Outstanding views, great spa bath and helpful staff. The falls view room I stayed in had a spectacular view of the horseshoe falls and the jacuzzi style bath had shutters - when open you could see the falls from the bath.

Only area for improvement is tea and coffee facilities. I would expect a little bit better than paper cups, one teabag and a coffee maker that didn’t really work very well. The staff were great however and got me a kettle and provided more teabags so it hasn’t affected my scores.

Booking.com shows a double bed room with river view. At the property they mentioned there's no such thing as river view. The front desk receptionist said they have received multiple guests with the same issue. I ended up in a room with no view at all. The whole point of the trip was the view. I don't blame the hotel. It's issue with booking.com.

Amazing location and fabulous view of the falls from our room. Got upgraded to a higher floor as it was a special visit. There are Lots of restaurants and bars close by and easy Walking distance to the falls and into the busy part of town if you want to go to there. Nice bar and restaurant in the hotel.

Don’t realise from the details that using the spa pools incurred additional cost. Also wants clear on check in about the amenity charges which we didn’t ask for or use and had to ask for these to be deducted from our bill.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and of course is in a great location to see the falls.

Booked a room for a family of 4 but the room was set up for 2. We had 2 water bottles, 2 cups etc… Better lighting in the room would be helpful. Good breakfast options but often Luke warm. We were super excited to have booked a falls view, hard to be disappointed with that view, we really splashed out on this room to find floor 6 has a LIMITED view over the trees. Excitement turned to ambivalence.

we arrived on 6.19. surprised they did not have smart tvs in the room. wifi was ok, but they did offer a upgrade for a fee. as for housekeeping, we had a long day out on Monday and when we came back the room was not cleaned. Tuesday morning has to go to the front desk for toilet paper and asked that the room be cleaned that day. they claim that there was a do not clean notice for Monday. Got back early afternoon on Tuesday and room was not cleaned.towels were pilling up and trash can overflowing. called housekeeping again and told a do not clean notice was posted for our room.supervisor was very condescending and tried to claim that the notice was put on file by booking. finally someone showed up around 5pm.

Parking. $45 for self parking and I top of it they added tax. Never have paid tax on parking in the world. They are way cheaper alternatives close to they. For the price of the room parking should be included

The location and the view is stunning, highly appreciated. Checking in was too long although there were not too many people in the cue. When we asked for the information for checking in, the person who answered us from the information counter didn’t even raise her head to talk to us, which was a bad surprise for a hotel of this standing. Marriott chain doesn’t give the credit for the bookings from other channels, so even we had quite a few days stays in different Marriott hotels from our trips, we are not qualified as their valued member for high speed internet etc, which was frustrating.

Liked the upgrade of our room from river to fallsview. That was a really nice surprise.

The parking wasn't arranged up front and included in the total price. Also didn't like that the charges on the receipt didn't match the charges to my credit card. I paid more on my credit card and I don't know why. The invoice is very confusing. Too many charges and each is charged HST and then maybe even again on the total. I now will have to call next week to figure this out. Also the fact that there are two Marriott hotels across the road from each other.

We had a superior king room and it was the best view of the falls. Our room window was directly across from the falls. Even the whirlpool tub had windows that opened up to the view of the falls. It was big and spacious. A couch was provided right in front of the window so we could sit and watch the falls and lights. Everything, and I mean everything was within walking distance. You did not need any other mode of transportation to access the whole area.

The only thing I was highly disappointed with was that the free Wi-Fi was only for one day. After that they charged $15.95 a day to access it. For the amount you pay for the room it was a big letdown. When you are traveling outside the country you rely on Wi-Fi to access your email and maps.

The view from our room was outstanding. You could not decide which way to look. The French doors between the sleeping area and the living room made it easy for me to get up early, have my coffee, enjoy the sunrise (which was spectacular every day) and not disturb my husband. I am going to attach a picture of the view from our window. You could see rainbows periodically throughout the day. I would highly recommend Over the Falls Tour. We did both sides of the Falls with Patty and she was a spectacular guide. We also booked with Uber to go to Niagara on the Lake and both drivers were fantastic...the first one could not call when he arrived because my phone stopped working. He walked around until he found us. The second tracked us down to return the unworkable phone that I left in his car. :)

I have this concern about all places that I stay about parking. Free parking should automatically come with the room. It should not have an option of parking in a lot blocks away for free. Again, this is not the only hotel that does this - it just bugs me when you pay that much for a room.
