating.

It’d be cool if the outdoor pool was updated to use. Exterior was clean but could use some love.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We got a jacuzzi room, and the bonus was a private balcony facing out onto the street! We enjoyed sitting out there, people watching and looking at the view! The room was nice and clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is incredible! Walk to everything! This will definitely be our go-to place to stay every time we come to Niagara Falls.

Only thing was maybe an update on the toilet seat. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

I loved that it was near everything, the noise from Clifton Hill was minimal, the beds were comfortable and the staff was great...helped me with my tv issue right away and they were great to talk to and very friendly.

The fan in the bathroom was a little noisy but when I mentioned it on checkout they said they'd look at it.
