Location, comfortable rooms, we had good sleep without AC in August, breakfast is available. Close to all attractions and restaurants

Breakfast is very very basic: i.e. no eggs, no omelettes, no cheese, no beans or sausages. There were cereal, milk, yogurts, bananas, waffles, juices, jams. Parking is at extra cost $22/day

Great value accommodation is close to restaurants, Niagara falls, and attractions. Clean and neat room. Sauna and hot tub are very good.

It would be better if the hotel had better soundproofing. The water temperature in the pool is cold, and the sides of the pool need to be cleaned. Continental breakfast wasn't provided, not eggs, ham or sausages. Only cereal, yogurt, bagels, tarts, apples and banana.

Close to shops and many restaurants. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the falls from this hotel.

Breakfast time was like a black Saturday sale. No chance of getting much and the restaurants near by rip you off big time

Excellent staff. Great service all round. Friendly, accommodating, efficient. We really liked the pool,jacuzzi and sauna. The weekday price was fantastic.This is a super clean hotel everywhere. The room was great, a nice size, comfortable beds , black out curtains, mainly soundproof, nice updated bathroom . Many updates throughout the property. It is in a very clean area with many restaurants close by. It is within walking distance of Clifton Hill and the Falls. The continental breakfast is ok , the staff keeps it well supplied and clean. Hint : more gluten free needed This was our 3rd trip . The staff gives us the same room ,as requested. This is an excellent, well run ,clean and friendly place to stay!!

That we could not stay longer!! No mini fridge or microwave in the room. I have many dietary needs . But they do have lots of ice that I could put in our tote.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The price was very reasonable, and the room was surprisingly spacious with a big, comfortable bed that made for a restful sleep. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Clifton Hill, which made getting around very convenient. I really appreciated the 24-hour tea and coffee machine, which was a nice touch, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. Overall, it’s an excellent value for the money and I’d definitely stay here again.

On the downside, the elevator beside the reception area is very small and can take a couple of minutes to wait for. The pool also wasn’t very clean and didn’t seem well ventilated — the strong chlorine made my eyes tear up. Overall, despite these drawbacks, it’s still a good value for the money and works well if you’re mainly looking for comfort and convenience near Clifton Hill.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic—situated in a lively neighborhood filled with souvenir shops, boutiques, and a wide variety of restaurants. Best of all, the world-renowned Niagara Falls is just a pleasant 15-minute walk away. The hotel offers a large, convenient parking lot, allowing guests to park their car and explore the area entirely on foot. Our room was impressively clean, comfortable, and well equipped—maintenance and housekeeping left nothing to be desired. Breakfast was a highlight: a high-quality spread with fresh fruit, yogurts, bagels, hot and cold drinks, and even tasty waffles. We also appreciated the refreshing pool—while not oversized, it was spotless and perfect for cooling off on hot days.

On the flip side, the breakfast area felt too small for the hotel’s capacity. At times, we had to wait and come back later to find a seat.

The hotel is located in a great area in the heart of the Niagara Falls tourist area, close to numerous restaurants and all attractions, including Clifton Hill. It's very close to the falls (a 5-minute drive or about a 20-minute walk). Everything was great except for the breakfast options, which were basic or plain, although that's no reason to dismiss this hotel given the other perks it offers. The coffee and tea maker are available 24 hours a day, which is great, and they offer vanilla-flavored coffee whiteners.

They call it a light breakfast. You can find apple or orange juice, yogurt, cereal, some fruit options (apples and oranges), and some baked goods like mini cakes, sliced bread (white and whole wheat), bagels, and waffles. However, it would be great if they offered at least some protein options, like eggs, bacon, or sausage. There are very few parking spaces available, which fill up quickly, especially during peak season, holidays, or long weekends. This is offset by the additional spaces available in a separate parking lot just a few steps from the hotel via the rear exit.

We were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel parking lot (for a fee) and get around by foot since we are okay with walking. Location is a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the top of the Clifton Hill tourist area. This was very convenient. We also walked to the Fallsview Casino, but it was about a 15 minute walk to get there. Basic breakfast is included with an assortment of cereal, breads, packaged yogurt, some fruits, juice and coffee (no eggs, no breakfast meats). Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking is advertised as being $12 but they charge close to 25% in taxes and charges and the total cost is just under $16.

few things i want to bring that there was no microwave or fridge in room. i was with infant and it was challenging for me to warm her milk. they charge for parking.
