The location near the falls was perfect. The home was very clean and tidy for the most part, especially the bathrooms. The bed mattresses were comfy. The kitchen and fridge were also spotless with no bad odors or stains to speak of. The paint in the home was a nice neutral gray and we liked that it was woods or tile floor throughout. We loved the large 70+ inch TV with access to Netflix, Disney plus, and Apple TV. It made for some fun movie nights after a day of sightseeing. The tour recommendations were also a nice touch.

Bedroom #2 did have a bit of a bad odor which required us to use scented candles in the evening. The trash can outside the home needed cleaning as there were maggots in the bottom of it, but that is a minor issue. The only other area of concern was that the pillows on all the beds were basically flat and provided no head support. I’d probably rate the location as a 9 if the pillows were a bit better.

The house was clean, plenty of towels but not enough was cloths and the hot water was excellent! Neighborhood was quiet. Loved the distance to everything. Location was exceptional! Plenty of pans to cook with but no skillet.

Their was blood stain on one of the pillows in the bedroom that had two beds. not enough wash cloths, No dish towels or dish rags. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a dish washer or a laundry room. the railing on the front porch is broken, no wheelchair access, and the TV did not work properly. one Tv was a huge let down. We did not know we were under an alert for air quality because we had no tv. Dining room chair needs replaced.

Beautiful and spacious house. Everything was clean. All main facilities were there. Beautiful dining table. Comfortable living room where we spent evenings. 25 min walk to the Niagara Falls.

In some rooms on the 2nd floor we felt some small unpleasant smells. Missed salt and pepper. Surroundings are a little bit frightening (reminds the ghost city but the house itself felt safe and very close to the falls).

I love the location close to the waterfalls even on the Canadian side.

I liked just about everything but suggestions need trash cans, mirrors, tvs, and better pillows in each bedrooms.

Beautiful and comfy place to stay. Everything looks just like on pictures, even better. Perfect for family vacation. We love it and 100% will come back! Thank you!

Everything is well perfect location walking distance to Niagara… Falls …everything is very close like restaurants 7-11 and Dunkin’ Donuts and liquor stores etc…

everything went fine thanks to the owner as we had planned 10 people came more but they made concessions to us and did not take money from above very nice thank you very much

We felt the bed sheets were not fresh. 2 bathrooms are not sufficient for 6 bedrooms.

House was great and fit our large family

If there was any setback, just Need a baking sheet for the oven
