every thing is very good. the price was worth as the location and the fallsview room. staffs are very nice.

but due to the construction, the free parking is 3min walking distance. it’s still not very convenient for me. because I had to walk several times a day to get my stuff or put my stuff. especially I arrived at midnight, as a female, walking alone along the small street in the back of the building were a bit worried about.

The room was spacious and clean, hotel had a good location and the pool and spa area was great.

It is fair that parking cost money, even for the off site location, but it was impossible to find this information on their booking page. (15$ CAD offsite, 25$ onsite may 2024)

Information on breakfast buffet was confusing. Coffee, tea and any beverage were not part of the buffet. They’re subjected to charge extra.

Buffet prices should have included beverages, too.

The hotel was beautiful and modern. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and the location was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The value for your money is exceptional! This will be my new go to hotel whenever I'm in Niagara Falls.

Location was perfect we were close to everything! All was in walking distance. Staff was super friendly! Had a great view of everything including the falls from our room which I didn’t expect! Housekeeping was super friendly. Short woman with reddish hair I believe. Definitely great service !

Wish there was a way to find a movie on the tv when it was time to wind down. The hot water for the shower was not very hot and didn’t last very long had to hurry in the shower before it turned cold. And wish the bed was a little more comfy. Could be my age but had a sore back both mornings I woke up.

Its very neat and close to Clifton hill attractions and foodcourt

There onsite parking is never available and they offer offsite parking which is extra 8 mins walk from their hotel… Paying extra for parking and still not within hotel surroundings no point…

Hotel was in a good location with easy walk to bars & restaurants, sky wheel, Hardrock cafe, Casino etc. You could walk to rainbow bridge, American falls & Hornblower boat trips. A little further to horseshoe falls and further again to the power station museum around 20+ mins. Hotel was clean, room was a good size & staff friendly & helpful. It has a small pool & hot tub , gym & guest laundry. River view rooms have a great view of firework display @ 10pm in summer.

The toilet didn't always flush & there was never enough sugar or creamer for the coffee. The curtains didn't quite block out the light as they were a little short but compared with other hotels I still think this was good value.

The staff is incredibly helpful, kind and professional. Updated and very clean facilities including our room. Nice fitness room, pool and hot tub. The location is amazing, especially with kids (ages 16, 12, 8). We walked everywhere: to the boat ride and top of the falls. Plus, there are so many close food options.

The cost of on-site parking is outrageous but probably no different than other places. We also thought breakfast was included but it's not, there is just an on-site restaurant. Also there is a fridge in the room but you have to pay extra for a microwave, as in rent one per day, if you need it.

It was super clean. The location was fantastic. The staff was amazing. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and Antonio, the front desk personnel was super kind and upgraded our room with the most amazing view of the falls. The room was spacious and the bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve seen so far. It was our first time staying here and it will now be our go to place to stay. We will be spreading the word so more people can have a wonderful experience, as long as they don’t stay in 1018 as that is now “our” room 😊

The elevator was a bit slow but I’m not picking at this point 🫣

I wish we had the downtown view from our room window. I bad imagined lookong over the Skywheel and GoKart from room. Sadly, tbe photos showed that, but we got the exact opposite view. Which was the back side of the hotel.
