Very nice family running the hotel! Exchanged our money for us and suggested some places to eat. It's a reasonable walking distance to the falls and the activities ( about 15 minutes with crosswalks and kids), nice pool with an actual deep area, Comfy beds, hot water and good pressure in the showers, quiet room at night for being on a busier street slept really well. Air con kept up on the nasty muggy week we were there. Had a fridge and microwave which came in handy to make quick meals/snacks. Would stay again we are back in the area :)

No coffee maker, ended up buying a cheap one to make coffee so I didn't have to buy expensive coffees all day long, but that might just be an American convenience, not sure? This was my first time staying in a hotel outside of America..

Amazing Location

It’s outdated, needs some renovation. But room is clean and one of the cheapest in the area. Decent place to stay on a budget.

Exceptional customer service keeps me coming back to this clean, comfortable and quiet motel. The owners are lovely people. The room I was originally given upon check-in had a drippy bathtub faucet that could not be fixed in a timely manner. I managed ok for one night, then was moved to another room for the remainder of my stay. Haya was very kind and apologetic and she helped me move my stuff to the new room. I was also allowed to keep my car parked on site past checkout time at no extra charge, while I was finishing up at a conference.

Great Inn, even better price! The location? Perfect—just a 10-15 minute walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. It’s so close you could probably throw a rock and accidentally hit the Americans on the other side (not that we tried... but I did think about it). The room had a spa bath, and of course, we went full bubble bath mode. I may have gotten a little too excited with the hot water and nearly steamed myself into oblivion—let’s just say I was one bubble away from turning into a human raisin. Bonus: the spa bath comfortably fits two adult-sized humans (so you can either share the joy or fight for space). The owner? He’s been running the place for 40 years and treats you like you’ve been best friends since forever. If you want a cozy, fun, no-frills spot with a killer location and a price that won’t make your wallet cry, this is the place. 10/10, would almost die in a bubble bath again.

It’s in a great location, just on the end of the tourist street allowing for a short walk to get there. There are quite a few breakfast places around including a very cheap breakfast buffet straight across the road which was great. The room was good for how much we paid with a very comfortable bed and chairs. The owner was very friendly.

The bathtub was a little dirty and there were old clothes behind one of the cupboards.

This reasonably-priced motel is located in close proximity to the Falls (about a 15 minute walk) but it's in a quieter area, adjacent to Clifton Hill. It's my go-to accommodation choice when in the Falls. I always feel safe staying here. My room was comfortable and clean, nothing fancy, but it had everything that I needed. The other guests seemed to be a mix of couples, families, and other solo travelers. Everyone was respectful and quiet. The owner, Mr. Shaikh ("Shaeky") and his staff couldn't be nicer. The outdoor swimming pool is a little on the cool side, but I always enjoy using it.

Spotty wifi. Also, on the first night of my stay, someone was smoking outside, and I could smell the smoke inside my room.

It was a nice little comfortable place to stay in. We only stayed for a night but we had a great experience. The owner was really nice and accomodating. The room was clean and enough space and the beds were comfortable. The place showed the age of the place but it wasn't a big issue. It was good for the price we paid.

I wish they gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste, but besides that, I think it was good. Can't say anything about the pool because it was under repair when we went.

Big room. Comfy beds. Clean. 10 min walk to clifton hill. Free parking with outdoor pool open 10 am to 10 pm. Very nice staff and owner. Family and locally owned. TV, microwave and fridge are working.

Wifi was slow in room 8. But very fast near the office. Hope they can add a coffee machine in the room but it is not a deal breaker coz Almacs buffet is just across the street and close to gas stations, tims, and lundy’s lane.

We arrived early oblivious to check in time. This guy was amazing. Set us up immediately anyow. Not the room we requested however we were in agreement and accepted the offered room. Even offered to upgrade if we decided at a cheaper price. Just a few blocks from the falls/activities.

For the price it was what we expected. Nothing special here. If I had to note 1 con. This would appear to some as a complete dive as some live here. It really wasn't bad. It's not the embassy or Hilton and we knew that.

We stayed on the second floor in the corner Family Suite. It was roomy enough for all three adults to have their own 'space' to relax. Parking was great. We were able to see the eclipse from our balcony! The owners were always super friendly and always available. The main room had a fridge and microwave, a/c and large openable window - which was great because the days we stayed there were just gorgeous and the fresh spring breeze was lovely! The hotel is easy to get to, and has a Continental Pancake House just across the street with great breakfast items (there's also an AlMac's, which is more 'quantity over quality') and be sure to get pizza or home cooked pasta at Napoli-Very Good!
