Location was convenient. I could walk to the falls and easily cross the Rainbow Bridge into the USA. The room was clean and comfortable. All I needed was a solid place to stay with a hot shower, and I got it. The building and room were clean and cared for. I thought the Caddy theme was adorable. It was also a sweet bonus that all rooms are 1st floor and I could park right in front of my door. Staff members were kind. I did not really ask for anything or need much assistance beyond check-in, but friendly people are always appreciated.

I really do not have complaints. I was not looking for any frills. It may be worthwhile, however, to note the following for people who are looking for a place to stay in the area. 1) I'm a heavy sleeper, but if you are not, you could find the area is too noisy. Not only is it across the street from two bars/clubs, but someone was walking down the street screaming around 3 AM on my last overnight. They didn't seem to be scared or running from anyone - just raising a ruckus for no good reason. It is not at all on the motel for this, but prospective guests who sleep light may need to know this. 2) Also, unlike many hotel rooms, there is no in room coffee. Again, not a problem for me, but it could be a dealbreaker for some.

Hotel was nice good location, walking distance to restaurants and Niagara Falls with no problem Parking was a little tight but seen there was a spot for every room. Noise level was OK heard traffic up to about midnight or so. No breakfast little disappointment as many have something even if they had granola bars and some muffins in the lobby room to go would’ve been nice

Probably no small continental breakfast hotel looks very retro. Probably somewhat original main office was small. Would’ve like some granola bars or wrapped muffins to go would’ve been nice.

Cool updated throwback motel, everything was really top notch and afforable, the staff was great, the bed was super comfy, i want to know where those pillows came from. The location is really perfect, top of the hill, amid tons of dining options, the midway at Clifton and walking to the Falls. AND free parking! What a great find!

Honestly not a thing- good job Cadillac Motel! I am being prompted to write two or three sentences here and honestly nothing to complain about at all. I'd stay here over and over again. Great stay all around.

The room was clean and decorated Kool . The beds were extremely comfortable!. Best sleep I have ever had at a hotel!! Service was friendly and location was close to everything or within a short walk. Free parking was great with room. For a budget older motel, looks can be deceiving over great price, comfort & location. Definitely will come here again!!

Only thing we didn't like was everyone was sitting outside our door & most other rooms in lawn chairs smoking/weed and being loud even late into night. Couldn't stand the smoke entering room and had to turn up tv to drown out noise out front our window/door. As well as noise from bar across street and people mingling near your room. Maybe suggest no smoking on property?

Great location, close to the Falls without being in amongst the circus that is Clifton Hill. Fun theme, good value basic hotel.

We liked everything! So much so that we extended our stay by another 2 nights and the owners were more than happy to accommodate us - even changing their rooms around so that we could stay in the same room. Beds were comfy, everything was so clean and we were given fresh towels for our extra stay. We loved our stay so much. We had the Ghost Busters room which we found sooo cool. We picked this motel as we wanted a stereotypical motel room like you see in the movies, and we got just what we wanted! (Minus the serial killers or ghosts!!) 🤣🤣 We will definitely be back xx The owners recommended Chucks - the bar and grill across the road. We were there every night for dinner and drinks. We had the best T-Bone steak we've ever had in our lives. The bill at the end of the night was always a surprise... because it was so CHEAP!! Amazing value, friendly staff and played all the sports!

Owner and Manager Lisa with Husband Raymond are the only ones that I have completely trusted over many years to keep my Team safe from all viruses such as Covid when it first appeared in 2019. Lisa has the most beautiful, friendly, caring and competent Staff of all time World wide. Awesome location to Chuck's Roadhouse and the plethora of Restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the American or Canadian Fall's. Comfy Twin Queen beds with Sealy plush quality.

Club seven operates from Thursday to and including Sunday from 10 PM to 2 AM and has graciously kept the noise to 58 decibels max for a good night's uninterrupted sleep. Thank you very much Lisa and Operations manager Raymond with incredible staff.

What I like about the property are the friendly and helpful property managers, Lisa and Ryan, who waited for our check-in even in the evening and shared the map to see the wonderful lights in Niagara Falls, the cleanliness, orderliness and size of the room, facilities that includes microwave, fridge and tv, the parking at the fromt of the room, and it’s nearness to Niagara Falls.

The areas of improvement for the property are to add a small wardrobe or hangers and hair dryer esp this winter, or mention in the site/ads that we have to bring our own hangers and hair dryer.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else after staying here for two nights- this will be the motel I will tell everyone to go to. Having your car right outside your door is sooo great. The room was SPOTLESS, the bathroom perfect. The bed was great, the mural, the chair, the shelf to put your luggage on which keeps your room so much better organized and off the floor. Had small fridge with lil freezer and microwave. Walking distance to Clifton and great restos everywhere to choose from. We are already planning our return in June for two more nights and I will not stay anywhere else.

If you are there when Club Seven (nightclub across the street) is open, you will hear the bass, even though we put the wall heater on and our travel air purifier, so if you're a person who is sensitive to noise just choose weekdays there instead. I come to the Falls for fun, loud, action, nightlife and a reminder that people live differently from my small town in middle of nowhere haha soooo just be aware of that. We still slept anyways but it does go on till 3am.

The room was nice and had everything we needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and appeared recently renovated. The hotel property itself is clean and tidy and the location is excellent - walking distance to everything. Just one note, there is a night club across the street so we heard loud voices around midnight both Friday and Saturday nights around 11pm.
