The location was excellent — very close to the Falls and within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly. The room was clean and had the basic amenities we needed for a one-night stay. Free parking was a big plus as well.

Neighbour were talking loudly on the phone right outside my room door for the time being, which made it hard to relax.

Every street heading to the property was closed to traffic nearly for the whole duration of our stay, and reaching the property by car was a challenge because of that. There is not much that the business can do about this issue, but a simple warning could have been posted on the reservation page (at least we couldn't see one). Again, this was a TEMPORARY issue affecting all properties around that specific area. About the hotel, interiors were quite aged and not in the greatest condition. Further attention to detail is needed for cleaning as well (found an old restaurant slip in one of the drawers in the room).

The reasonable price corresponds to the offered service - sufficient cleanliness, good enough beds. We have seen efforts to cover the winter leaks. The ceiling paint did not peel or fall on our heads, we did not notice mold, as we experienced a week earlier at the more expensive Ramada hotel.

The downside was that it was difficult to communicate and get explanations in English with lady receptionist.

The location is 15 minutes away from the fall and all the attractions. Lots of restaurants within 5-minute walking distance. A decent size room for 6 people. Everything, including towels, bath, wash basin, and bed were clean.

Though I did not use AC, the machine was really dirty, lots of dirt. I informed the helpdesk and they agreed to clean later. There were 4 appliances in the room, lamp, microwave, TV, fridge. But only two power points where available. one point was partially broken. So it was an inconvenience. Carpet was very old, and appeared a bit damp , though it did not bother us much. I think they should steam clean the carpet.

It was clean with AC and good number of towels. Good parking space. The receptionist when we checked in told us we can park our car till 3 pm the next day for no additional cost but another receptionist the next morning charged our friends $10 to park till 3pm; inconsistent service I would say.

There were people arguing loudly after midnight and we couldn’t sleep. Better security is needed! The bar soap is very tiny, not sure why?!

It is worth the money you pay if you plan to spend time outside of the inn. The location is very close to the falls and the staff are friendly. The parking is also included and not expensive at all.

it is not fancy but I can say it is cosy. We went there in low season so we paid much less than what we should

As soon as I asked for something to be fixed, he fixed it right away. He found a solution for everything. The location was walking distance of everything you want to see in Niagara, very helpful.

I just didn't expect to find the shower curtain with mushrooms, mostly if I announce that I'm coming with a child. Also, I thought there was a pool, I thought I saw a pool in the pictures😅

The location was excellent. The room was quiet. It was in walking distance to the avenue with a ton of restaurants and shops. It was a few or just several .minute drive to most everything in Niagara.

it’s was a convenient location to that main attractions and everything we wanted to do!

it could have been a bit cleaner and updated, no coffee maker in the room just the lobby and no other options like tea or juice. also the beds were not the bed I kept rolling into the middle which would have been fine if it was my husband not my best friend lol

Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, shower was perfect always had hot water

There was no washer or dryer on facility, beds were a little hard. Could use new soft beds.
