Great value accommodation is close to restaurants, Niagara falls, and attractions. Clean and neat room. Sauna and hot tub are very good.

It would be better if the hotel had better soundproofing. The water temperature in the pool is cold, and the sides of the pool need to be cleaned. Continental breakfast wasn't provided, not eggs, ham or sausages. Only cereal, yogurt, bagels, tarts, apples and banana.

Close to shops and many restaurants. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the falls from this hotel.

Breakfast time was like a black Saturday sale. No chance of getting much and the restaurants near by rip you off big time

We were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel parking lot (for a fee) and get around by foot since we are okay with walking. Location is a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the top of the Clifton Hill tourist area. This was very convenient. We also walked to the Fallsview Casino, but it was about a 15 minute walk to get there. Basic breakfast is included with an assortment of cereal, breads, packaged yogurt, some fruits, juice and coffee (no eggs, no breakfast meats). Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking is advertised as being $12 but they charge close to 25% in taxes and charges and the total cost is just under $16.

few things i want to bring that there was no microwave or fridge in room. i was with infant and it was challenging for me to warm her milk. they charge for parking.

This was an excellent hotel. It was in the perfect location to get to the ‘strip’. I would sacrifice a view of the Falls any day to be close to the action. It took 10 minutes to walk to the Falls. The room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was bagels, toast, yogurt, banana, apple, orange, mini donuts lemon and butter tarts, lemon poppy seed and banana bread. They have orange and apple juice as well as tea, coffee and water. Interaction with the staff was minimal, but it was always pleasant. The back elevator was weird in that it skipped our floor and went to the next one up then went back to ours. It turned into a betting game on if it would go where it was told. It never did. Random. Great hotel. Great location. Great price. 100% will go again.

The literal only down side was no mini fridge, which I noted in the reviews. We brought a cooler and the ice machine was good enough.

I love how the staff are all friendly and accommodated us to what we needed. My daughters room the heat wasn’t working and they fixed it asap

I have been coming to this hotel for years, one reason is because I never needed a credit card. I don’t have a credit card and don’t want one. But this time I needed to have one. All of a sudden you change your policy. If it wasn’t for one staff member that remembered me, I would have been sleeping in my car. You were the only hotel in Niagara Falls that accommodated people without credit cards. Maybe you should keep it that way. Cause now I’ll never be back

Proximity to Clifton Hill was great, a bit of a walk to the falls but completely manageable. It was really clean, the staff were super nice. I needed extra towels a couple times and they delivered them to us (I had been expecting to grab them from the desk myself).

Breakfast was a total gong show. So many people and not enough stuff or space for everyone. I ended up having to buy breakfast (or supplement what we could get). Given the size of the hotel it was surprising they didn’t have a better layout.

Great location close to all things touristy! We were able to walk to almost everywhere we needed to be. Hotel was clean, rooms included. Price was OK when compared to other hotels in the area. Hottub in room was great, sure was nice to soak after a day of walking.

Only 1 elevator to 7th floor so it seemed that every time we needed to use it we had to wait No refrigerator or microwave in room, would not have stayed there if I realized that. Refrigerators are a must when staying in such an expensive area so you can store food and drinks for snacks or quick meals instead of paying restaurant and vending machine prices .

Location is fine for foot travellers travelling to city by public transport, 104 bus from bus terminal stops outside every half hour, on the back edge of the amusement Park, 20 min walk to the falls. Cheap accommodation 60£ a night Sept 2022., for Double Queen beds X 2, therefore 2 kids sharing and 2 parents easily accommodated for short stays. I didn't have the breakfast which was included and didn't check out the free pool & whirlpool inside the hotel, nobody needs more than 2 /3 days in Niagra so this is a great choice for UK visitors IMHO.. Think UK travelodge type hotel.

Not a problem, but no hotel bar, but plenty very nearby, a 100 metres stagger from Chucks diner sports bar which was all I needed. Others are available Hooters even closer X the rd, but Niagra is set up for families, not necessarily for the lads, but there's stuff for them too.
