the motel is in an excellent spot if you want to reach the Niagara Falls by foot. Our room had a smart TV which ran Netflix. We once had an issue with our toilet constantly flushing every 5 minutes or so - talked to the staff and they fixed it within no time. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful in general. Plenty of parking spots were provided. If you're looking for a nice vegetarian Indian place for dinner - consider yourself lucky as a restaurant is right across the street.

The road next to the motel was pretty noisy at most times but I guess this can't be blamed on the motel at all.

We are absolutely in love with this place! In general it's nothing but a classic motel, clean, cozy, and very movie-like, but stuff definitely makes it a great place - guys were so professional, ready to help and at the same time really cute I wish I could rate this place 20 out of 10. The place itself is not noisy at all, there's a parking available, beds are comfortable, and the location is great - 10 minutes of walking to the stores and restaurants, about 25-30 minutes to the falls. Would definitely stay here the next time we're at Niagara Falls

Heritage inn have a perfect location: ease of access to all main Niagara locations. Hotel management and personnel is very positive, more than helpful and supportive, strongly recommended especially for visits beyond week. As final, ease of access with car, open car parking area and ease of connection to all main routes and connections are further advantages.

Building is not brand new but well taken care. Any difficulty or problem could be handled, it just needs to communicate with hotel management.

The location, staff, check-in, beds, parking other guests all was well. We had a total of 4 rooms, and Heritage Inn was chosen because of the low cost. I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical. That was a waste, I enjoyed every minute at Heritage, and so will you. Ali was very welcoming.. thank you, Ali.

The only drawback was of the 4 rooms reserved, 2 smelled like smoke 🚬 Two out of 4 ain't too bad. I would certainly stay at Heritage Inn again.

Good location, close to all attractions. Good place for a 1or2 nighter.

Good furniture, very comfortable bed, cleanliness. Overall state of place: it looks like it was renovated recently. Really friendly staff.

Some small details weren't fixed: probably because season was close to the end and they were left to be repaired later. Conditioning/heating is rather old. TV worked with some glitches. I would expect in that type of hotels some kind of coffee maker, but for the money I paid - it's OK to not have it (and coffee shop is just over the street).

The location is perfect, close to bus stop that takes you straight to the Table Rock Welcome center from where all the activities start. The hotel Staffs (Ali and Co.) has been great to welcome us and it was quick. We liked the room, clean and comfortable. Had enough towels and amenities. Good stay. Highly recommended.

The front desk was amazing they moved plate room from up stairs to down stairs because we had I child and they didn’t want us to have to carry him up and down stairs. We had conversation with while we were checking in. He was very nice to our family. The hotel was very close to restaurants that we enjoy else. It was also very close to Clifton Hill, it was also very close to Niagara Falls. The Wi-Fi was little bit laggy, but it was good enough for us to use

The staff were amazing, very friendly. It was a great location and the bed was really comfortable. Came with a mini fridge micro wave and heart shape jacuzzi that was amazing the jets were powerful and well needed after a long day of walking. I would go back forsure

Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Location of the place is not too close to the fall but is walkable. Surrounding is good for daily life like food and drink. The room is big and clean although a bit old. There is also microwave provided.
