I stayed here for 4 days and it was pleasant, workers are very helpful. Nine minutes walk to the falls. They have Starbucks in the hotel. Dunkin, 711, and many other restaurants are just in a walking distance. Area is very touristy so even at night it feels pretty safe, it is also comfortable, and clean.

We booked this hotel as we were travelling to NYC on a train with an 0630 departure time and it is in close proximity to the station. It is also in a good location for access to the Falls Park. The hotel is a little dated but well kept. April on reception was lovely and organised out very early morning taxi before she went off duty.

The hotel suited our needs very well, the one downsize is the area in general, apart from the park, there are just souvenir shops and not much else.

Location of the hotel is EXCELLENT! Just right to Rainbow bridge and short walking distance to US side of waterfalls. Room was clean, big, beds are comfortable. Swimming pool is available and Starbucks coffee located just in lobby was nice surprise. And daily parking fee 20 USD seems good price.

Our room was located in second floor in back side located just above the generators of A/C which made terrible noise the whole night even we closed windows. But it was the only negative during the stay.

The location was great. It was not crazy busy like the Canadian side. I could easily move between the US and Canada any time of the day to enjoy both sides of the falls. My phone and cards were stolen when I arrived in Canada, and I was so stressed, but when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist was so helpful. She really helped put my mind at ease. The lady on the bar was also really lovely, and gave some great guidance on local events. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting the falls.

great location, easy to find - just across from the rainbow bridge and near the falls. no view of the falls from this location had a small pool which looked good we just didn't have time to use room also had a fridge and microwave I'm the room stored our cases whilst we went out for the day went to the casino which was fun few stalls outside hotel selling delicious smelling food but again didn't have time to eat if you get chance head down to the Anchor Bar and try their buffalo wings ! amazing

didn't really get a welcomed reception on arrival, receptionist barely spoke to us and we were not informed that Niagara does a nightly fireworks display at 10pm or that the falls lit up at night which is a shame as we missed it all ... would have been nice to have been told or advertised on check in room was a bit tired and smelled of dogs and air conditioning waa very very loud all night unfortunately but only there for 1 night so no great deal

Great service. Attentiveness of staff. Very clean rooms. Proximity to attractions. The bar and coffee shop downstairs were fun and convenient to visit.

The only thing we didn't like has nothing to do within the hotel or service. The outdoor appearance to the 1st Street side of the hotel could be in better shape to make it more attractive to passersby. It looked run down and unkempt.

We love that it was close to everything. The falls, the bridge, restaurants, the aquarium, the casino if you wanted to do that... everything is within walking distance. You can see the mist coming up from the American Falls, the Rainbow Bridge. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. We arrived a day earlier than we were supposed to.. by deciding to drive the whole way from VA. They let us get our room another night. Great experience.

The property is very close to the border and a few mins walk to the falls on the US side. I had to rearrange which days I stayed here and they were able to keep the same price for a different day, first time having to do so, which made me happy

There is nothing negative to so, I did not spend enough time here to find anything negative.
