Our room in this hotel turned out to be a 2 room suite with 2 queen size beds, a sofa, and a small table and chair set. I traveled with one of my friends, and we had plenty of room to spread out without crowding each other. We didn't have the room cleaned while we were there, but upon check in the room was very clean. The breakfast was more than adequate and varied by the day. We only had to walk about 10 minutes to be to Clifton Hill, the Falls, and the green line WEGO bus stop. It was a very quiet area with a nice convenience store on the corner. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

No cons worth mentioning.

Parking was easy. Convenient location close to the entertainment district yet quiet. Just a 10-15 min walk to the falls. Check in was fast and staff were super friendly. The room had a comfortable sitting area for families totally separate from the sleeping area. Amenities such as a pool, fitness center, refrigerator in room and breakfast were included. Breakfast was busy but the staff did a great job of keeping everything clean and well stocked.

Bathroom toilet flushing buttons needed better cleaning and disinfecting as it had brown stuff caked around the buttons. Tissue box was empty.

The hotel is fairly close to Clifton Hill , but also 10 min drive to restaurants that are away from the main tourist area. Everything is easy to get to . Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Some mornings it was difficult to get a seat at breakfast . I did not want to be up early on vacation for 7am when breakfast started . No restaurant on site so it would be nice if breakfast was extended a bit later to give more time to come down for breakfast and spread out the peak time .

The breakfast had great variety and was pretty decent. Overall an 8/10.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the shower head a bit more practical, but it still isn't a dealbreaker.

Great location , quiet area but less than 10 min walk from the touristic street at Clifton hills. The rooms we stayed were huge , very clean and comfortable! All the personnel we met were extremely helpful , friendly and polite ! Breakfasts variety needs improvement but other than that everything was great ! The lobby area is very nice and they offer welcome cookie and nice coffee / tea throughout the day ! Overall we had a very nice experience while travelling with two young kings ! Definitely I would recommend or go there again in the future ! Reasonable priced and value for money

I liked the room, pool and the breakfast room - breakfast was very tasty.

There was no glass or something in the bathroom to rinse after teeth brushing.

It states online that they offer a CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, but it's actually a HOT BREAKFAST which was awesome, a very nice surprise and great food and selection! The room with a hot tub and king size bed was perfect, so comfortable and extremely clean, we were very impressed! The location was great too, close to the falls and all of the attractions. We came to see the Festival of Lights and go up to the Skylon Tower which was amazing! We will definitely be back!

The only thing that I did not like was that the microwave was dirty with food stuck on the walls and smelled really bad, but it was not a big deal because we did not need to use it! I think it was just missed by housekeeping because everything else was spotless!

It was a wonderful experience. My wife and I had a blast. The pool was great, the breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were spacious. The service was also wonderful to. Everything that we needed was within minutes of driving with bus service near by.

I wish there were microwaves in each room instead of the main lobby. Also, it would of been nice to include the price of parking with the bill instead of paying separate. Also, it would of been nice if breakfast times were extended by an hour so we can wake up late and eat breakfast.

Overall the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved the fresh cookies and coffee always available in the lobby. The breakfast had a great variety for everyone and was stocked with hot and cold foods. Finally the location was perfect. Very close to everything you needed and wanted in Niagara Falls. Overall for the price this hotel should be on your list.

Two complaints: 1. The pool is very dated and that makes the water look a little green. Also it looks like they filed in the hot tub in the pictures. It was disappointing. 2. The beds are rock hard and horrible to sleep in. Perhaps some rooms have better, upgraded beds, but our room was bad. Based solely on the beds I might not go back to this hotel. If prices were equal I would shop around. You need a goods night sleep after a long day and unfortunately we did not get that.
