Breakfast was very well presented & prepared. It included timely & individually cooked hot egg dish as well as fresh fruit & cereal with yogurt and selection of bread/toast & muffins.

On arrival our room designation was not clear from original booking.com correspondence. Telephone call to hosts, however, brought immediate resolution.

Great value for the money. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our vacations. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Walking distance to the Niagara Fallsview Trail. The owner is a nice person.

The rooms are not too big and the shower was in the room... however there is good ventilation so, no issues for us.

Cute house with homely feel, classical furniture, vey clean, very friendly and helpful owner. Good security. was clean and bed very comfy, shower must have direct line to Niagara Falls, pressure was amazing! As others have said, breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Granola, yoghurt and fruit with homemade muffins, large cooked breakfast, fresh coffee and juice, croissants, it was amazing both days we were there and kept us going until evening. Sharing breakfasat with other couple staying was a wonderful opportunity to chat and find out about their own countries and travelling experience, we shared lots of stories, it was fun. It is at north end of where most of the water activity is but there is a hop on hop off bus alongside the falls and river which was only $16 for 2 days and there is a stop at the bottom of the hill, about 7-8mins walk from house. We used this extensively (green line stops outside Bird Sanctuary) to get to both north and south to our activiites.

Nothing to report. Good value for money compared to the 4* hotels we were perusing which were astonomicl and a much more personal experience than we would have had at a hotel, sharing breakfast with other travellers.

The room was small but well laid out - everything we needed. We didn't get to meet Kevin until breakfast, and then only briefly. We could see a woman with him in the kitchen but never had the chance to meet her. Kevin was kind and professional, we would have liked to meet them for a few minutes upon arrival, if that was possible.

We were disappointed not to meet the owners until breakfast, and then only one of them.

room was small but comfortable. very clean. all the necessities were included. more closet/storage could have been useful. breakfast was tasty, lot of food.

would have preferred a choice for breakfast. everything was lovely and well presented. but we would not have selected the breakfast that was served to us.

Very quiet side street away from noise and crowds but close enough to walk to all the area attractions and falls. Breakfast was very good and main course varied daily. Owners were very accommodating and was a pleasure to speak with.

Kevin and Anna were fabulous hosts. They keep their home very clean. The breakfasts were delicious. I stayed in the yellow room, which was very comfortable. I also enjoyed having coffee, tea, and water available. There is a seating area outside and a living room for guests to use. Ambiance by the Falls is on a quiet street within walking distance of the Falls. Thanks for letting me leave my bag after check out time. I recommend staying here.

I liked location, location and also Kevin & Ann are nice persons. I was leaving every day early morning and Kevin as helping me to prepare sandwich on my way out. It was nice gesture. Every major attraction is in walking distance. Easy to get in and out from house, parking is big enough, breakfast was nice.

Location was great. Pre-arrival instructions and communication were perfect. Hosts Kevin and Anna very attentive and accommodating. Outstanding breakfast every morning. Thank you Kevin and Anna.

Clean, comfortable, walking distance to falls. Only three room so limited noise and no crowd. Friendly, helpful owners on site. Wonderful breakfasts with variety. Lots of attention to detail to make it a good experience. Would recommend

Not a dislike, but an older home with bedrooms on second floor. Stairs to second floor, but good lighting, well maintained and they had new carpet and banisters.
