Parking spot provided, big and spacious room, perfectly fits a family of 4 for few nights, clean bathroom, hairdryer and iron available. Just 15min walk to the falls.

Simple breakfast options.

We stay everytime we visit and have noticed a lot of improvements this time. The rooms have many amenities that are very well thought out. Beds are clean and comfortable. Rooms are of good size and equipped. The breakfast is always generous and has a variety of options to choose from. Other hotels don't offer a breakfast buffet like this. This is a plus point for Glengate.

There was water collecting in front of the tub. We didn't notice it until it was time to check out. We thought we had spilled the water. But even after we cleaned it so that no one slips, it collected there again. Hope they fix it.

My family had a pleasant stay. This was one of the few properties in our budget that included breakfast and parking spot for free. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast is continental style - simple toast, bread, bagel, cereal, yogurt, waffle pancakes. There was microwave outside and free utensils/paper plates that you could use when the breakfast nook was close. Really no complaints. You could probably walk to the main attractions (15-20 minute walk) from there but i recommend driving or taking an Uber.

The pillows were a bit too high and hard for me.

My mom and I stayed here for a couple nights and.our check in and check out were super easy, The staff was very friendly, The Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable, When we left for the day we came back to our room very nicely cleaned and made up for us, the housekeeper made sure to leave all our belongings where we had them The Continental breakfast was great and we could take the food to our room which was wonderful There was free parking which was great especially for the falls It was a close drive to Clifton Hill and the falls only about 5-6 minute drive The hotel was at a great price, Over all we were happy with our stay

We really liked the layout of the room and being on the first floor. I really enjoyed the latte machine too

Everything was fine until after midnight on our last night there, we started hearing really loud banging sounds and what sounded like water running that went on and on and got really loud even at 3:30 a.m. this was on the floor above us. We told the man at the desk, he said it could be the room with a whirlpool bath in it. No other explanation as we asked what was going on. Would have rated better if wasn't for that.

We loved the budget price and, even better, that there were no additional surprise fees at the hotel when we got there. Free parking, a comfortable and clean bed, free good wifi, breakfast included. We found it easy to get to, and quiet enough for a great night's sleep. It was everything we hoped for and we are very happy we booked at the Glengate. The Glengate will definitely be our first choice of a hotel the next time we need one in Niagara Falls. Thank you!

There was no safe box provided, but we just locked our belongings before leaving the room. The bath tub could probably use some anti-skid stick ons, or a hold bar, but for us it was not a problem.

After reading reviews, I was initially reserved, BUT I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and clean, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee in the room, washroom spotless, towels nice. The wifi was very quick and the TV was a smart TV with access to amazon prime and tubi, etc. The private balcony was a bonus. Hardly heard anything from the halls and we were there on a Saturday night and it was busy.

The breakfast was typical continental which was fine, just the main waffle maker was ruined by a patron burning one in it and it was just left there with the burnt waffle instead of removing it to the kitchen. There was a secondary one, but since it was busy, the wait to use was over 10 minutes. It's not a huge issue. I just was a bit disappointed. Hall carpets were obviously old but also clearly vacuumed.

They accommodated our bikes to park at night at a safe place. Our room's light and AC was not working. They upgraded us to the king suite with a balcony. We appreciate all the help. Breakfast is good and the most generous I've ever had in any canadian budget hotel. We have visited here before and we will visit again.

Sheets had small stains on them but it was barely noticeable. They should inspect for spots in every washing.

The stay was good. It was an average hotel with average price but comfortable, clean and attentive staff. Everything was good and worth the money.! It was a 15 min walk from Niagara falls so a pretty decent and worth stay

The breakfast was horrible!! The timing were too bad 7am to 9 am which I felt was not good. Hotels mostly keep breakfast between 7 am to 10 am so this was a little turn off for me. Another biggest turn off was breakfast they had limited options that too with worst quality. They only had bread for breakfast that too without butter. They only had 2 juice options and the options were very limited and the quality was also not good. All the items were kept from packaged foods. Not worth it

Clean room, clean linen. Hotel is located with 15-20mims walk from the Falls. Adequate free parking space. Ideal for those who would like to walk a couple of miles a day and not worry about driving. Felt safe and secure. Staff, especially the front desk was courteous and helpful at the time of check-in (Rahul) and later other staff was knowledgeable and helpful. House keeping was good. At breakfast, girls who managed the set up and ensured coffee machine was working and promptly assigned when asked…did a good job.

The type of coffee sachets placed in the room was not good. Tea bags were ok.
