The friendly staff made us feel right at home upon arrival. At check-in the receptionist gave us complimentary cookies that, as we found out later, are freshly baked by the breakfast ladies in the morning. The breakfast in itself was also excellent. Despite its humble size we were very satisfied with the assortment of bread rolls, toast, bagels, and freshly made warm crustless quiches and muffins. Another fun touch was the waffle iron with which you can make your own waffles. The hotel is clean and well-maintained and located just outside of the old centre, which suited us just fine. Within a 5 minute drive or short 20 min walk we found ourselves in the heart of the town. Furthermore, following the scenic parkway, the attractions of Niagara Falls State Park are only a short, yet beautiful, ride away.

the room was super cozy and nice which is what we wanted for a cozy christmas stay, the breakfast was really nice! nothing fancy but more than good enough for a regular stay. the fireplace in the room was awesome!

we were in the room when housekeeping was making our room and both times they didn’t come into the area we were sitting in, i understand if they didn’t wanna disturb us but they could’ve asked us if we wanted them to clean up that area, the first day the only thing that was made was the main bed, not even the cot! the lady at the front desk could also be nicer, she was a bit abrasive when we first came in.

Breakfast is really good. Carol is doing an amazing job. From high chair to the variety of foods, great breakfast for families with kids & babies. You can get hot and cold drinking water 24/7. The location is good. 15-20 min walking distance with stroller to the shops. Also has a good grill, Tim Hurtons etc around if you are looking for smt closer. We stayed in double queen bed room in the second floor. There is no elevator, so if you need first floor room inform the reservation team. Free parking was a good win during the Christmas parade.

I wish there was a microwave that we can use during our stay. .

The Best Western is one of the more affordable hotels in Niagara-on-the-Lake. It is about a mile outside of the main shopping/theater downtown, but the walk there is through a beautiful residential district that enchanted us every time we walked there. The hotel itself is well-maintained; rooms are big enough and comfortable. The breakfast, which is an enhanced continental, is overseen by a lovely, friendly woman.

There isn't an elevator, so you need to let the staff know ahead of time if you need to be on the second floor. There are only two floors, so it's not a big deal, but my husband is 81 so I requested -- and got -- a first floor room.

Breakfast was very good, especially the crustless quiches offered and the attentive woman on staff who kept on top of making sure things were clean, tidy and well-stocked. Real cutlery, plates and glasses were nice to have instead of paper and plastic. Room was very clean and comfortable. Welcome cookies were a nice touch. Lobby area was very clean, welcoming and well-kept.

The cost of the room was far in excess of the price one would normally pay for this level of hotel, in any other setting.

My cousin add I were very impressed with this Best Western. Staff greeted us upon arrival and were very helpful about surrounding locals. Our room was very clean and fresh. Beds really comfortable!!!!! Hotel was quiet and super clean and tidy. Having breakfast included in our stay was great. Lots of items to choose from. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay at this location again.

could use a meat protein with breakfast ... the one day we were down a few minutes before opening and the man was very abrupt and stern, making us wait till 5 mins or so after 7 before we could enter the breakfast area. a

Very good breakfast. The quiches were nice, I liked having whole grain toast and plain yogurt. Staff very helpful and friendly. I liked having access to ice and filtered water. Coffee pods made good coffee in the room. Great bed. It felt a step up from a typical hotel on the road.

Can’t think of much. The room felt a bit humid the first night. The thermostat said 68 degrees but it didn’t feel that cool. But overall the room was very comfortable.

Loved everything. Easy parking, easy check-in, room updated and modern, well equipped with fridge, coffee maker, luggage racks, iron, hair dryer. Comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was excellent with a waffle iron, little omelets, bagels, English muffins, muffins, yogurt, fruit, cereal, very much appreciated the variety. Friendly staff.

Nothing. Only suggestion is a microwave in the rooms.

Very comfortable beds. Very clean and a good sized room. Quiet. Continental breakfast was included.

No ability to leave luggage before or after checking and checkout although as were dropped off by a shuttle from Toronto the receptionist allowed us to leave luggage for an hour and a half until check in. We did appreciate this. We had very little luggage so that helped we think. No jug in room though there was a coffee maker.
