Everything was EXCEPTIONAL! . House attendants were beyond fantastic! Our suite sparkled each day. Having the Keg inside of your hotel is fantastic, and the breakfast buffet was a lifesaver... I say this as we made the mistake of eating directly across the street the first morning... The breakfast buffet at your hotel literally cost 2/3 of the well known restaurant across the street and the food, ambience, and cleanliness at your hotel put them to shame! Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will be back!

My only feedback is regarding some of the front desk staff. While all were very knowledgeable, some were not as friendly as others. Within our two day stay, I quickly ascertained who to go to for which answers I required.

Location. Good restaurant. Recently renovated was lovely.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the view. We paid extra for a falls view and could not see the falls for all the trees. Perhaps a higher floor may have a view but we certainly did not. I meant to query that on checking out and forgot. Perhaps you could give me a discount for our next stay?

The location is great, right on the main street, about 10 minutes walk from the falls. Parking on site for $23/day. Rooms are clean. We had bathtub with jets right in the middle of the room, I have never seen this before. Kind of interesting layout and plumbing. But no privacy if you share the room with someone you don't know that well. However, private shower is there too in separate room.

The jets in bathtub did not work. If it is there, it should work. Breakfast at the hotel is really terrible for any price, but especially for what they charge, which is about $22. One kind of fruit, no vegies, only if you order omelet. The rest is salt or sugar. Better selection is at Deny's cross the street for the same price. Staff is hit or miss. In short, the high price you pay for this hotel (we paid cca US$300/night) is purely for the location and clean room, the rest is like 1 - 2 star hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was very spacious and super clean, I think it had recently been renovated. The spa tub was beautiful, new and sparkling! Bed was very comfortable and I was given a quiet room to work as requested.

The only drawback is the view is of multiple parking lots...lol. not too pretty but if you don't care about the view it's an excellent choice for a beautiful room at a very fair price.

Prime location

My friend’s luggage was in the car which got stolen from the parking lot. Their passports, laptop everything was gone. I felt there was Less security.

The location was fantastic!

An included breakfast would have been nice, but mostly a microwave in the room would have been great!

Very clean, and a convenient location.

The only issue we had was the room was boiling hot. Hallway was nice and cool but there was no air in room and the vent that should open in window at the bottom, it was not opening to let any air in. They did offer a fan, which we declined because we already had one. Not a huge deal, probably the time of year (March). They said no heat or air was on. Unsure why. Again, not a big deal but it didn’t make it very comfortable to sleep and couldn’t take advantage of the jet tub because it would have made the room a sauna. We paid for the jet tub room and weren’t able to utilize it. Disappointing. Everything else was great.

Room were pretty modern, comfortable and spacious. Rates were not that high compared to the known hotels. Parking was convenient and if you are doing Niagara parks activates then transportation is quite easy as you are located on the bus blue line. Coffee machine, iron, and mini fridge. AC was top… internet was perfect as well. Beds were super comfortable with a lot of pillows to choose from.

No safe!! No option to leave also any important belongings with front desk safe. This is not acceptable in any circumstances. No complementary water in the rooms. One small bottle of water was charged with around 4 Canadian dollars. Nearby parking is 5 dollar cheaper a day … I found this not acceptable ….Utilities were set to the minimum in the room. Only one elevator was working and the hotel has 10 stories.

Room was huge clean and comfortable. Night was quiet and bathroom was nice and large. Hotel was secure. Parking was affordable. And location was perfect. Close enough for a 5yr old to walk but when tired could make it back. No view but didn't need it Pools was nice. One inside one outside. Clean and large enough for kids to play. Hot tub was large and relaxing Price was good but I couldnt get marriot points I guess because I booked thru booking.com. every other hotel would give me the points...maybe its a Canada thing idk

Main Hotel doors needed key to enter. Nice touch but annoying trying to find key when coming back from fun and food in hands.

We were given a room with a view towards the falls which allowed us to view the fireworks every night which was a nice plus. Staff was very friendly and when our little fridge died, maintenance came up within minutes of our call and replaced it for us. The beds were fantastically comfortable.

Although each room has a little coffee maker it would be wonderful to have a free coffee bar in the morning for guests to visit in the lobby and get a fresh coffee and return to your room. Wasn't happy with the daily parking charge. Come on, seriously? Everyone travels by car and having to pay extra to park at the motel you are paying big dollars to staying at is excessive and quite a put off. Really missed having a microwave in our room.
