We had 3 rooms on the first-floor patio. The rooms had a fridge but no microwave. The rooms were comfy and clean. We did not have housekeeping come in, however, they supplied us with towels and essentials. I especially liked that at 10 pm the pool deck was quiet so we could sleep.

Babies in the hot tub. That is so unhealthy for them. Also, one of the hot tubs was shut down for three days. Otherwise, the pool was great. Also, the bus no longer stops there which was not good. Transportation to the falls is so necessary. The cost of parking at the falls was enormous, so the bus was essential.

Check in was super easy and fast, staff was excellent! As someone who's had their identity stolen, I appreciated that they front desk women took their time to double check that my husband was actually who's name was on our credit card. I know that would annoy most people, but it did not annoy me, thank you front desk ladies for doing that double check :) . Could not have asked for a better experience! Granddaughter LOVED the pool, play area and the hot tubs. We had a double queen on the first floor right next to the pool area, hotel has quiet times at night so there was zero noise and sleeping wasn't an issue. Room was large enough that I was able to move around in my wheelchair. After a long day at the Falls, it was nice to come back to several seating areas to hang out, LOVED the seating area outside of the room, was nice to be able to just hang out and not be cooped up in our room all the time. Seating out front to watch traffic was nice, although the generator was super loud (not that big of an issue). Smoking area out back was pleasant, with two large tables and lots of seating, could have used additional ashtrays closer to the tables. Wish we would have had more time to try the restaurant that is on property, but sadly there wasn't. Our room had a tub which was nice, for A) our little who still takes baths and B) myself for my shower chair. There were plenty of plugs and USB charging. The room had a fridge, but no microwave which was okay, we wouldn't have used it anyway. It also had a Nespresso coffee maker, not my cup of tea, I would have rathered just a regular old coffee machine, but no worries.

Bathroom doorway was not a standard size, was not wide enough to fit my wheelchair through. Not that big of an issue for me, I just put my leg on and was able to use the bathroom without issue. If you are confined to a wheelchair the standard rooms may not work for you.

The pool facilities were fantastic but did get a little noisy making it hard to rest if you wanted to go to sleep before the pool closed for the night.

The staff was very friendly and the grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good. The staff we spoke to also had very good things to say about being employed at the hotel. We also noticed some areas had been freshly painted,

We kept the kids away from the arcade because that became a problem last year when they wanted to keep on playing and weren't winning anything. We told them they could spend less money at the store and buy exactly what they wanted. The pool, hot tub and area was clean. My only comment is that there was black mold present under the hand rail into the pool and in some areas around the edge of the pool. Our grandson has a serious mold health issue so that stood out for me right away.

The breakfast at McGilligans was fantastic!! The pool area and arcade were wonderful. The front desk and housekeeping staff are kind and helpful. We loved the poolside rooms. Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. The rooms were very clean. Great hotel if you have children. The pool and play area is excellent.

Rooms were pretty dark with a dark brown wall and dark brown curtains. Our feet were dirty after walking in the corridors around the pool. The vending machine couldn’t be used the whole 3 days because a Pepsi was stuck. The restaurant closed early on a night we planned to eat there. The location is not great if your focus is the falls and the activities on Clifton hill. You will have to drive or pay $17 per person each day for WEGO bus. During the day the neighborhood seemed safe. But I would not walk after dark.

Staff were kind and courteous. They went out of their way to ensure that we (including our infant) were comfortable and accommodated. The rooms themselves were clean and bathrooms were spotless. There's a few restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store right by the hotel. Super convenient for last minute pick ups. Cheaper than hotels at the falls, and if you have a car, you can get to the falls/Niagara on the lake/vineyards with ease.

Breakfast options is limited to three, and what the restaurant offers only. That said, it was a good breakfast. Location is about 40 minutes walk from the actual falls. You'd definitely need a car or bus pass if staying here. The surrounding area is a little sketch, but I guess that is out of their hands.

$120 room! Check in was easy! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful Hotel was clean as well as our room. Having the restaurant in the hotel was awesome! We went for lunch at check in then again at dinner. The next day we went for breakfast! Food and service was awesome! They have a fab menu! We were there celebrating our daughter’s 4th birthday! She had an awesome time at the hotel and the pool/sauna. They were kept clean and sanitized. Only thing we wished is that the poolside bar was open. We figured it was closed because it was the beginning of Feb. We will be back! Great piece and value!

There are numerous kid-friendly activities available. With all of the trees inside the hotel, the location is breathtaking. Niagara Falls is only a few minutes away. The breakfast was delicious. In addition, because it was our first time seeing Niagara Falls, we plan to return and stay at the same hotel.

No additional costs were disclosed when I made my reservation on Booking.com. However, we paid a refundable sum for insurance or something like when we arrived. Like the other hotels, please make sure to mention it somewhere.

The beds were lovely. I noticed no microwave in our sons room in the courtyard and it was a bit cramped. They found it abit noisy on the Saturday night for sleeping. We were in the tower and it was lovely. Restaurant was good. Would have preferred free parking with our stay. Overall front desk staff was excellent as well as any staff we dealt with on our stay.

The children's play set could be checked and cleaned inside as my grandson came out of there with brown streaks on his light colored pants.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved Doc Mcgillian's Irish Pub...great food and atmosphere. Best of all, my husband enjoyed the golf simulator. We highly recommend purchasing the WeGo pass. It isn't that expensive and we never took our car out of the parking lot our entire visit to the falls. Traffic can be congested at best! The only con I can add to this review is that we were unaware we had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot, even though we never moved our car. It was a great trip to Canada and we would stay again.
