breakfast was nice. They asked what you want and then they made it for you, sausages were unreal. They had everything it seemed. It was like a diner breakfast, they also gave fruit and yogurt which was nice. served from 9-10. The room was clean enough, smart TVs in all the rooms, and smart door locks everywhere.

there could have been some drywall repairs and general improvements but that's okay. The walls seemed a little thin. The common room couches were not great lol but that's reaching. My girlfriend did wish there was a large mirror in the room.

A Charming Gem Near the Falls! Niagara Falls was breathtaking, but our stay at Anna's Bed & Breakfast truly made the trip unforgettable. This cozy little hotel offered everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The staff was outstanding! From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile. They answered all our questions with a smile and even offered recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was fantastic. They offered pastries, yogurt, and even hot options like eggs, sausages, milk, coffee, orange juice, different flavours of jams, peanut butter, Nutella. Everything tasted delicious, and it was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. Our room was a delight! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a comfy bed and a spotless bathroom. Speaking of spotless, the housekeeping staff deserves a big shoutout! Our room was sparkling clean, and the fresh towels were a welcome touch. Overall, Anna's Bed & Breakfast is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a charming and comfortable place to stay near Niagara Falls. The staff's hospitality, delicious breakfast, and clean accommodations made our stay truly wonderful. We can't wait to be back!

Breakfast was excellent. Cooked to order and Rose was terrific. Great location and relatively quiet. A nice inexpensive stay.

Mattress was not great/ We stayed for 5 nights so mattress was an issue for us. Unfortunately, the day before we were to check in, the entrance code was changed. We weren't home so we never saw an email that was sent to us containing new code. No one at house for check in so we couldn't get in. Frustrating after several hours of travel. Eventually, we got hold of the owner (in Toronto). He gave us the new code over the phone. Not a huge deal and he was apologetic. Just really annoying after all that travel and no one there to check us in.

Very clean and quiet place to stay. We had non problem to check in earlier as we requested. We didn't have breakfast because we had to leave early in the morning, but we could have a cup of nice coffee and tea available in the kitchen. There is a nice garden with wood tables and chairs in the back of the parking lot. It takes around 35 minutes walking to the Falls.

There were some noise from the water pressure in the bathroom when taking a shower.

good breakfast, extremely friendly & helpful hostess Roseanne. my room quite small but perfect for one person travelling alone. excellent location, right by bus stop but i walked to the falls in 20 mins. nice, quiet area.

can't think of anything i didn't like except some guests arrived at midnight one night & made a whole lot of noise w/kids screaming & running up the stairs but that's on them & not the b&b; people need to be more quiet & considerate of other guests, a little noise is expected.

The breakfast was great, a full English breakfast with eggs done the way we wanted, toast, bacon, sausage, yogurt and tea/coffee and orange juice. There was also an option for cereal, which we did not try. Self access to the home and room was very convenient.

We found the room a little too warm, but it was ok with the fan on.

What a great find Anna's bed and is! Ideal location for Niagara Falls. Only a 20 minute walk. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful with a choice of breakfast items. Room was lovely and cosy.The bed & breakfast host, Rosanna was very welcoming, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we were there. Would highly reccomend Anna's Bed & Breakfast.

For those of us who experience environmental sensitivities, especially to smells, the detergent used to launder sheets and towels was overpowering making it difficult to sleep well.

Rosanne went above expectations to meet m daughter's finicky dietary preferences. She also exceeded my expectations in purchasing creamer for my coffee ( a big deal for me) and prepared my omelett to perfection.

We saw crawling insects in our room. One got in our packages.

We could walk to the falls area. We really appreciated that the room was very clean, the breakfast was cooked especially for us and was delicious.

We had a little glitch getting in, the first door code we were sent didn’t work and then my husband found an email with the updated code
