The staff was very helpful even when there were some hiccups in checking in. Being able to walk to the Niagara Falls park and aquarium from the hotel was quite nice and easy. Room was clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The restaurant was quite good and my friend and I went there multiple times during our stay.

During our last night here, some family was in a room above us. They were stomping around past 11:30 pm. I got fed up and went to the front desk to request a different room. They gave us a room on the 2nd floor away from the family, and it was finally quiet enough for us to sleep.

We ate at the adjoining small restaurant. front desk staff awesome. Close walking distance to the Falls and Casino. Had a beautiful view of the old church just across the street. The room was very up to date, beds were comfy.

The room had no closet. Instead it had pegs hanging from a small alcove to hang your clothes. Did not work well for us at all. The bathroom had a "barn door"closure which was hard to open and close. The bathroom had a big tub we didn't use it. The shower was a separate walk in, which was awesome. But the shower head was one of those rain ones. Right over your head.....not enough power to get shampoo and conditioner out efficiently. There wasn't a lot of places to put your soap if you didn't want to use the items on the wall in the shower. Also no hand rails on the shower wall....floor was a bit slippery. Lighting could have been brighter.

Loved everything about this hotel. Walking distance to the Falls, an awesome contemporary design; a lot of channel choices on cable TV; good food and drink at the restaurant will definitely bring me back to this hotel. The cherries on the cake for me were: the possibility to get fresh air in (the balcony door) - as in most hotels the windows are just permanently sealed and you'd breathe in the air that had been there for years. Another detail that touched my heart and soul was the use of glass bottles/jars to get water from the filtered machine. So much more healthy and environmentally friendly than bottled water in a cheap plastic! Oh yes, there is one more lovely thing that I found there: Illy's coffee in the room. The tea seemed to also be a superior quality. Definitely planning to be back!

A wall heater was a bit too noisy ( I used earplugs, which did help).

The hotel was walking distance to every destination we wanted to see. The room was nice and clean. We never had a bad experience. The price for the room was affordable.

I wish we can adjust the temperature of the room because it was very cold. Also, I didn't know there was an incident fee until I went to check in. The staff gave me two different pricing for the incident fee. It did catch me off guard. If it is shown online that there was incident fee, I would of been more prepared.

For both dinner and breakfast, we used their restaurant. The staff was very nice and attentive. The food was also great and not so overpriced. The location is about 10 mins walk to the fall and it was safe to walk around even at night. The room and the bathroom was clean and comfortable to stay just a night. People at the front desk We will definitely go back to this hotel.

The bed sheets had some stains and also the shower curtain was a bit moldy at the bottom. It was not the level to make a complaint so we decided to enjoy the stay for a night. It seems like it takes 1-2 weeks to get the $250 security deposit which is longer than other facilities but we will wait for that to come back in 1-2 weeks.

Very clean. breakfast came with the room. one for each person ,at the restaurant in the building (seva) it was a bar and grill with outside patio and a gas burn pit and anybody could eat there. We met friends. had filtered water for the room. And a nice little glass container and two glasses to put it in .Didn’t have to buy a bottled water .ice machine. all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave us extra coffee and towels whenever we needed them for the room.cojo was very helpful.

The hallway and rooms were small. but very accommodating.

Room was very nice and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and clean as well. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful with our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint is that I wish there was at least some bottled water and enough supplies for the coffee machine like stirrers, sugar, creamer, caffeinated coffee, etc.

Breakfast was good. Although not a buffet there is a good variety to choose from. Parking on site. Walking distance to all the attractions. Friendly staff. Clean

No bell boy to carry the luggage, have to move the luggage by self. No dental kits provided.

Everyone was so kind here! I came for my 29th birthday and it was the perfect getaway. They walked us through how to navigate the area and suggested food and activities which was super helpful. The jetted bathtub was perfect for winding down after days of lots of exploring and the food in the onsite restaurant was delicious.

Service was friendly and very accommodating. They were very willing to work with me when I arrived before scheduled check-in time.

Breakfast at the attached, Seva Cafe, was a bit pricey compared to other places in the area. The room was advertised to include steaming TV service, but it was in the process of being upgraded, so it was not availible to me at the time.
