My husband and I were spending our 5th wedding anniversary at Niagara Falls and wanted a little extra in our room. We had the king bed with Jet tube and we were placed on the six floor with an amazing view of Clinton Street amusement park with the Ferris wheel! That was amazing that the staff gave us that view, serious thanks. The woman who checked us in, lovely, and resourceful. She gave us a list of the restaurants in the area and helped us to figure out currency exchange for the laundry services! She directed us to the Casino across the street to get our cash needs meet. The hotel was easy to navigate, and our room was clean and comfortable. Also had a water bottle station instead of vending machines. We will definitely stay here again!

Honestly? The only thing was we wish there had been a vending machine for beverages. The water bottle station was okay. Room temperature water.

My partner and I spent three days in Niagara Falls this September, and for the first two nights, we stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. On the third night, we moved to a 'Falls View' hotel - and we can honestly say, that we wished we stayed put. From the moment we arrived, the Country Inn felt like a home away from home. Our room was spacious, spotless, quiet - and well-equipped: comfy beds, a powerful shower, and a fridge that kept our drinks perfectly chilled. Breakfast was simple but satisfying the options were genuinely tasty. The location was ideal, just a short stroll from the main attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready with a smile. And yes, the famous cookies deserve their reputation - they are quite delicious and generously offered free! All in all, this hotel delivered a far better experience and value than the pricier alternative- And we’d return in a heartbeat.

We were pleasantly by the spaciousness of our king bed suite, it was a welcome change from so many tiny hotel rooms. The bed's mattress was very supportive and comfortable, with quality linens.👍 The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and had a modern large shower. However, the lighting here is poor as there's no light fixture over the sink. Breakfast had a couple of warm options plus make yourself waffles. Nice quality Iogo yogurts were great! Staff at the reception were friendly, helpful and accommodating when I asked for a better room. So I have to give them and this hotel five stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!

No lighting over bathroom sink and mirror! Some discolouration of bathroom floor tiling, which wasn't dirt but looked like it was stained.

Our room in this hotel turned out to be a 2 room suite with 2 queen size beds, a sofa, and a small table and chair set. I traveled with one of my friends, and we had plenty of room to spread out without crowding each other. We didn't have the room cleaned while we were there, but upon check in the room was very clean. The breakfast was more than adequate and varied by the day. We only had to walk about 10 minutes to be to Clifton Hill, the Falls, and the green line WEGO bus stop. It was a very quiet area with a nice convenience store on the corner. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

No cons worth mentioning.

Parking was easy. Convenient location close to the entertainment district yet quiet. Just a 10-15 min walk to the falls. Check in was fast and staff were super friendly. The room had a comfortable sitting area for families totally separate from the sleeping area. Amenities such as a pool, fitness center, refrigerator in room and breakfast were included. Breakfast was busy but the staff did a great job of keeping everything clean and well stocked.

Bathroom toilet flushing buttons needed better cleaning and disinfecting as it had brown stuff caked around the buttons. Tissue box was empty.

The hotel is fairly close to Clifton Hill , but also 10 min drive to restaurants that are away from the main tourist area. Everything is easy to get to . Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Some mornings it was difficult to get a seat at breakfast . I did not want to be up early on vacation for 7am when breakfast started . No restaurant on site so it would be nice if breakfast was extended a bit later to give more time to come down for breakfast and spread out the peak time .

The breakfast had great variety and was pretty decent. Overall an 8/10.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the shower head a bit more practical, but it still isn't a dealbreaker.

Great location , quiet area but less than 10 min walk from the touristic street at Clifton hills. The rooms we stayed were huge , very clean and comfortable! All the personnel we met were extremely helpful , friendly and polite ! Breakfasts variety needs improvement but other than that everything was great ! The lobby area is very nice and they offer welcome cookie and nice coffee / tea throughout the day ! Overall we had a very nice experience while travelling with two young kings ! Definitely I would recommend or go there again in the future ! Reasonable priced and value for money

Elevators were quick. We were close to everything

Parking lot was falling apart.

I liked the room, pool and the breakfast room - breakfast was very tasty.

There was no glass or something in the bathroom to rinse after teeth brushing.
