Room was very big with sofa and queen bed, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, TV and balcony. Breakfast selection was small but good. Showers were very powerful. Check in/check out only took a few minutes. Very good location only a few minutes walk from the main streets of Niagara Falls, about a 15-20 minute walk down the the falls themselves. I only stayed 1 night but would have liked to have stayed longer as the room was very good. Plenty of towels in rooms as wel Overall very satisfied with my stay here and I would stay again

Very clean room with a big, comfortable bed and a balcony, we arrived at 11 a.m. and got the room earlier. Good distance to the attractions and restaurants for a 5 minute walk but without any noise at night. Very friendly staff.

Happy was wonderful when he met us and easy check-in. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a new mirror, bath surround, and tile. I don't understand why they didn't finish the trim, paint, and deep clean it and put a new shower curtain. The fan in the bathroom helped block outside noise. Room heat worked great. The reviews are on point. The price was perfect for 1 night. Walked to town and falls within 5 minutes. Breakfast is free and fills you just enough to get on the road. The room is too small where they serve it, though. The pool looked nice indoors, but we had no time to swim. 10$ parking is affordable or go one lot over to the 5$ parking if room and open. They have cameras everywhere. We felt very safe

I stayed in Room # 202. A Good size spacious two queen size Bed room on 1st floor (No elevator though). WIth Room Size Fridge and Microwave. Location was perfect. 5 min walk to Clifton Hills Main attractions, Surrounded by so many restaurents. if you ever plan to go to FallView Indoor Water Park, this hotel is hardly 5-7 min walk to That indoor park, located right acroos the Street. Parking is extra $10 which is ok. Front Desk staff person Aakaash & Gurpreet are very friendly and Warm welcome us. They let me park my car for extended hours for free of charge. (Didn't charge me even after we checked out and went to FallsView Water Park and left our car parked at hotel till late evening). Breakfast was also good. We had every thing what we needed for Breakfast. Boil Egg, Bread, Juices, Coffee Tea, Fruits, Croissant etc, etc. Good enough for all of us.. Breakfast well managed by Mr. Gurpreet.

Nothing much except they charge $10 for the parking. That should be free like other hotels.

The location was decent - close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful - since this was my first visit to the Falls, they suggested places and times to go to. It was worth it! The room was clean too and breakfast was decent too.

The lighting of the room wasn't really up to the point. The beds were comfortable but quite light and moved around by even slight force. We booked for 4 people, but the toiletries were given only for 1 person. So maybe these things could have been better. The breakfast hall definitely should be bigger - it was so small and packed with people a second away from spilling stuff.

We found the hotel easily. We were greeted by someone at the front desk appropriately named Happy. He was beyond friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. Bonus points for the black out curtains and stylish modern decor. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Mini fridge was a good size for our families snacks. My children LOVED both indoor and outdoor pools. Very well maintained. The location is PERFECT. Right at the top of Clifton Hill, everything was within walking distance. Lots of parking meant we could leave the car and do all the tourist stuff without having to drive. We even saw the fireworks over the falls from our 2nd level outside steps. A pleasant surprise.

The only thing I wasn't keen on was the continental breakfast. It's a very little room and was packed with people. Hot and stuffy. They had toast, Waffles, croissants, muffins, and donuts. Lots of carbs. Very little protein in the way of hard boiled eggs and some yogurt. I'm glad I brought my own food.

I loved the location, everything about this hotel is super convenient, including the price. The staff were so helpful in everything was so clean. Breakfast was free and what you would expect.

just small minor issues, last time it was, the shower didn’t turn on and this time our TV only had three working channels, which were completely fuzzy. Not that we were there to stay and watch TV, but it would’ve been nice to watch before bed.

I loved our room and the staff met our request of arranging for a heart shaped hot tub for our anniversary which we were so grateful for. The room was huge with everything we needed. The location was perfect, not even a 5 minute walk to the main strip. The staff exceeded any expectation I had when they assisted me with a personal problem one one evening. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and reassurance. I wouldn’t hesitate in staying again and recommending this hotel to everyone.

Breakfast was a little chaotic if not timed correctly, but there was plenty of choice.

Very good cleanliness, staff cooperation, service, breakfast quality, and the safety of guests.

TV not playing the programs. Guests should have been told to unplug and plug the TV to make it play. We could avail of the facility only for one day.... after learning this from receptionist. Prime video should have been on the house instead of guests paying for it. Stale smell on first entering the room... it should have been aired by opening the window for a while before arrival of guests.

The location and the staff the staff

The room I was in had a noisy heater and it took a very long time and I'm quite difficult time to get the water in the shower to the proper temperature as my visit was there during cold weather it took some time for the hot water to get to the room. This is a plumbing problem though that goes way back to the construction of the building they did not put a circulating pump hot water system in and it's not the current staff's fault but it is what it is.
