The location of this place, was excellent. Close enough to Clifton Park/and main street (Victoria) but far enough away to avoid the business. This is a water front location with a excellent view. My room was tiny but was clean along with the bathroom. You have to remember this house is probably 100+ years old but well looked after, clean, renovated and a cute little breakfast area. The staff were friendly as can be and very accommodating. The free parking spot is a big bonus. Please note you are only minutes away from all the restaurants on the main street (walking or driving)

I did not realize my room was the only room where the bathroom was not attached to the room. This was not a big concern and the the spacious bathroom more then made up for it.

I had a wonderful stay! Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the amenities were well-maintained. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. Although there weren’t many options, everything was incredibly well-prepared and delicious. The quality of the ingredients and the care put into each dish really stood out. Sometimes, less is more, and in this case, the simplicity only made the meal more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you appreciate quality over quantity when it comes to breakfast!

Location was wonderful. Only a few minutes to walk to all the falls attractions and bus stops. Also only a short drive to other restaurants and grocery stores and Niagara on the lake. The breakfast was wonderful! Although they didn't offer any meat options (bacon/ sausage) the cheese omelette was amazing along with the French toast and croissants and the fruit was fresh every morning.

The original room (pine) that I booked happened to be their smallest room with a private bath down the hall not attached. Which was ok because it still offered a fridge and coffee maker along with a tv. The ceiling is also slanted on one side of the bed so you could hit your head. But the host moved us after 2 nights into their basement suite which has a full living room and bedroom which was absolutely wonderful! One thing we didn't care for was there was no ac in the basement and we did not have control of the ac in the original room, so it got hot at night. The basement was also a little noisy being able to hear everyone walking around upstairs. Other than that our stay was absolutely wonderful!

The location was nice. We were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted and or needed to go which is great considering the cost to park around the falls. The filtered water pitcher and glass cups were a nice touch.

Breakfast options just weren't. My husband does not eat eggs but that along with vegetables and toast was the only option. There were no meat options, not even muffins, so neither of us ate breakfast. The fact that they offered breakfast was the reason we selected the hotel. Had we known the limitations on it, we would have stayed elsewhere. We also were not crazy about the bathroom being separate from our room (had to walk down the hall) but appreciated that we didn't share it with others.

We liked how close it was to downtown Niagara Falls. Very walkable. We loved this place for our one night stay. The room was the perfect size for my husband and I, the bed was very comfortable and the place was clean and cute. And we received a delicious complimentary breakfast that consisted of a veggie omelette, toast, croissant and fresh fruit cup. We would definitely book this place again for a longer stay next time we are in Niagara.

That the Pine Room bathroom (the room I booked) was down the hall. It was private, very clean and was fine for the one night we were there. The host did let me know this beforehand, so it wasn't a surprise to us, but next time I book this place, I'll make sure I book a room with a bathroom attached. This is just more of our preference to have the bathroom attached to the room, but again, it was not bad and totally fine for the one night we were there.

The location is excellent—right by the river and about a 15-minute walk to the falls. The place is very clean, offers free parking, and has a wide variety of breakfast options. The beds are cozy. The host asked what time we’d like to have breakfast and prepared it with great care, which I really appreciated. They are super nice and welcoming.

The ventilation inside the room was a bit loud and cannot be turned off, but not a big deal for us for a short stay.

The hosts were very kind and polite. They were both very helpful with recommendations of what to see and do while in Canada. The property was very convenient to the falls and attractions, within walking distance. The room was simple but very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was served at your desired time and was delicious! We would return to this bed and breakfast.

The hosts were incredible. Our host was so kind. She is also a phenomenal cook. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, even compared to five star hotels I’ve stayed at. Incredible vegetarian food! The home feels so welcoming and definitely serene is the right word from the minute you enter the premises. Beautiful photographs and art line the walls. The rooms were very clean and the price was really excellent. The location is fabulous too - just a few minutes walk to the waterfalls. Also, my partner and I are runners and it’s a great location for running. If you run in the opposite direction from the falls you can run right along the Niagara gorge all the way down to Niagara on the Lake from here, and also down to the gorge itself which is incredibly beautiful and a somewhat well kept secret.

The location is a quiet area but just a short walk from Niagara Falls attractions and restaurants. The house is charming and the rooms are well-equipped. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was really good. The host was attentive and friendly.

Every room comes with a private bathroom but mine was down the corridor rather than attached to the room - just a minor inconvenience.

The staff were very attentive, helped us with everything, it's a small and cozy house, there's heating in the room, clean bathroom, it's about 15 minutes walk to Clifton Hill, the breakfast was simple but very tasty and well presented! You can see that they care about the well-being of their guests.

The heater was portable and it popped sometimes, so it bothered me a bit to sleep
