I was abit skeptical after reading reviews but the hotel was excellent. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was a little outdated but who cares when you’re in the heart of it all. The beds were probably the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in. Room very spacious, had a little balcony too although we didn’t use this as we were too busy doing other stuff. The room is what you make it, we only washed, slept and got changed here so was perfect for us and very handy right on Clifton hill. No complaints at all.

We take our son to Niagara Falls every year for a quick family getaway, and this has easily become one of our favorite spots to stay. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of it all and we truly hit the jackpot this time. We’re big fans of balconies, and the one here was a standout- private, spacious, and rare to find on the strip. It made our stay that much more relaxing. Already looking forward to coming back again soon!

Didn’t stay long enough, a snack vending machine would be awesome next to the pops for some late night munching!

Great location and price! Rooms are clean and WEGO bus stops are pretty close. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. (Note: if you're taking the green line WEGO bus, there's a small slope from the bus stop to here)

The rooms are not very soundproofing, but overall it is still a great option considering the price and the location!

The room is clean and comfortable. However, there may be a bleach smell if you are not too bothered by this smell. The hotel location is super close to the waterfall and right in the center. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the waterfall.

Noise from the bathroom next door and late night visitors will annoy you. Furthermore, the window curtains are very thin and do not block out the light from outside or provide privacy in your room. If your bed is close to this window, it will be difficult to get a good night's sleep.

It is not a 5 star hotel. However, if you are looking for the absolute best location with clean and comfortable beds; a view of the falls and the skywheel with an occasional burst of fire from the lava fountain waterfalls. This is your place (room 205). No restaurant on site but Ruby Tuesday is right off our balcony. Amazing views. The staff is both friendly and accommodating. A great bargain. A simple place to stay...at the best location. We'll worth it and highly recommended. Enjoy!

Location! It was right above the Falls, conveniently located at Clifton Hill. Close to everything.

Being on Clifton Hill, it was very load until 130. Sheer curtains only, so flashing lights into the room until the middle of the night on top of the noise. Not much can be done about the outside noise due to the location, however all rooms should have blackout curtains.

It’s our home away from home for about 15 years. We are always welcomed with a smile from management, front desk, maids, maintenance, parking lot attendant. It’s great location in Cliffton hill makes even more perfect. Close to everything just waking distance to anything. We watch the fireworks everyone from outside our room with a drink and comfort of the chairs. The Midway is right across from the hotel which we go to at around 11 at night and it’s just so amazing to walk across the street and we are back home yayyy. We love that we are treated from the first day to our recent stay always like family. We hope it never changes because we would be lost. We go at least 5 times a year and love it more each time. The pool is an A+! To all the amazing employees thank you, keep it up

Nothing!!!!

It was in the heart of it all!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed! It’s in a perfect location! Your feet hurt, rooms right there, you bought stuff and didn’t want to carry it, your rooms right there! We didn’t need our car or an Uber the entire time we where there. Everything was in walking distance! We have stayed in the high end hotels in Niagara Falls and I will not be paying those prices again!

Other than no view from the room we had because of Ruby Tuesdays (honestly it wasn’t that big of deal at all) , we liked everything!!

You can’t beat the location. It is literally a quarter-mile to the falls. Right in the heart of numerous amusement games shops things to do. It’s a perfect location.

One of our light fixtures in the room did not work. One of the outlets by the sink did not work. We tried resetting the outlet with the button that you push, that didn’t work. Had to use a different outlet by the television to blow dry my hair. also, the toilet in our room just happened to be weird in that you had to hold the handle down for it to flush and sometimes it required two flushes just to flush a little bit of paper, not even a number two.

The location is AMAZING, right off Clifton St (the main tourist street). I was worried we would hear noise at night but we didn’t at all (we were in room 380 and we both sleep with ear plugs). The hotel and room are a bit dated but it was really clean, the bed was comfy and everything worked fine. We didn’t try the air con but the heating was great and the shower is almost as powerful as the falls 🤣
