Great location! Only steps from the Clifton Hill Experience, Sky Wheel, Attractions. Good parking access. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 24/7 desk service. The only thing which was inconvenient is that there were no refrigerator in the room, so you have to go to the front desk, but ice was free and readily available. Coffee maker in room and good coffee. I felt very safe there. Would book a room there again.

The location is so convenient. It has a nice pool, not to warm but it was OK temperature to spend some time in there. The hotel was clean, beds were big and comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly. The room was big and spacious.

The key card dismagnify really fast and easy. I got lock out of the room twice. I had it away from the phones but it still happened. I was told if I go by the game area it will stop working as well. I wish the rooms have a mini fridge.

Added bonus, at check out you could pay an additional $10 to stay parked in your spot until 4pm, OR, we asked at the front desk how we could go about staying parked until 9pm… they said “Sure! No problem… $20 dollars!!” We said “Perfect!!” (The surrounding lots are all $40+ for the day… ) We’ll use this hotel again if ever back in the area!! Five stars!!

Not the properties fault, but very congested, traffic wise… I suppose to be expected, the closer you get to the falls… actually getting to the property was a bit of challenge!! lol!!

GREAT location. free parking during stay. indoor pool. quiet. clean. yes it is an older property and if you want to pay 3x more you can do so just up the street but it was everything we needed. Air con worked well, lots of hot water, not noisy at all. supplied towels for pool. Very few hotels are closer to Clifton Hill entertainment street than this one.

The Location was excellent practically at the top of Clifton Hill! The rooms were clean, I appreciated that the cleaning staff that cleaned and replenished our items in the room daily. I also appreciated that they gave decently sized bags of ice.

The parking is tight, but we didn't have a problem, and for an extra $10 we were able to leave our car till 4pm on the day of our departure. We were on the second floor and an elevator would have been nice, but it wasn't too bad.

My spouse works in food factory sanitization, so he brought his UV light to check everything from walls, sheets, doors, bathroom, etc.. and all was ecellent, even the sheets were very clean with no spots anywhere on them. I would call that grade A quality. Close to everything and Clifton Hill.

The hallways had a musty smell. The beds were too stiff and could feel some springs.

We loved the location of our hotel, it was less than a 10 minute walk from the falls and less than 20 minutes to everything we wanted to see. Overall felt very safe and the beds were comfortable, room was quiet despite being in a busy area.

The shower was narrow and had mold in many corners. Could have also provided nicer shampoo/soap but it worked for our needs.

The heated indoor pool was great, with having 2 kids we were lucky enough to get our room right beside the pool. The location was great. We didn't have to walk for at all to get to the attractions. Speed Way Mario Kart was right across the street.

We went as a family of 4 & they only supplied 2 of each towel. I'm glad that I brought some.

The pool my son enjoy so much. The only suggestion is the pool should be open earlier. The reason why it earlier cause everybody before they go out they take a bath and they start there day atleast enjoy swimming then they go out. Pool is one of the asset. Make more nicer the pool area. You did a excellent job overall
