Location was good, check in staff was nice.

It was way too expensive. Plus $35/a night to park in their lot is just crazy. Nice hotel but would not go back. We thought we would be running behind by a day, I called and asked of we could move thr reservation to the following night and was told we'd still have to pay.

Hotel was clean; the room was comfortable and well equipped. Decent view and we were able to see some of the nightly fireworks. Elevator was quick and almost always available at the touch of the button. Welcome cookie was good as always and the breakfast purchased from the restaurant was quickly prepared, well presented, hot and tasty. The bus stop is directly outside so getting around is quite easy if you prefer not to walk the short distances. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn't use the pool and while it did look very clean with clear water, the smell of chlorine was strong as we approached it. Would be a plus if breakfast was included in the price but all in all it was a decent stay.

Fantastic view, a really good angle looking over the Niagara Falls. Room was exceptional, the bath with the window showing the bedroom was a very cool touch. The lobby is gorgeous, all wood framework giving it a Cabin vibe, it has its own breakfast cafe and bar, along with a fireplace to socialize with your loved ones or other travelers. The spa was relaxing, my girlfriend got her hair and nails done before we both got a massage so it has a good variety of services. I definitely would stay here again, if not every time I go to Niagara Falls

Easy check in and check out...staff are very acccomodating. Facilities are clean and neat looking. We had our anniversary breakfast at the 2nd floor dining restaurant and met by very pleasant staff. Lineth was our ever smiling and very respectful food server, went out of her way to make us a plate of " Happy anniversary" greeting and took our photos as we requested. The food was very.good and amount was very filing. Over all it was a great experience and happy mood as we are checking out now...be back soon. ☝️🙏🏼😍.

Pros: I booked a room with a fallsview and actually got one. Location was great but if you have kids, it’s too far to walk to Clifton Hill where most kid friendly activities are located. Close enough to Victoria place,short walk to Skylon Tower. Buchanan Restaurant had good bfast options but a bit pricey. Comfortable beds. Welcome cookies is a nice touch!

Cons: Received email that I can request a digital key but the key did not arrive until midnight after checking in at 4. Plumbing issues: We ended up turning off the toilet bowl tank water supply at night because it kept running on and off we can’t sleep from the sound. Also you can hear the adjacent room turning on the shower whenever they use it which I assume is the same for them.

Nice clean room with comfortably firm beds. Close enough to Walk to the Falls, across from the Skylon. Food at the hotel was very good. Ate breakfast twice and dinner once, all very nice. Hotel has a Starbucks, Moose and squirrel bar with good sandwiches and drinks, wine, cocktails. Nice Gym, very clean. Sauna not as clean, gum on floor. Pools and jacuzzi were great, really liked they were salt water and not chlorine system. Overall, we would choose this hotel again.

We stayed at the 15th floor facing the falls. Nice scenic view of the American and Bridal falls from the room. The Horseshoe Falls was not directly visible but could still see the spray from it. Nice, spacious room with 2 double beds. (We were 2 adults and 2 kids). Comfy beds. Loads of eating places nearby. Niagara Falls is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Parking is not free and the rate is high. (It wasn't a surprise as I knew when I booked the hotel). Breakfast was not included as part of the room booking.

Very clean from the moment you walk in. Staffs very nice. Complimentary warm cookies for everyone. Hallways to the rooms are clean. Clean smell throughout the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean too.

Parking fees. And other fees. Fees fees fees. When you realize you’ve spent more then $150+ in just fees. Up at the desk all I kept hearing was. Fee here. Fee there. Fee this. Just give me my key already. Thank you.

I like the service, comfort and value. The hotel was clean and helpful.

I didn't like that the pool was crowded. A family was letting their children run around the pool area (yell, splash, and not watching out for others) I wish there was more of an adult swim, where the pool and hot tub are open for adults to relax and enjoy a quit retreat.

We like this hotel a lot. It's the second time we've stayed here. It's far enough away from the noise of Clifton Hill but close enough to the falls to walk there in about 15 minutes. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spotless. Make sure to ask for a cookie when you check in.

The only thing I really hate is all the little extras being added on to the bill. Tax for this, extra charge for that. Why don't they just include it all as the total price? Like in Europe. I especially dislike the $25 per day parking charge. I think it's extortionate for just parking your car. It's not even a downtown hotel!
