Room was very big with sofa and queen bed, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, TV and balcony. Breakfast selection was small but good. Showers were very powerful. Check in/check out only took a few minutes. Very good location only a few minutes walk from the main streets of Niagara Falls, about a 15-20 minute walk down the the falls themselves. I only stayed 1 night but would have liked to have stayed longer as the room was very good. Plenty of towels in rooms as wel Overall very satisfied with my stay here and I would stay again

Very clean room with a big, comfortable bed and a balcony, we arrived at 11 a.m. and got the room earlier. Good distance to the attractions and restaurants for a 5 minute walk but without any noise at night. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is modest but very clean. Parking here is much cheaper than in other hotels, and we were even allowed to extend the parking time by a few hours — which was very convenient. The true treasure of this hotel is the people who work there. At the reception and in the buffet, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. All of this came with smiles and a friendly attitude. Thank you very much!

It would be great to add a sauna to your swimming pool.

We stayed here once many years ago before Wyndam took it over. There have been many improvements to the rooms since then. I love that there is an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is more refreshing, and the indoor pool is very warm. You just can't beat the location; most of the touristy stuff is within a 5 to 15 minute walk. It met my basics as it was clean and comfy, and the AC was working well. We will definitely be back, but we will try to get the family suite, or failing that I will request a room with a balcony.

None of this stuff is a deal-breaker. I just thought I would pass on the info so others are aware. I asked for a cot since the family suite was not available and my kids are too big to sleep in the same bed together. I didn't like that the cot was $20 a night extra even though we didn't have any extra guests. Seems a bit excessive. The free breakfast was OK, but the serving room is so small and hot. We just quickly grabbed what we wanted and went back to our room.

Very friendly and helpful guy at the front desk! We had a long drive from Montreal and arrived in the evening, hoping to catch the fireworks. He explained everything in detail and showed us exactly where to go. As a kind gesture, he didn’t charge us for parking, saying we had a long trip and deserved it :) The room was spacious and clean. It’s super close to all the attractions, yet quiet inside the room :) Highly recommend!

The breakfast was simple, mostly baked goods like rolls and waffles. On the plus side, they had yogurt, tea, and a variety of coffee. As for the room, we made the mistake of opening the fridge — and instantly regretted it. A terrible smell came out, like something had died in there. We aired out the room and didn’t open it again.

Happy was wonderful when he met us and easy check-in. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a new mirror, bath surround, and tile. I don't understand why they didn't finish the trim, paint, and deep clean it and put a new shower curtain. The fan in the bathroom helped block outside noise. Room heat worked great. The reviews are on point. The price was perfect for 1 night. Walked to town and falls within 5 minutes. Breakfast is free and fills you just enough to get on the road. The room is too small where they serve it, though. The pool looked nice indoors, but we had no time to swim. 10$ parking is affordable or go one lot over to the 5$ parking if room and open. They have cameras everywhere. We felt very safe

One small downside was the check-in experience. Although my stay included breakfast, I wasn’t given any information about where or when it would be served. The check-in process was very minimal—they simply handed me the room key without explaining anything further. A bit more communication from the front desk would have been helpful. Overall, it’s a simple, budget-friendly option near Niagara Falls, and I’d consider staying again.

I traveled by myself and so it was a very short walk to Clifton Hill for starting and ending my evening. And although the motel charged $10 for parking, they will let you leave your car parked for free after you check out the next day. Even until the evening if you like, and they will be super nice about it. Their staff is very friendly and they have multiple video cameras covering the entire parking lot so I wasn't worried at all about my vehicle during my stay. Although I didn't use either, they also have an indoor swimming buffet and a breakfast bar. But I was able to check in less than five minutes after going through the Rainbow Bridge checkpoint -- the property is right up the hill -- and it only took me five more to walk to Clifton Hill to start my evening. Perfect property for my "short getaway" needs.

My stay costs me $70. Nothing negative to say at such a great price. But just so you know the neighborhood looks a little shady, but I felt safe walking and was not bothered by anyone.

I stayed in Room # 202. A Good size spacious two queen size Bed room on 1st floor (No elevator though). WIth Room Size Fridge and Microwave. Location was perfect. 5 min walk to Clifton Hills Main attractions, Surrounded by so many restaurents. if you ever plan to go to FallView Indoor Water Park, this hotel is hardly 5-7 min walk to That indoor park, located right acroos the Street. Parking is extra $10 which is ok. Front Desk staff person Aakaash & Gurpreet are very friendly and Warm welcome us. They let me park my car for extended hours for free of charge. (Didn't charge me even after we checked out and went to FallsView Water Park and left our car parked at hotel till late evening). Breakfast was also good. We had every thing what we needed for Breakfast. Boil Egg, Bread, Juices, Coffee Tea, Fruits, Croissant etc, etc. Good enough for all of us.. Breakfast well managed by Mr. Gurpreet.

Nothing much except they charge $10 for the parking. That should be free like other hotels.

The location was decent - close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful - since this was my first visit to the Falls, they suggested places and times to go to. It was worth it! The room was clean too and breakfast was decent too.

The lighting of the room wasn't really up to the point. The beds were comfortable but quite light and moved around by even slight force. We booked for 4 people, but the toiletries were given only for 1 person. So maybe these things could have been better. The breakfast hall definitely should be bigger - it was so small and packed with people a second away from spilling stuff.
