Very close to attractions on Clifton Hill. Short walk to Rainbow Bridge, the Falls and public transportation. Beds were comfortable. The personnel were extremely friendly, inviting and always willing to help!!!

Could have been cleaner. Dirt/dust on sink ledge and a top of bathroom heater. Stains on walls in bathroom. Walls are thin. Could hear the neighbors next door. They will not give you an exchange rate, just dollar for dollar..RIP OFF!! I paid $1.50 U.S. for water that cost $1.50 Canadian.

Location, room was updated and clean, pool was neat(did not use it, but it would be good if we went back with our kids, small but looked good). The price was good for a Monday in August.

Tv channels( roku). It was slightly annoying to find something that worked. I really do not like having to pay to park when I paid for a room.

Room was clean and great television stations for night time TV. The pool is well taken care of, clean. Nice pool chairs and the pool is open all day till 10pm. Staff is very nice!

I shouldn't have to pay for parking($10 day) when I've already paid for my room. Parking should come with the room price. Considering they charge people who aren't staying at the property the same price to park for the day.

The property was very close to all the attractions and it was just a short walk. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was very quiet.

They charge you for parking. The sign says $10, but even though you are paying for a room, they charge you $15 for each adult.

Clean room, air conditioning worked well, good location, pool is small but we had it to ourselves for over an hour the night we were there. Easy check in/check out. Was nice to find a motel/hotel with 3 beds since we are a family of 5 --- many places can only accommodate a family of 4.

Our second visit at this hotel in the last month - will be back. Great location - convenient to everything. Have stayed at branded hotels other times and would drive in and use this location to park / decided last time to just stay and it’s a game changer!

In walking distance to the Niagara Falls. Good value for the price. Comfortable beds.

You have to pay extra for parking (CAD 10 + tax per night) although it is a motel where almost everyone arrives by car.

They have this client with a modified engine car that makes noise like 10 Harley Davidson bikes for 3 freaking days at 7:30. I don't know how the cops let that kind if car runs in the streets
