The welcoming feeling, we felt right away when we arrived. Dan gave us lots of great info about the B&B and also things to do in the area. Our room was pristine, with lots of absolutely adorable touches. We knew if there was anything we were lacking Dan and Jamie would accommodate. The breakfasts were AMAZING! We had a great time meeting and talking with the other guests during our meal. And the best part was I accidentally left a gift for my granddaughter there. However, Jamie had found it in our room, packaged it up and we got it just days later after coming home! Now that is great service!!! My granddaughter was very happy! Just can't say enough good things about The Butler House....we will definitely be back!!!
Not long enough! We only were there for 2 nights!

The cooked breakfasts were delicious. It was wonderful to try different dishes. The servings were very large. The dining room was beautiful. We really appreciated the muffins and fresh fruit along with the hot drink availability throughout the day. The rooms we had access to oozed with character and were spotlessly clean. The linen spelt lovely. Our hosts were easy to deal with. Jamie was friendly and very easy to talk to while Dan is an amazing cook.
We didn’t have a car and were happy to walk everywhere. This may not suit everyone.

Jamie and Dan were great hosts! Very welcoming and accommodating! The breakfast was something different every day and always just as delicious. They are in a great location, within walking distance to the Falls! They also provided great recommendations for our stay and we’re just a delight to talk to and have as hosts. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to the area!

Stayed at the Butler House for our honeymoon. We stayed 5 nights. Daniel and Jamie are wonderful gracious hosts. They have a very good knowledge of the area. The walk to Niagara Falls was about 10 minutes. The Niagara aquarium is worth it also and is at the end of the block. The breakfasts were amazing with something savory and something sweet. We are so thankful we stayed here and thankful to have met Dan and Jamie. Wishing them the best in business, love, and life. Hope we have the opportunity to stay again
I wish I could bring my kids next time but no kids aloud unless you rent the entire place.

Overall, we loved the Butler House. Pros: - Amazing hosts! Super friendly and responsive. - Quiet and cosy. - Superb breakfast with a changing menu (you would highly appreciate breakfast if you like waffles, French toast, etc., but less so if you prefer light & healthy breakfasts such as freshly cut veggies/fruit/oat/granola). - Cute and comfy room.
Slightly pricey, but was worth it for us since we loved the house & hosts.

The Butler House was a trip back in time. Old-fashioned hospitality that looks you in the eyes and really wants to know how you are and what you need. Relaxed atmosphere that encourages you to share your vacation plans so they can provide local knowledge to make the experience even better. They are truly caring people that want your experience to be the best. The house is located in the downtown heritage district of Niagara Falls. It has been reborn throughout and "restored" to better than new. This beautiful house is immaculate and radiates the happiness of its owners, Jami and Dan. We stayed 3 days and breakfast was different, unique, sumptuous, and plentiful each morning. We were able to walk to Niagara Falls State Park, Niagara Falls, the Aquarium, Maid of the Mist, and goat Island after sleeping soundly in a queen bed that gently cradled us to sleep each night. Every evening the hostess laid out sweet treats and beverages for us in the parlor. Both the living room and the dining room encourage personal interaction and visitors shared their experiences. We felt that we had made friends.
There was nothing that we didn't like.

Everything! Jamie and Dan were the best hosts. It’s very obvious that they invested a lot of time and care into their B&B and the experience they wanted visitors to have. They though of so many small details that you don’t remember until you get there, such as having water, coffee/tea and snacks available throughout the day, just like you’d have a home. AND, the breakfasts were phenomenal!! I’m a picky eater but I ate anything Dan cooked up! And Jamie kept me supplied with my own carafe of coffee. Both had great stories to share. They whole experience is exactly why my husband and I stay at B&Bs instead of hotels.
No dislikes. I think it would be cool if there was a community microwave? I had some leftovers that would have been great to reheat later in the day. But cold pizza never hurts anyone! :-)

The breakfast was very good. Sitting on the porch swing at the end of the night was the way to relax at the end of a busy day. Owners were very nice and helpful. Definitely going to book again. Location was walkable to falls. Decorate was very nice. So much good to say about our stay.
Nothing bad to say.

Jamie & Dan we're amazing hosts. Extremely friendly, eager to help rectify a little booking issue, full of local information, great breakfast chefs & loved sharing their story before they bought this B&B & then the love & hard work they put into creating this wonderful peaceful retreat. Bed was comfy, bathroom usual size for a B&B, plenty of space in the room for luggage. AC good temp, coffee Keurig in the parlor. Sweet treats left to crave a sweet tooth every night, water in cooler available to take. Breakfasts were 2 courses: sweet & savory. Bagel casserole so good we're exchanging breakfast recipes. Like the fact no kids & no pets permitted. Location close enough to walk to the falls, but we just preferred to drive. Owners so friendly & such a pleasure to get to know & talk to, will stay in touch via FB. I've stayed at quite a few B&B's... This was one of the best Ive stayed at: hands down.
The city of Niagara Falls as a whole appears run down & in need of a facelift. This is absolutely no reflection on the owners of this B&B! They have created a little piece of a quiet, classy sanctuary in this city that is in the process of being brought back to life. The B&B was absolutely fantastic. Not crazy we had to park in the street, but that's the way it is there.
