Location , Staff also the views are absolutely amazing Parking was convenient , so close to everything you can walk ,and the breakfast I thought would just be just bagels and muffins to my surprise full buffet ! I choose them on a whim the manager Lenny went way out of way to make my Christmas trip with my son the best and all the staff A Christmas to remember !!! If you thinking of staying in Niagara Fallls this is the place to stay !

The Giacomo provided us with a very comfortable stay while visiting Niagra Falls . Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and our room had a refridgerator which was nice and there was a microwave available to use by the reception desk. The Victorian ambience was charming and the rooftop area to view the Fireworks was also very nice per my sister in law. The location is perfect and the hot breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. We will definately be back. The staff were very helpful , friendly and professional.

Location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere including Canada. Parking was very convenient and safe, we left our car for almost our entire stay. Room was huge with a big closet and giant bathtub. What makes this hotel is the wonderful staff, especially Ms Tee at the front desk. She greeted us every day with her beautiful smile and friendly face and even recommended great places to eat. She along with the breakfast staff and management were great! Breakfast was always hot, filling, delicious, and plentiful. Also coming in at the end of the day to fresh coffee and a sweet treat was awesome! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Room could use a couple of touchups and a more detailed cleaning but definitely not deal breakers.

I always take the choice of a hotel very seriously, as I travel a lot and comfortable accommodation is important to me. This is a perfect hotel in every way. Excellent staff. The room is large and very stylishly decorated, comfortable bed. The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance from the waterfall and the park, close to excellent restaurants. You should check the Anchor Bar. There is an official visitor center across the street yet. A working breakfast, but it's enough to feel ready for a long active day

This was an older property , but in many great ways, one of the more attractive breakfast and eating areas I have ever seen. ( short of paying 10 times higher prices) the location is fantastic if you are a walker, Niagara Falls is all laid out before you. I have stayed in 6 hotels in Niagara Falls, and this is by far my favorite. The staff was sweet, kind, funny, and accommodating. I truly adored the way they responded to questions, and offered opinions. They represented their hotel well. Kudos.

Parking is far from ideal and comes with a set of issues. This is true for a lot of locations in Niagara Falls, so, patience and awareness is important. The room was smaller but well decorated, the drawback was the ceiling looked like a bare concrete ceiling, and I don’t know how they could fix that. The price , mixed with the location made it very palatable.

Charming “old school” hotel. Room was cozy and quiet, and bed was very comfortable. Staff were all polite and accomodating! Very cool lounge on the 19th floor with great 360 degree views of the area.

A/C unit ran (or made noise) constantly and it was difficult to control the room temp. Room was always either too cold or too hot. Had to shut the unit off at night because it was too noisy. We were “warned” at checkin that they were a “pet friendly” hotel which I thought was odd, until I saw the number of large dogs staying at this hotel. Hotel only occupies about five of the 18 floors in this building. The rest of the floors are permanent residences.

Beautiful facility, very clean and comfortable room.

Sketchy neighborhood. Very few quality dining options nearby. We were approached by homeless people, looking for money, twice in two days.

When I checked it they sent me to a room with no hey tub or fire place. However when they determined an error was made they gave us a suite. Although it did not have a fireplace it had a great view full kitchen and was very nice. I was very happy with the young lady at the front desk she went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. The breakfast was also great we were overall very happy and pleased with everything

The location to the state park is great. You can walk to pretty much everything downtown. Parking onsite in a gated lot was convenient. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. This is not your run of the mill hotel aesthetic. I love the charm that this hotel has.

The observation floor gets crowded and it is very small. The lack of a microwave in the room was inconvenient. I did not like that the front doors are left open at night (no keycard needed for entry).
