Decent location, close to many stores and restaurants, but far enough from the tacky madness that is Clifton Hill. For being on a main street, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff was phenomenal. The one gentleman with the tattoos was an absolute joy to chat with. Host didn't charge me a damage deposit, I appreciated that. Free parking was a really nice touch too. Decent size TV, with easy access to HDMI ports for computer or other hookups. Fantastic water pressure in the shower. The beds were really comfortable.

Payment was supposed to be when we checked in, but it was withdrawn from my credit card beforehand, which I didn't really care for. Not sure if that's Booking who facilitated thst, but I did request to "pay at the property". The wireless Internet was abysmal. It was incredibly bad. Dialup from the 90s was probably faster. Using CIK for their service is a terrible idea. We rarely got anything higher than 1Mbps up when using it. The room was clean...ish. Shower drain had so much hair in it. Sheets had cigarette burns and holes on them. TV remote was held together with an elastic band.

The staff here are BEYOND wonderful. Extremely kind and ready to help when you need it. We weren't 100% happy with our original room, so right away we were shown other room options. They are currently under renovations! Keep that in mind! Location is great as it is near almost everything you could need.

TV did not have many channels. But not a huge deal if you're at the falls to be out and about.

The location was perfect, it is really close to the falls. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the 3 queen beds were perfect for our group. It was clean and the staff brought us extra towels when we needed them.

The shampoo and soap were provided, but I wish there was also a conditioner.

Sheets were clean. Room looked straight out of the 80s. Felt homey and comfortable. Room had no issues with bugs or heating/AC.

There was no hot water (it was lukewarm), making the hot tub a moot point. This also prevented me from a hot shower. Some wires were exposed which wouldn’t be the best with children. Staff spoke broken English which was hard to understand.

The room was fine the douche was amazing in the room but everything else was good. They was able to let me in the room before the time. That was so help full. They listen what you need

The room has not a good ilumination and the pillows was so heavy and hard.

Room and bathroom were spacious, and the room with two beds had a good A/C that kept the room cool.

The room with the single bed had an old A/C that wasn't able to keep the room as cool as desired.

first, the receptionist was welcoming and very cooperative. Rooms were clean with sufficient toiletries and a good breakfast. The layout is such that you can park your car exactly in front of your room's back door and relax on cozy chairs out there any time of the day. Overall a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Kash and Fred are wonderful hosts. You can see that they are working to restore some semblance of order and to refresh the rooms. This is an affordable stay, with friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.

The room was quite basic, but we booked it primarily for the heart-shaped jacuzzi. The staff were helpful and courteous.

The sink and shower both had loose faucets causing the water to spray outside of the sink and shower areas.
