Entering the parking lot had us questioning if we had made a good choice, however, once we got to our room, we were quite surprised at how clean and updated it was! We also received a free uograde to a family suite from the 2 queens we had requested. That a separate private bedroom with an additional 2 queen beds. The room smelled fresh. The bathroom had new tile work. The A/C worked. Overall, excellent value for the money. I have stayed at many different hotels in Niagara and I would definitely return to this one.

There was no hair dryer so we had to buy one. The toilet and bathtub are in a separate room from the vanity and the toilet is tight to the wall. I'm assuming it's specific to the family suite, but a larger person would struggle with that set up. The second bedroom did not have a fan.

The swimming pool was great we had a great time swimming 🏊‍♀️ out door. It was cleaned every day and the water was fantastic Best out door pool in Niagara Falls Rooms are clean every day great 👍 The beds are comfortable and air conditioner was nice and cool

Traffic is a little noisy sometimes but you don't hear anything in the room

The balcony sunset, the pool and the location were great! Less than 5 minute walk to the action.

You get what you pay for. So as expected it was a bit run down. But honestly for the price, the pool and the location: worth it!

I like that it’s small n cozy n close to the falls

This time around I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness. There was hair in the bathtub and the base of the toilet was not cleaned full of dust and hair. Usually it’s very clean so I don’t know what happened this time but not impressed.

I like the bedroom setting and the beds were very comfortable as well .

In the bathroom on the side of the toilet was not very clean, there was hair in that one corner so I didn't like that.

- very clean - own bathroom and microwaves - very nice staff and flexible !! we arrived earlier, could have access to the room and the lady, who was very nice to my friend and I, gave us a room with two big beds instead of one

nothing, it’s a bit far from the falls but it was the best room we had in Canada and for a low price, really worths it

Room was cold just like how I'm use to.Room was ready for me to just lay and fall asleep

No remote for the TV. Window curtains didn't cover the whole window, made it uncomfortable

The parking is superb,the place is clean,stuff so welcoming especially the receptionist she knows her job well. Quiet and nice area.

The lock to my room gave me some trouble every time I tried opening with the key from outside (room 28)though locking was okay.

Room was very clean, looking at the reviews we were not worried, but the room was great! Everything was working, mattress was very comfortable, bed was big, shower was working.

The towels were wet and no wash cloths. They need to take off the “free breakfast” off of their advertisements as it’s only coffee
