Parking fee shouldn’t charge to guests if is charging required by any reason then should be bold letter on booking timing also should be minimum Charge or competitive charge other parking lots check in timing should be 3 PM . Room has no microwave. coffee machine is too dirty to make any coffee there is no breakfast my room has black ants roaming around and bite my kids I have pictures of these ants booing side has wrong pictures of hotels.

The staff was very responsive and accommodating when they could. I really liked that they communicated directly with you through SMS at any time. They also gave coupons for attractions like Fun Zone which I used for my family. I didn't know what I was getting when I chose Deluxe 2 queen bed suite, but was pleasantly surprised with a Jacuzzi.

This is tough as there isn't really much to say. There was no microwave in the deluxe 2 queen room that I rented, and the building age shows a bit. Other than that, no real complaints.

Our booking was redirected to another location which was an upgrade too" Courtyard by Marriot" so I cant really give a honest review of Ramada by Wyndham.We booked here but were later contacted to inform Us that they were unable to accommodate our reservation...I had no idea why..I assumed there was a building issue? No problem..they handled it well and it introduced Us to a different motel That We Really liked for the same price.

It’s an accommodation located at a reasonable distance not too far, not too close. The room was very spacious, and although the building is a bit old, the bathroom was clean, making it a comfortable place to stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and even provided information about nearby attractions, which made it convenient to explore Niagara Falls.

There was no electric kettle in the room, so it was difficult to have hot water.

Location of hotel was perfect. I was able to get to and from within less than 10-15 minutes. The staff were wonderful. I was greeted while being served and when leaving my room as well. Checking in and out was smooth and effortless. Sufficient parking and I felt safe. My room was clean and roomy. The hallways had a refreshing smell. Elevators were quick and not a long wait. Beds were comfortable and loved how I could select pillows that I am used to. There were various types to select from. I also liked how there were sufficient electrical outlets to charge my electronics. Ice machines were accessible and easy/quick to dispense. Never used the pool or workout facilities but at a glance, it had everything a guest would need. Food ... there are places to pick up food nearby. I also had a fridge and could make a tea or coffee and take it with me. All in all ... a great place and I would stay at this location again.

One thing, I noticed that could be improved is that my room could have used more light in certain area but nothing to be sad about.

Pool and arcade room were great. Excellent customer service; extremely friendly and helpful staff. Facility was very clean and welcoming immediately upon entering - room was large, very clean and great for a family of 5! (Plenty of room even with a rollaway bed!)

The additional fee for parking per night was understood, however, at this time of year and for the location, it is a bit much, since you really do need to use your vehicle and pay for more parking closer to the falls and main attractions. It really should just be included in the nightly cost. Also some sort of breakfast option (continental or buffet breakfast included, or at least an on-site café) would be a great addition as there aren't many good and reasonably priced options near the hotel.

Very very clean. Close to major attractions, including the falls(15-20mns walk) Friendly and supportive staff. Laundry available for guests.

Parking is not free! although the hotel has a very big parking lot. But I figured that very few hotels offer the parking for free in the region. Still, it would make more sense if parking was included.

The beds and room were clean and comfortable. We were able to check in a bit early as we were a bit exhausted from a lot of travelling. The front desk was very helpful. Parking was plenty and well lit.

I don’t understand why hotels charge for parking on their grounds. How do they think the majority of their customers get there. It results in everything being more expensive. You get coupons to eat at other restaurants in the area but add 20.00 to your evening for parking and then tip money on top of the meal and we ended up not using the coupons and eating off the main area in Niagra. Everything was good in the hotel except the drain in the sink was clogged up and the toilet kept running after flushing. I find this an issue in hotels and I wish hotels would do a maintenance check on water being wasted in their facilities. I realize you can call for service but it just seems environmentally wasteful.

Was a great hotel. Location was good just not really walking distance to Clifton hill unless you wanted to walk farther, which was fine I didn't mind as we just drove to the parking near Clifton hill. Staff was very nice. Facility was very clean. Pool was small but clean. There was noone in it so it wasn't that bad

Everything was great except we got lost trying to find the B elevators. Once we found them it was less confusing. I think maybe more signs might be helpful for ppl like myself that don't pay full attention to the direction they are suppose to go lol also I didn't like the choice of water bottles they had in the vending machines. Personal preference I guess but that water tastes like dirt and has a bad after taste lol purelife is great 🤣

The rooms were spacious, clean and lots of natural light. Very easy quick check in. Elevators were quick, no wait time. Someone was always present at the front desk and ready to help. Housekeeper was very friendly, cleaned up efficiently and replenished supplies.

It would have been nice to have a microwave and potentially maybe having another chair in the room. Continental breakfast would have been nice to have on hand at the hotel.
