Unfortunately a necklace and earrings left by bed stand was taken while we were out a few hours. It was the first piece jewelry my husband bought me so sentimental…sad. There was no safe in room so my mistake. Parking $45!!

1. It is very difficult to get on the elevator 2. coffee machine in the room was not clean 3. No tooth brush or paste ,comb ,etc, which are very basic facilities in a 4 star Marriott property. 4. If you ask, you get slippers. Normally, they are already in the room. 5. The box of tissue paper was dirty and wet ,it was not changed, when we requested it was changed. There should have been a clean box. Lot of small things that need attention .The reason we stay in a 4/5 star property is so we don't have to be bothered by such basic stuff.

The room was amazing.

You have to pay 39$ for a night at the parking!!! It says there's private parking for guests, but it doesn't mention that it costs $39 a night! So when you arrive, there's really no choice but to park in the paid parking because there are no free spots around. It feels like they're taking advantage of this to charge an exorbitant price. It really downs the experience. Additionally, they charged me $7 for unclear reasons, and the receipt they issue is full of abbreviations, so it's not easy to understand what I was charged for. Consider the parking cost before you arrive. Even though the hotel is the first stop to Niagara, the walk to it isn't short because there's a highway separating the hotel from the site. The walking distance is about half an hour.

The location was ideal for me and my daughter, as I was fulfilling a 30 year old dream to come and see the falls. I was able to see them from my dinner table and had a really fantastic view from my bedroom….so stunning! I had to have in room breakfast service. The food was pipping hot, the food platter was enough to feed an army, The chef created great omelettes nicely seasoned 5 star location and staff

Please offer freshly made hot chocolate with an infusion of cinnamon, as opposed to packet hot chocolate that you have to mix with water, just the small touch of milk based hot chocolate served in the thermal jugs would have made the breakfast perfect. In the bathroom the toiletries were amazing and very natural, my one concern was that I paid so much for my room and the shower gel had been taken off the wall display but no staff member had the courtesy to get it replaced before we occupied the room, for the amount you pay and the fact it is five star you do have the expectation for everything to be on point, but it really is a minor faux pas. It did not impact on our stay

I recently stayed at the Niagara Marriott on the Falls and had a great experience. It's a large, well-maintained hotel with plenty of amenities to enjoy. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, which offers a lovely view of the falls. While it’s not quite the most direct or dramatic angle, the view is still beautiful, especially during sunrise or sunset, and it made for a relaxing dining atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good and reasonably priced, which was a pleasant surprise for a hotel restaurant. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Another big plus for me was the Starbucks in the lobby. Always a bonus to have easy access to coffee first thing in the morning! Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you're visiting Niagara Falls and want a balance of comfort, convenience, and scenic views.

Absolutely amazing view from falls view high floor room. Was mesmerising. Hotel staff were very helpful, especially Chris. Restaurant was good.

Not much to not like as was a fab stay . . there was no ice machine on our floor . . but not a real issue. We did not get time to use the spa /pool facilities etc to comment upon those. Did feel that parking was excessive at 45 cad per day, and felt this should be free for hotel guests. However, seemed to be the standard practice for the area.

We loved the river view room that we got. The location was really awesome. It's still a long walk to the Falls but the River itself was really beautiful. First morning, we woke up early to see that we had a view of the sunrise. We immediately went out for a walk (at 6:20am). It was stunning by the river, with the fog and the golden glow of the rising sun, plus the sound of the water. It was beautiful. I mentioned that it was still a long walk to the Falls but you can walk and it's a very nice walk along the river with benches to rest on. We love the free warm cookies given out at the reception. The elder Receptionist was the best. Very pleasant, helpful and easy to talk too. No free breakfast but the resto served reasonably priced food in large servings. Overall, we had a great experience in this hotel.

We loved our stay in Niagara Falls, mainly because of the incredible view from our room, which made the experience truly special. The staff was also exceptionally friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive vibe. Plus, the hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore everything nearby and maximize our time sightseeing.

A couple of things fell short during our visit. Our room was never cleaned throughout the stay, which was disappointing (albeit we only stayed for 2 days so not that much of an issue). Additionally, we experienced long waits at the on-site restaurant, especially in the early hours. It seemed understaffed, as no one was around to seat us, making it challenging to eat there when we were on a tight schedule.

Although we did not have a falls views, we can see it soooo well outside of our hotel room. Nice, close and pretty. The bed omg so comfy. And pillows omg. The room was very big and spacious and it was like an indoor balcony. I liked that look section we can walk out but still inside of the room. The staff super friendly, they gave coupons. We had free bus pass for 48 hrs if needed, free wine tasting and beer if you drink it. And coupons to other places which is in the pamphlet.

Wish it was a microwave in the room and the parking. I don’t mind parking in a regular parking lot, but $45 a day was a little ridiculous. And it’s not US money it’s Canada money so it was a little less. But should not be charging to park in a big open parking lot. Not like the cars were being watched over.

The property is in a superb location, overlooks the foals and you can sit in a chair and just simply watch the water pouring over. That said, my comments referred to the fact that I splurged out on a “junior presidential suite “”, Room 1921 if you get the chance. It wasn’t cheap but worth every penny since I probably won’t be back again. They took an extra 20 minutes checking me in after the declared 4 pm, but I was immediately given free parking in compensation.

The food was terrible. I had breakfast in their restaurant and I don’t think I have ever had such greasy cold buffet food. The bacon, potatoes, and beans could already only be spooned onto a cold plate before finding out that around the corner, you could only obtain a fried egg by asking for one which was then cooked from scratch well you stood stupidly with your food cooling even more and the fat congealing The final plate just had to be pushed away. The next day, I found an eatery literally two minutes away which was super. I suggest you don’t eat here.
