I have been to niagara Falls 3 times since 2021. I love going there, and I have always stayed at your hotel because is about two blocks away from the falls.

While I was there this last time, and I was going for walks ti the falls during the day, I was exiting the building through the door on the left side of the counter (facing the counter), the las day I was there, around 9:30PM I was heading out to see the fireworks, as I was heading towards the door, the receptionist in shouted YO, you have to exit from the front door. To be honest with you I did not like the fact that I was called YO, since I do not know him and we are not friend, I was a guest, and i do think is the right way to speak to a guest, other than that everything was fine.

Location to the Falls is ideal, breakfast was really good although very expensive. The coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival and departure.

Paying for parking and then struggling to find a spot to park - that was a big negative. No outdoor door gathering space for families. We ended up hanging out in the parking to visit with family. Broken ice machines on several floors causing a search for a working machine. A sitting area in the room for visiting. The arcade not being open for my nieces was a huge disappointment . . . and that the arcade was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Amazing location, great view. We had a personal tour, picked us right up at the hotel and it great. We went to Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds and walked around the state park. He was so full of great information!. It was through The Daily Trips. Our guide, Mohammad, was absolutely amazing. I'd go back and do it all over!

The hotel looked to be a bit run down. Not sure if the attached restaurant is affiliated with the hotel, but it was not great. Breakfast there was way overpriced (one waffle, one omelet and 2 cups of coffee over $60). The service was terrible. part of my order was not brought out until I reminded them and then I was finished with my meal. We were never asked if we wanted refills on coffee. Restuarant wasn't the cleanest. I'd skip breakfast there next time for sure.

Madam Kathi at the front desk was an absolute angel and went out of her way to help me on my check out day.

My check in experience was horrible to say the least, after meeting a very rude and incompetent front desk staff member. He ignored me for almost 10 minutes, spoke to me very rudely and turned me away in the middle of the night because he didn’t know how to take Apple pay payments. Luckily his colleague came by and processed the payment. I then walked into a room that had a musty smell. However all this was made up for by Ms Kathi, who I met on the last day as I was checking out. She was an absolute angel and in 15 minutes went out of her way to help me, made me forget the horrible check in.

I did not specifically request a "quiet room" but I did have one. Before we got there I was able to very easily change the type of room I had booked for my friends. I liked that! I liked the cleanliness of the room. We really liked that there was a tour guide in the lobby to let us know there were tours available. We didn't know. Mark was an excellent guide!

I didn't like that there wasn't a continental breakfast. Didn't like the view. Was not given an option for front or back view room.

I liked it location near the Falls. It was within walking distance of the state park and my family and I had a great time! Concierge service was very nice. Got us a great bundle deal to enjoy Niagara Falls and it’s beauty!

I was under the impression that breakfast was included when I booked the room so that actually caused a stressor for us. I also wish that there was a hot tub with the pool!

I loved everything about this place.

Staff told us check out was at 3:00pm so we slept in until house keeping woke us up, so I called front desk as they told us check out was 11:00am but give us until noon or they would have to charge us an extra night. So everyone had to be ready in 30 minutes for check out. No apologies were given or anything so was not very happy about that.

The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day.

We were in r0om 630 and the ice machine was right outside our room. It was loud when it was making ice and louder when people used the ice machine. I would request a room away from the ice machine next time. The housekeeping staff worked deligently but they should say "good morning" to hotel guests while walking by them. It makes for a friendlier place.

Paid a little extra for skyline view from the 7th floor but was definitely worth it especially at night with all the lights. Hotel was nice and clean. It was quiet at night for sleeping and within walking distance to the falls.

I didn't like paying 19.95 extra per night for parking.
