Good breakfast, nice and helpful people at the desk. Very nice room, the bed was cozy and comfortable. Great view of the Niagra River!

There were no coffee pods or tea bags in the room. We had to go to the desk to get one. The body wash dispenser was completely empty, but we had brought our own soap. Maybe a bit more attention to detail is warranted. Otherwise, all was well.

It was a nice experience to stay there, it was our first time to visit the Niagara falls. We stayed for a few days to make sure we get to explore everything, all the sights and most known places to visit. We went to see all the falls, we also crossed the rainbow bridge to get to the Canada side and see the other view of the beautiful falls. It was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, it was fit for a family of 5. Starbucks was there and easily accessible. Quite a walk to the parks but it was during the summer so we did not worry too much about long walks, just enjoying the weather and clocking in some more steps daily for exercise.

Tatyana was very nice and welcoming when we got there she helped us with everything we needed. She explained everything to us where we can do laundry at where the saltwater pool was at. How much was food places around the area because he got there late she’s a very excellent employee. I will definitely go again. This is my third time there and I love it they have a Netflix and every room so you can sign your Netflix and watch it. Definitely go again.

I liked everything about this hotel, 1)Location:10/10 The location of this hotel is great as the fall is very close to this hotel and there are many restaurants nearby and the train station is also close like 10 minute taxi which makes the location 10/10. 2)Breakfast:8/10 The breakfast was great but had very fewer options but was apparently great. 3)Staff:10/10 The staff was great and was very helpful like eventhough we had 2 nights in this hotel still they cleaned our rooms and there is laundry aswell so the staff is 10/10. 4)Rooms:9/10 Great rooms as they were huge and cleaned

The lobby was beautiful, the room was excellent, spacious and beautiful. We were 5 people (grandparents + my husband and I + our daughter) two queen beds + sofa bed. They have gym, pool a Starbucks and family games in the lobby

The indoor pool had a strong smell and it was really hot, no air

We were provided a new room after convincing the front desk person the bathroom did not meet our standards. See explanation below.

Our first room the toilet did not flush properly as the tank wouldn’t fill up. The gal behind the desk stated she would have it fixed but not until our reservation was already over. She and the maintenance guy said it wasn’t a big deal because we could fill up the ice bucket 4-5 times to fill the tank so it would flush. Additionally the tv was parallel with the bed so it was difficult to watch.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was nice. Close to the falls.

The pool was closed which was disappointing since I booked this particular hotel for the pool. The hotel itself was nice, but the New York side of the falls is kind of run down and dumpy. The Canadian side has better view, more to do, and the town surrounding it on the Canadian side is much nicer.

The only thing that we had a problem with was that we had asked them to replace the body wash in our shower because it was empty. No one ever showed up to change it.

The room is excellent and the lobby is spacious to hangout. The receptions is very welcoming and helpful. However, the lady (black) in the cafeteria is not that friendly.

Internet didnt work in 1 of the TV's . We reported it to the front desk, but it wasnt fixed. Was jus there for 1 night so no problem. Our rate didnt include breakfast, but the restaurant looked ok. We used the coffee maker in the room. The room was extremely spacious and bed very comfortable.
