We were on the third floor (attic level) The room was HUGE with 2 sitting areas, a dining room table, a beautiful 4 poster bed and lots of antiques. It was about a 15 minute walk to the falls. A nice freshly cooked breakfast. The first day we had a nice conversation with another couple staying there. The second day, it was just us.
The stairs to our room were quite steep and narrow. They asked us to take our shoes off at the front door but didn't offer any slippers to put on. There was no one on site to answer questions except during breakfast.

We loved the overall style of the room, the furniture and furnishings. The location was ideal for us as we wanted somewhere just a little away from the busy tourist area. Breakfast was amazing and so tasty. The staff went out of their way to address our needs: on the morning the pancakes were served, the staff very kindly cooked my husband a fried egg instead as my husband unfortunately doesn't have a sweet tooth. I, however, absolutely loved the breakfast 🥞
Nothing. We loved the whole concept of this beautiful place.

An incredibly beautiful home. We stayed in the King Suite with jacuzzi tub and sun room. The room was very nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable but ok. The jacuzzi tub was very nice and enjoyable. Breakfast was just ok. We were served coffee/tea, fruit cocktail, freshly baked muffins along with French toast. The muffins and French toast both has raisins so, if you don't like them breakfast maybe a little unenjoyable. The second day we were served coffee/tea, fresh muffin (with rasins), fruit cocktail, orange juice, toast with egg in the middle, and sausage links.
The cleanliness of the house was not great. Touch spots were clean but everything else was in desperate need of a good cleaning. They asked that you removed you shoes upon entry but provided disgustingly duty used slippers for your personal use. We decided to just go in with our socks and nothing else. The staff were nice and engaging. no complaints there. The location is great. We were in toelwn for a concert and it was a 5 minute walk to OLG Stage.

The antiques and home was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. The food was good. We had a whole suite at the very top of the house.
The very steep narrow stairs were hard to navigate. We had to go up one set of stairs to our room and down steep narrow back stairs to the kitchen/dining, then back upstairs to go back down the front stairs. Very inconvenient and dangerous especially for people 60 or older. The house was hot with window air conditioners. The ceiling fans helped in the room. If anyone was using water we lost all water pressure being at the top of the house. Toilet paper is one ply, so you end up using more.

Everything was wonderful! The house and rooms were simply charming and VERY comfortable. The staff and owner were very nice and made sure everything was perfect. It was an amazing stay and one of the highlights of Niagara City - we highly recommend this place! There was also a very good breakfast, really delightful (freshly baked super tasty muffins!!!). But more like dessert than breakfast - way too sweet. Would have loved to eat something healthy and nutritious (eggs, cheese, fresh vegetables, salads, hummus...) than just sugar :) Other than that one thing - just an excellent and unusual stay.
Breakfast was too sweet. Very tasty, but more like a dessert than a meal.

Dave, the proprietor was excellent! I slept very well in our nice king bed. There was so much to look in the wonderfully decorated home. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and Dave's gardens around the house were fantastic!! (we were originally booked at a Night to Remember, but Dave had to move us over to his other home - A Moment in Time - just a couple blocks away. From the pictures, these two homes are decorated similarly and look similar outside too. But I don't think Night to Remember has the beautiful gardens!!)
Dave asks that you leave your shoes on the porch - not wear outdoor shoes in the home. I didn't mind that at all - I'm a barefoot kind of girl - but he might want put it in the advertisements so folks can prepare for that.

The Victorian theme was beautiful but the best part was the owner and mila, the housekeeper and cook. She put out a tremendous, delicious breakfast every morning of our stay. Free parking was a real plus. We purchased wego tickets for the length of our stay and walked to the nearest bus stop, only a few blocks away.
It’s an older home so it has the typical water pressure issues with so many using the water at the same time for showers. Patience is necessary but it wasn’t an issue, we just went with the flow.

Room: Comfortable bed, good heating, jacuzzi tub was amazing-so relaxing after a full day tour. High speed Wifi. Ambience & Location: 10-15 minutes walk to the falls. Within 20 mins walk to Clifton hill. Good location. Breakfast: Hot breakfast which was very nice. One cup fruit salad, one cup orange juice, one muffin, one main course having sausage, bread & egg and a fruit was what was served to us. Tea and coffee facilities are also available in the dining room. Mila was a super host during breakfast and if you needed anything
Room: Was a little smaller than expected (Queen room with jacuzzi, also called The Niagara Room). Door locks needs to be upgraded to higher quality. The walkway to dining room is a little narrow, but this is not a major drawback at all. Breakfast: Could have sausages also everyday. Of two breakfasts, one did not have sausage. A different variety like scrambled eggs also could be tried. By saying so, I am no way taking credit from them as the food which was served was totally yum and filling

The morning hot and cold breakfast with coffee was very welcomed!!! The times for serving were a little early for our taste but, otherwise the food was served promptly with some extra additions of homemade muffins! Bed- super comfortable and after a nice jacuzzi, We both slept soundly and comfortably! We used the jacuzzi 3 times over the 2 nights there. Cleanliness- wonderful quiet? absolutely with only one other company staying with us in the house. Location is perfect! Wish it had been warmer so, we could have walked around a little more!
Breakfast times and that jacuzzi could not be used past 11pm. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever! We will be return customers!! Or maybe try them one of the other location next times. aWe chose a bad time of year to come so, that is our fault!!! We really had a wonderful time

The room was very beautiful and with so much space, the bed was very confortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent.
We notice the carpets in our room needed some vacuum, however, was not a big deal, the rest of the place was great.
