- great location, Seneca Niagara casino is just steps away, fashion outlet mall only 13 min drive, super close to Canadian border - rooms are spacious with good beds, 2 are King sized - place is just as it appears in the pictures - great deal for the price

- the area is overall rundown and overall a bit sketch, have to maintain some caution - the property is equipped with basic supplies but there could be little more, eg more utensils in the kitchen. No dishwasher in the kitchen - washrooms are barebones and could use things like hooks - old property with some exposed finishings, have to be careful with little kids, eg vents in the living room

The host was great. House was comfortable, nice common area. Had everything we needed for our short stay.

The neighborhood seemed more active after dark. Neiborhood partiers and a loud dirt bike made it a bit hard for all of our group of 13 to get a full night's rest. Smallest bedroom without a door.

property was very clean and close to the falls. House was close enough to enjoy a walk

the neighborhood was a little run down with houses boarded up BUT you can tell that people are trying to fix houses up and make it a nice area. we never felt threatened

The neighborhood was not great, but it looks like much of the condemned buildings are being fixed up and renovated which is good. The stove top was majorly damaged when we arrived.

Very spacious, plenty of rooms to accommodate our family members. The location is perfect. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the area and very kind.

Although each room had a dresser for your items, we prefer to hang up our clothing. There were no closets or anywhere to hang your clothes. That meant extra ironing. You will have to purchase an iron or bring one. Apparently the guests before us must have had animals with them. We kept getting dog or cat hair all over our clothes. Lint brushes worked well for that. The beds (mattresses and box springs) should be put on their standard rails to be lifted off the floor to make it easier for the guests so it's not so low to the floor. In addition, we had flat twin pillows on king and queen beds smh.

Great location, food, Niagara falls, casino everything what you need in minutes walking, only little issue with parking, but not big problem))) All is perfect, and I'll be back)

The space was perfect for our large family. The house was very clean and had all basic necessities.

Dishwasher was not present, If there was a dishwasher it would be even better
