I don't know why this motel has such a low rating, I think it's unfair. Often tourists expect from a cheap, simple and cozy place to stay at least the luxury level of an all inclusive hotel in Cancun. This motel has everything you need for a traveler: comfortable rooms with microwaves, fast internet, comfortable beds, polite staff. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Niagala Falls, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Let's add free parking for guests, which saves you a lot of hassle in this tourist city.

OK, this is a budget hotel, so don't expect wonders. That having been said, it was more than adequate. There was a microwave, mini fridge and an extra sink. We spent one night, went to a concert at OLG Theater, which was only a 5 min walk away. From what I can tell, there are family suites with a kitchenette, so I would definitely consider coming back with the kids.

I like lots of pillows and there were only 2 very flat pillows in the room. Mattress has seen better days, but I slept OK, so no biggie.

I wasn't sure what to expect based on other reviews but let me be honest that people giving this hotel negative ratings have way too high of expectations. This is a motel. Don't expect it to be something it isn't. It was the cleanest nicest motel room I've stayed in. Smelled clean, new flooring, the check in person was absolutely delightful to talk to. We talked the differences of banking in Canada versus the US. It was interesting and he was a nice guy. Then a woman showed me to the room and gave me a tour to show me how things like the hot tub and air or heat worked. It was a nice touch. I have a bad back and I've woken up so stiff from hotel beds. The bed at the Ritz was SO comfortable. I felt great in the morning. Give this motel a try. If you want a reasonably priced place to stay in Niagara Falls this is it. Also the location was great. 8 min walk to Fallsview Casino, the falls were about a 15 min walk. Clifton Hills and Skylon were also within walking distance.

There honestly wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was great!

Simple room but comfy enough. No issues, would stay there again if I go back to Niagara Falls.cheapest hotel by a decent amount and close to falls, convention centre and lots of food spots. Overall, great for anyone traveling light and looking for something cheap.

No pool or other amenities. You can tell it's old, but there's nothing wrong with it. There's a $150 deposit that I have yet to receive back so that part isn't great either.

PROS- 1. Motel is at a great location. Falls, Clifton hill and casino are at a walkable distance. 2. Rooms are nice, clean, cozy and tidy. 3. Restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, gas station, Laundromat, Tim, Starbucks, everything is at a max of 10 minutes walking distances. 4. Staff is really helpful and welcoming. 5. Amenities are good. Bed was comfy, room was warm, Bath Tub was clean and shower pressure was great. 6. Overall, exceeded my expectations. Would like to stay here again, when I am back in the town.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at the Ritz Inn, an affordable gem that exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a powerful air conditioner. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The hotel's location deserves praise too. With great bus connectivity, exploring the place was easy and convenient. What stood out was the Ritz Inn's incredible value for money, and comfort at an affordable rate. For budget travelers who value cleanliness, comfort, and convenience, the Ritz Inn is a perfect choice. For its superb staff, cleanliness, and excellent location, I happily award it a 5-star rating. Can't wait for my next visit!

This is an old building though they have very comfortable bed

We loved that it was close enough to walk to the trolly to get us to the main attractions. The room itself was clean and the people working there where very friendly and helpful when questions where asked.

The room itself was clean but VERY poor. The bathroom door had a hole punched through it, the shower head was calcified and only produced a jet stream with some “spitting” stream around it, the toilet paper was left at half a roll and never replenished - we ran out the second day. No extra bath towels, pillows, blankets provided. The kitchen hosted a microwave, coffee maker (nothing to use for it however) toaster and a sink. The door to the room had a gap large enough for a small critter to squeeze through. The whole room could have used a little more love.

The girl that checked us in was very friendly polite helpful and caring! The cleaning staff were two friendly men originally from Cuba and cleaned our room EXCELLENT! Smelled clean, looked clean, soft sheets. A table with chairs to sit and smoke outside. Beautiful hanging plants. Tip the housekeeping because they DESERVE it! Please know this is a motel inn. It may not be a fancy posh place but it is affordable and walking distance to the Fallsview casino. Sometimes it is much better to stay where it is affordable friendly clean and welcoming. So thank you! We would definitely stay there again!

There was a cold fridge a kettle and a hot plate and microwave but unfortunately no coffee for my husband to wake up to.

We picked the Ritz in because we wanted to support local business over chain hotels. I was not disappointed, the hotel itself is a family affair. The location was fantastic; it was close enough to the Falls but far enough from the traffic and chaos. The staff at the hotel were fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. It seemed that the people working there liked what they did. I appreciated the care and effort they put into our room; the petals, wine, and swan towels were such a joy. Thumbs up for the Roku TV in the room, and to the previous guests who left their Netflix sign in information on the TV. The TV itself was a great size, but who really goes to a hotel to watch TV? The wifi barely worked. For some reason, it was stronger on my ten year old Macbook than it was on my brand new cellphone. Some of the neighbours were kind of loud, but they settled down after 11pm.

This is a clean, crisp and very well-maintained motel from ‘the old days.’ It reminds me of my childhood except the beds and bathroom were way cleaner! Mom and I went there on a cold day and we really appreciated the warm heater. We also enjoyed a movie on the smart tv. The hotel is dog friendly and management is friendly, cheerful and helpful. They checked several times during our stay to see if we had everything we needed.

Nothing. It was a great hotel and exceeded my expectations.
