Affordable. Clean. Quiet. The shower was fantastic! Large room with comfy beds. Convenient. It was an easy walk to Clifton Hill for shopping and dining without the hassle and expense of parking. Convenient walk for viewing The Falls. And an easy walk to catch the WeGo bus. They offer a very simple breakfast but it was enough to fuel us to start our day. “Dave” gave us directions on getting around since our phones didn’t work and tips on where the locals shop to pick up some groceries.

No complaints!!

When you walk in at the front desk You had lovely couple who runs it very nice people l and another lovely lady not sure if it was there daugther they were every helpful on my needs because we had 9 people the family room suites where beautiful and beds was comfortable … we also seen that for the summer time there was a lot of kids to play together and they had a pool If you want to make memories with your kids doesn’t matter what the rating is the location is 7 mins walking down to Clifton hill you are near everything I would totally come back to this place.

Only thing I dislike was 2 family rooms wasn’t close to eachother but once you settled in it didn’t matter

It's a really good establishment considering what you are paying. Location is excellent (the town is small) so everything is close by. Rooms are big. Staff is really nice.

Breakfast is really poor. I chose this one for the included breakfast, but it's only tea/coffee and toast with butter/peanut butter/jam. They did say it wasn't much when I check in, but still, I was hoping for maybe eggs or something. It was still good. Beds are not the best, but good enough.

Overall, the room was nice and spacious. I liked that it had a small refrigerator and microwave, and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit of a walk to/from some of the main attractions, but more convenient for driving to/from Toronto, the Rainbow Bridge, and other locations further out due to its proximity to the major roads. The price had obviously been jacked up at least double because of the eclipse but was lower than what a lot of other places in the area were charging and included free parking, which was a plus. The breakfast included was sparse, but I was warned about it. Staff were pleasant.

The air conditioner/heater was pretty loud and would periodically make a gurgling(?) sound that would wake me up sometimes during the night. The day after the eclipse I went out in the morning (walking) and when I returned in the afternoon all the other guests in my block (entrance on Slater Ave) had left, leaving just my car and the gate was closed leading into the lot. It remained closed off for the rest of the day and the next day when I left. I had to go around the building to get to my room. I could still drive in and out by going through the other lot, but I just thought it was weird they couldn't wait another day for me to leave before closing off the lot.

I booked two separate rooms, one for my brother Dionisio and his family, and one for me and my family. We’ve been asked for two separate reviews from Booking.com. This is my brother’s review: I don’t normally leave reviews, but after a wonderful stay with such kind employees at this location, I felt that I needed to leave one. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when we go back to Niagara Falls, we’ll surely book here again. The room was clean, the hotel’s distance from the attractions was great, and I felt very safe walking from the hotel to Niagara Falls. I want to thank you all for making my time there as stress-free as possible. :)

I recently stayed at Seven Nights Stay for one night and had an amazing experience. The hotel's price, location, and amenities were excellent. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking was free and WI-FI was fast. Overall, I would recommend this hotel especially to Niagra Falls travelers. It’s 30 minutes walk (lots of restaurants on your way) or 5 minutes drive to Niagara Falls.

7 nights hotel provide breakfast. It’s not like the luxurious hotel breakfast, but generous enough to the price I paid. Hotel should provide little more varities on breakfast. They can limit number of items (for example- each guest gets 5 items for breakfast) they serve in breakfast, but at the same time guests can pick whichever they like. Overall, good time at the hotel.

When we first arrived we weren't sure what to expect, based on appearances and first impressions. But the location was excellent for people with kids, since it is a quick walk to Clifton Hill, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, giving extra towels and suggesting good value places to eat. Since all the value rooms at the more fancy hotels were booked, we took a chance on this place, and were happy we did. Older buildings, but both the location and great staff were its main selling points. I'd go here again, and recommend it for people on a budget.

Stuff friendly in the check-in, localization (close to the center - 4-5 minutes walking), the mattress was good, comfortable, the room was like in the photos, big space. Room and bathroom well cleaned.

No breakfast in the second day. The first one I had, but in the second, the reception was closed, no one to prepare breakfast, it was not so early around 8h30-9h. The air conditioner in the room worked, but it made a lot of noise.

The check in process was easy and quick. Parking area is well lit, convenience factor is high because you can unload from your vehicle right to your door, and the parking is free. The room was large, with a small closet, desk, cupboard, mini fridge, microwave, etc. We found the beds to be comfortable, quite soft. We asked for extra pillows and our request was fulfilled. We also asked for permission to leave our vehicle parked in the front lot for a few hours after we checked out and that request was fulfilled too, so on the whole very accommodating.

For the reasonably low price you pay, the room is definitely decent. It is not fancy and it is not brand new, you will see some wear and tear around the edges, the bathroom was a bit outdated, towels are rough, etc.

If you love a cozy homey stay in a winter wonderland that has everything from dinosaurs to waterfalls, then this place is for you. It's old-school charming with nooks and crannies for clothing, food prep, hot showers, adjustable thermostat, etc. And it's just a short walk away from many world-famous sites and sights.

For winter stays, you might wish to bring some extra blankets in order to turn down the thermostat at night for cooler sleeping.
